I was in Columbus for work and during my time down there, I needed my nails redone. I should have just waited til I got back to Augusta, but this place was recommended to me so I gave it a try. The nails themselves did not look bad, but they didn't even last me two weeks. The product that they used had a horrible effect on my real nails and those look even worse. I've never had an issue like this with my place back home. They always last me 3 weeks or more and my real nails are never damaged like they are now. I'm not sure if this was just a fluke, if I had a new person, or if they just didn't care because they would never see me again, but when I pay over $50 (including tip) for nails, I expect them to be durable and not destroy my nail bed. I have used this kind of service for nails for 40 years! I’ve even bought the materials to do acrylic nails on myself back in the early 80’s because places using the filing electric tools were not available or used here (or perhaps everywhere )! I figured after playing the piano my entire life in spite of having nice, but shorter nails, I likely could do this myself since the appointments were lengthy(like 2 hours or longer) and difficult to work into a busy working life!! I will never be coming back to this nail salon. I hoped all the other reviews would make this trip effortless and worry free... no. The woman who did my pedicure was fine, all I wanted was to fix my toe nails and a clear top coat (crazy right??). Well moving on to my nails, I'm in the military, so it's not too crazy to ask for short nails, well the older gentleman who had the pleasure of ruining my full set saw it as an inconvenience to do short, clear nails... so sorry to have ruined your day. On top of that it seems I became the joke in the salon because I asked for them to be a little bit shorter. Now I'm used to getting these plain nails, and never have I had them look this bad. Went to get my nails done Friday. Had to go back the same day because the polish was put on poorly. Had to go back today again because a nail broke and the polish came off again. This time the owner painted my nails. I asked for designs on my fingers and he ignored me. I told him I wanted designs and he acted like he had an attitude. I told him forget it. Horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible customer service...I wanted nail art (by the way the nail art was only going to be three lines across my nail bed). The guy (young and RUDE) probably not more than 30 years old says to me: "it's not gonna look straight, etc." But I was still adamant about getting this done. I think to myself: "how bad can it be right?" He strokes the three lines...and lemme tell you...it was the shittiest thing I've ever seen. Why call yourself a manicurist if you can't even paint 3 straight lines across a nail bed??!!?? I decide that I wasn't going to do it and go back to plain...and boy did he have an attitude. He rudely wipes off the paint and continues with another customer. Then a lady - blonde hair/skinny/short (who claims to be the owner) then steps in to repaint my nails. As she's checking me out, I tell her she needs to talk to her co-worker about customer service and that I would not be returning. It was obvious from her demeanor and response that she couldn't care less. And as I am opening the door to leave...I could hear her gossiping in Vietnamese (almost yelling in an angry/agitated voice) to the veryyyy rude guy who couldn't paint a straight line to save his life. There are soooo many other nail salons in the city with much better customer service...do yourself a favor AND DO NOT COME HERE. The other staff were polite...BUT these two rude individuals were enough to ruin my nail spa experience. I was so upset that I spent another $45 elsewhere to get my nails redone...to rid every reminder of this place. You can tell they get a lot of customers because they were full at 11am on Saturday morning . They have a lot of people working tho . I had a fill in done , and the only thing that wasn't all that was the clean up . I had polish on my hand. But they get u in a chair in a decent time Read Less

Came here for gel polish and my first experience was wonderful. My next experiences were absolutely horrendous. Nail polish started to lift the next day so I came back for a fix. The person fixing my one nail decided to "fix" all of my nails and put the polish on so thick they all peeled the next day. I went back in and they did not have time for me after I sat there for thirty minutes. Don't waste your time and money here. I truly wanted to like this place..... I really like this nail salon. Very spacious, clean & the employees were very professional. My nail tech did a great job. I had gel polish removed and a new gel color painted on. This was by far the best experience that I have had with the removal of the old gel polish. The nail tech did not peel or scrape my natural nail to remove the old gel polish. My natural nail felt and looked healthy once the gel was removed. I love the wide variety of gel color options and the nail tech was gracious enough to test a few of the colors on her nails to help me choose. Overall, this was a great experience.
