This place is so GREAT!! My mother and I walked in and got a pedicure and she got her nails done: acrylics with gel polish by Nick. Everyone is so nice, friendly, and the place is so clean! The floor was actually gleaming! Nick did suggest that for walk-ins to come on Monday or Tuesday because although there was no wait when we were there he said Fridays and the like are their busiest days. Been going here for many years now. I have never been disappointed with the job done. The staff is very friendly and will make you feel as if you are at home. The owner welcomes you to the shop and gives you great advice on proper nail care. Even when the employees may have a bad day , a smile is always shown. My acrylics are always on point! Ive had stilettos, coffin,round,almond ,and square and haven't had any problems. I have traveled to other nail shops in Columbus and have never been as satisfied with the work. Not impressed. I'm new to the area and went to this nail salon as it is close to my house. I was a walk in and did not have to wait, however I felt it took a really long time for a mani-pedi that wasn't anything special. I received French gel on my nails and the white tip is not even with the rest of my nail. The technician had a hard time understanding me when I asked for a specific polish and for him to thin the white polish on tthe tip. Read Less

Came in on a Sat morning with no short order.... I wanted to get a gel manicure and pedicure. A sweet lady nailed it! Nails look great. Pedicure with other tech equally impressive-- a true nail artist working a complicated design onto runners toes. Now that's always interesting! Really pleasantly surprised. As someone who gets their nails done pretty frequently if you haven't noticed. Bright and airy and really clean which put me automatically at ease. Ive never had a time where i was disappointed with quality/ customer service. The staff treat you as like you are one of them. It is like you are family. Ive been going here for approximately 5 years and never went to no one else. The prices are good. The owner (Hoang) is always making sure you are happy with the work they do and will keep you laughing. Its almost as if they have the BIGGEST NAIL SELECTION OF COLOR IVE EVER SEEN!!! I know for a fact they have over 100 gel colors and just counting the regular polish aould make your head spin! I always feel welcome and I am always overjoyed with my nails every time. It is best to make a reservation, but I've never had a problem getting a same day or next day appointment. They have the largest selection of gel colors that I've seen anywhere and the prices can't be beat for the quality of the nails and experience. Read Less

I don't know his name but I took my 3-year old daughter in to get a manicure and I've never seen someone so patient with her. I've also never seen someone paint her nails so perfectly. He took his time, cleaned up any nail polish on her skin, and made sure to actually cover her entire nail (no matter how small). I will be taking her here from now on to get her manicure! Read Less

I'm new to the area and I came to Columbus Nails for a pedicure with gel polish. The staff were friendly, but the pedicure was not very good. I have been getting my nails done for a very long time and I'm very familiar with shellac/gel manicures and pedicures. The technician who did my pedicure used way too much polish and kept hitting my toe nails with the uv lamp. Instead of fixing the marks he made in the polish he just added more polish. Afterward, as I was trying to get extra polish off of my skin around my nails... The entire piece of polish came off. This happened with every single nail. I did not go back in to show them or ask for a refund. I had my three month old with me and did not have time so I do not know if they would have refunded my money. I ended up painting them myself later while at home. I would not recommend this salon for shellac/gel services. Read Less
