AMAZING RESULTS! I went after a long day at work and staff was extremely friendly and tended to all my needs. They made sure I got the services i needed (full on sns manicure) and advised me on what I should get in order to keep my nails in tact for the recommended 2-3 weeks. not a chip or flaw until I visited a month later. although they had a full salon they made sure I received what I needed, each customer was treated with the care they deserved. Staff was very friendly towards me and the woman who did my gel manicure did a great job and was very personable. The prices are cheaper than most places I've been to as well. They do get busy from time to time but they manage the flow pretty well considering they only have 4 people working most of the time. Read Less

Ever since the "new management" it's been downhill. I went with my sister and boyfriend and me and my sister both got acrylics and our toes painted. She paid 32$ for her nails and toes together. But my bf paid for my toes for me but I ended up paying 35$ for just my nails when my sister paid less and even got her toes done as well?? The shape of the nails were messed up as well and they didn't even let me dry my toes. The lady put my shoes on right after painting my toes which messed them all up. I will not return here nor do I recommend this shop anymore. Also I had my eyebrows done and the lady messed them up and drew them on herself to cover up the mistake. Do NOT go here! My sister made an appointment for 5 people (wedding party). We show up at the appointment time, 10:30, and they are packed. The 4 people working are all right in the middle of helping other customers. They end up scrambling around and we all get started late. Some later than others. As some of our girls are just getting started, their 11am appointment walks in. Another large group. They had booked them back-to-back, knowing they could not facilitate all those people! Obviously they were not happy either. To make matters worse, they did not do a good job on our nails. They were very rushed. The lady doing my pedicure ripped a chunk of skin off the side of my big toe even after I said what she was doing was hurting. She said "it better now". Um, no. It NOT better! It is swollen and painful still almost 4 days later. I am worried that it is getting an infection and it hurts to wear shoes! Our fingers and toes had polish on the skin because they did not bother to clean them up. I could have done better at home. I will never EVER go here again, and will advise everyone else I know to stay away. I had not been there in a year. My past experiences had been good, but they have new people now and a new owner. I went to get a fill in after work. The woman didn't take the previous paint off to start off then just used the grinder to do the rest everything looked fine until she put the new paint on this was after I had paid plus an extra $2 to cut them down not even an 1/2 inch. I noticed when in the light you could still tell where the old acrylic was and the loose acrylic was turning loose still. I have never had such a horrible fill in before ever. I will not step foot back in that salon and recommend you shouldn't either. This is a place I wouldn't even recommend to my worst enemy. I wouldn't even give a rating except you have to. Read Less
