Went there for eyebrows and lash strip. The lady did great! Low price, but quality work. Will be coming back to see how their nail work is.

I will not be going back to this salon. I asked for a gel overlay, but was advised SNS would be a better option. I expressed concern about it not lasting and was assured that my nails would be repaire...
I will not be going back to this salon. I asked for a gel overlay, but was advised SNS would be a better option. I expressed concern about it not lasting and was assured that my nails would be repaired free of charge if I had any issues so when my nail cracked 1 day later I went back in to have my nail repaired only to be met with attitude. I waited almost an hour while people that came in after me were serviced first. When the nail tech finally got to me he was rude. He also held the drill to my nail too long resulting in pain which he did not acknowledge. And as if that wasn't enough the same nail broke again as soon as I left the shop! Customer service and quality is something I expect when I spend my money, neither of which I received.

The owner is great 👍🏽. His wife doesn’t know how to talk to people she is very rude. She made me feel so uncomfortable 😣

Rude as Hell! Poor customer service. I got to the location at 8:00pm and their sign says they close at 8:30pm.
The Lady met me at the door, cracked it and said “What you want”

And didn’t want to open the door to let me in.
I said well this is a Nail salon right? So obviously my nails or some service you offer”
She let me in and then the guy was ruder... o wouldn’t give them a penny! Horrible!

I love Ken he has been doing my nails for 3 years I don't let no one but him touch my nails he is wonderful everyone there does a good job and very professional...there closed on Tuesdays only

They are unprofessional and it's only like two ppl in the shop that have clientele and can do quality work the others are there just to fill in and the eyebrow waxing lady also does horrible nails don...
They are unprofessional and it's only like two ppl in the shop that have clientele and can do quality work the others are there just to fill in and the eyebrow waxing lady also does horrible nails don't go to her!!! I had gotten gel polish on my nails and feet and the polish on my hands started chipping after 2 days and when I went back to get it foxed they had an awful attitude and the lady who originally did the nails & the owner told me "Well don't come back" and I replied, "I won't!!!" This place has always been like a last resort option but now I will just continue to go to USA Nails on Old nat where they are nicer and better quality for a great price or on the west side.

I will not be going back to this salon. I asked for a gel overlay, but was advised SNS would be a better option. I expressed concern about it not lasting and was assured that my nails would be repaired free of charge if I had any issues so when my nail cracked 1 day later I went back in to have my nail repaired only to be met with attitude. I waited almost an hour while people that came in after me were serviced first. When the nail tech finally got to me he was rude. He also held the drill to my nail too long resulting in pain which he did not acknowledge. And as if that wasn't enough the same nail broke again as soon as I left the shop! Customer service and quality is something I expect when I spend my money, neither of which I received.
