Unfortunately I would have preferred to give NO stars to Ultra Violet Nail Lounge. I've actually been wanting to try the nail lounge out since moving to Georgia. After issues, I even tried emailing the business however my email came back as undeliverable twice. I usually go to a great spot in Stockbridge, however I wanted to see what this nail lounge had to offer. Services requested were S&S, pedicure and wax, arrived at 1:10pm on a Sunday. There were 6 techs & 1 receptionist and 5 guests. I arrived to an unpleasant receptionist who barely greets you. I sat for about 10-minute (normal) when a tech came out from the back with a mouth full of food asking me to pick my color. When I told her I get S&S done and asked to be shown their options she said "Oh she'll take care of you" and walked off. I sat down when another 5-minutes passed and was lead to a chair with unbearably hot water. Hot to the point where the tech had to completely fill the remainder of the pedicure tub with cold water! After that she lets my fee soak leaves and comes back to take the polish off of my toes then leaves the station again! This time she is gone for a good 20-minutes. When she returns she just sits there and looks to the techs that are to the sides of her, still doing nothing. Once she realized that the tech next to me was done taking acrylic off her clients toes, she hops out of my station into that clients chair and begins working on her feet! The whole time no one is acknowledging me or letting me know what's going on. Another 10-minutes pass by and I notice that the water is cold and has begun to drain from the tub. The tub was refilled with warm water, but again I sat, and sat, and sat until finally Kitt came over and said that she would take care of me. Mind you this whole time I thought I was being serviced by the lady who put me in the pedicure chair. By this time it was already 2:40pm, and I was over it. I had been in the shop for over and 45-minutes with not a single service completed! I told her unfortunately they took too long, asked her to dry my feet and left. SUCH A WASTE OF TIME! Do not waste your time or money. Service means everything and this place lacks it in every sense. Management needs to make some serious changes regarding how they service and interact with not only their clients, but guests of the salon waiting to be serviced as well. Fortunately for me I will NOT be returning to give them another try. I will continue to be loyal to places like I Luv Nails in Stockbridge (678) 846-5977, who are not only talented but focused on Client Service. For example, after this whole mess of a Nail day, I called and said I would be in, in 20-minutes, explained the services I wanted and was told I they would be ready. I walked in and was immediately taken to the back for waxing, then brought out and was sat at a chair where the tech was preparing water for my feet to soak. I was given a water to drink and my nail tech also came with a bowl for me to soak my S&S powder off. My entire service was complete within an 45-minutes to an hour of arriving.
