This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail shop do not go to classy nails they are over priced and their customer service is trash I’ve been going to the salon for eight months painting their high prices as well as tipping the technicians today I went there and it was advise that they were able to take me at 7:20 when I arrived they washed my service they washed me to choose a color that I did not like for a manicure in a feeling I paid $80 and left a $10 tip I was rushed into a color that I did not like and I asked the manager could she change my color this lady instead of satisfy me because I was unhappy with the service hours received she advised me that I would have to pay additional cost and that if I didn’t want to pay the additional cost that she would call I could leave or she would call the police on me weeks prior when I was in that shop a white female came in complaining about the service she received that same technician Helen did not have a problem fixing the car Kasian ladies nails but I am a black female and instead of painting my nails over so I’ll be satisfied with the service she chose to say so she will call the police if I would leave do not go to classy nails because nothing in that shop is classy I got burnt by the water was too hot when I got the pedicure and while I was in there letting my feet dry the technicians in their were cursing calling each other bitches and hoes I repeat classy nails is not classy at all

This place I would not recommend. My heels were dry before leaving and I showed the manager and proceeded to explain that it was the lotion. Last I checked lotion doesn't make your skin dry. She didn't offer anything to correct and was happy with a customer leaving just as they were. Also a day after the nail polish started to crack on my nails. Not sure why but these two things have never happen from any other nail salon. My advice, just don't go to this salon.

I just love Seima and Cherri! They provide superior quality and excellent customer service. The salon has recently upgraded their pedicure chairs and they are making positive changes to the decor.

Beware of this salon! I came with a bridal party as the mother of the bride, and had the very first pedicure and manicure of my life. I noticed that the girl doing the pedicure was being rather vigorous, and I wound up with a sore on the back of my heel which has been painful. Another member of the party, who is half my age, complained of also having a sore spot on her foot from too much abrasion. The appearance of my toenails and fingernails is very nice, and was durable for our wedding festivities, but I will not go back here and risk another wound on my foot. The picture below shows how my heel looks 4 days after the pedicure.

The girl doing my nails also misunderstood when I said FULL SET with polish. When I spoke up the girl at the front counter very rudely told me I would have to pay for both. No problem at all I have the money. But, they really need to teach her some manners!!!! I loved Ken whom did my nails but, I won’t be back because of her nasty attitude!!

I was disappointed. My nail technician made two fingers bleed. I had a manicure with gel polish. The finish coat was unevenly applied and now there are irritating dips and valleys in my nails. The setting was clean and organized. But not not especially welcoming or hospitable. I would not recommend this place.

I left the shop in the middle of me getting my feet done it was so horrible.... So I really wanted my feet done after the stressful week that I had. I walked in to get pedicure and was immediately got a chair... they ran me water for my feet and after the long wait my water went from hot to warm to cold. I told one of the nail techs that my water was getting cold. She responded saying "just wait until someone comes to do your nails and they'll warm it up for you"... excuse me??? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I'm going to wait long you could atleast keep my water hot. Then a young lady came to start on my nails. She looked like she was 15 years old. She has no idea what she was doing. I could tell she had just started working on customers. She never scrubbed my feet, she went to file my toe down but the file barely touched my toes. And she kept looking around while she was doing my feet. At this point I was finished, told her thank you and left the shop. I do not plan on returning....

Most places around here do. Also, they have a wine bar with a small selection of wines to purchase by the glass.

Most other places I've gone to the gel barely last the two weeks they say it will. I've had my gel manicure over 3 weeks and it still looks great. Of course the nail has grown so I will be going back to see her this week!

It was amazing!!! the service was spectacular. The facility was clean. They were so kind to my daughter and painted cute snowflakes on her hand nails and a snow man with a tree on her big toes. When my kids both got married the same summer, almost 7 years ago, I wanted to look my best and decided to have my nails done. From that first visit, to my most recent visit today, I have never been disappointed. All of the girls are delightful and friendly and work very hard to please. But what prompted me to write this review was how Alvin catered to my needs today. I recently had shoulder surgery and am in a sling, unable to put my hand up on the work area......No Prob...lem, as Alvin got out from behind the work station and worked on my one hand from a crouching position......smiling all the while! I absolutely love this nail salon and recommend them without reservation! I always have a 'french' manicure with gel and have had only one occasion when I broke a nail. When I went in to have it repaired (it was totally my fault), it was done with a smile and was told there was no charge! Give them a try ~ you won't be disappointed! See More

Well, I had an appointment for a massage, and when I showed up, I was told that the masseuse was going to be FIFTEEN minutes late. That's not a big deal I said, and I waited. However, after FORTY minutes, no sign of the masseuse....as I stated g to walk out I was told that she was almost done.... so she wasn't running late, she was with another client, and they obviously knew how delayed she was going to be. Totally lack of customer service, which is a big deal for a spa.

Each time, I left feeling as though my business was a burden to them and I should be grateful they deigned to wait on me.

Beware of this salon! I came with a bridal party as the mother of the bride, and had the very first pedicure and manicure of my life. I noticed that the girl doing the pedicure was being rather vigorous, and I wound up with a sore on the back of my heel which has been painful. I was disappointed. My nail technician made two fingers bleed. I had a manicure with gel polish. The finish coat was unevenly applied and now there are irritating dips and valleys in my nails. I recently had shoulder surgery and am in a sling, unable to put my hand up on the work area......No Prob...lem, as Alvin got out from behind the work station and worked on my one hand from a crouching position......smiling all the while! I absolutely love this nail salon and recommend them without reservation! I always have a 'french' manicure with gel and have had only one occasion when I broke a nail. When I went in to have it repaired (it was totally my fault), it was done with a smile and was told there was no charge! Give them a try ~ you won't be disappointed! See More

I love this salon. It is always clean and the service is great. I've been to this salon about six times already. The pedicure is perfect--not chintzy and not overdone. I tried the shellac nail service...

Well, I had an appointment for a massage, and when I showed up, I was told that the masseuse was going to be FIFTEEN minutes late. That's not a big deal I said, and I waited. However, after FORTY minutes, no sign of the masseuse....as I stated g to walk out I was told that she was almost done.... so she wasn't running late, she was with another client, and they obviously knew how delayed she was going to be. Totally lack of customer service, which is a big deal for a spa.

The quality of work depends upon the employee. Drastic difference between them. One thing is consistent, the lack of customer service. I have been several times, because the location is convenient....

Each time, I left feeling as though my business was a burden to them and I should be grateful they deigned to wait on me.
