I have been here 3 times now and this was the last straw. First time was terrible but second time was better since I chose a different nail tech. I decided since he was okay to schedule an appointment...
I have been here 3 times now and this was the last straw. First time was terrible but second time was better since I chose a different nail tech. I decided since he was okay to schedule an appointment with him. Scheduled for 530. Arrive on time. Am asked to come back at six. Come back and he's STILL working on the same lady. He asked me if the other tech could do it but I refused because of her sloppy work (I didn't SAY that though). I am finally taken at 620. He seemed irritated with me and did not speak (he was such a chatty cathy last time) I ask for stiletto shape and show him a french manicure picture because I don't like the tips too thick. He gives me ROUNDED TIPS AND PAINTS HALF OF EACH FINGER WHITE. They looked so bad I cried when I left because I did not want to sit for another 45 minutes so that he could fix it. There is acrylic all over my fingers and not just on my nails. Paint and clearcoat all over my fingers. This is by far the worst fill-in I have ever gotten. I would give zero Stars if I could. Buyer beware! Do not get your nails done here unless you want a half ass job.

I love getting gel fullsets and gel pedicures here. They take their time and do a great job. And the prices are awesome.

I have been coming to this nail salon faithfully for the past 3 years and Jon (man that does my nails) NEVER EVER lets me down, it's a great time every time I'm there. they do great work, the lady that works here (owner) snatches my brows and understands what it means to have "medium" brown and NOT thin.. I'll never go to a different place as long as they're in business!

They refused to do my nails very rude and disrespectful will never go back if they had a space to put no stars I would. He did my wife's feet and my friend fill in and then refused to do mine after I waited hour and half for service. Then he began to be belligerent with and my wife when I asked him why he refused to do my nails and refused to give my wife her receipt.

I use to go there faithfully for years Kathy did my nails until they Changed owners over a year ago. I hate how they did my nails the1st time i had clumps of nail polish on my nails. Went in a 2nd time just to see if it was just a that day. Taaahaaa!!!! my nails fell off within the week "which never happened before" dont waste your money or time!!! The nail salons in walmart do way better quality then they do!

Got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. Gel polish chipped in the first 5 days on THREE different fingers. All of their polish is dollar store polish. There was a roach crawling in the seat when i went to sit for my pedicure and another when i went to dry my feet at the dryer. First and last time.

I've been going here for a while. I like it because it's conveniently located near my office. I can usually go during lunch with no wait. I also like that they are more affordable when it comes to gel polish. I get my nails done for $15. And they don't charge extra to take the previous gel polish off. Kathy does the gel polish a little thick and that makes it look fake. They do pretty ok with eye brows. Also, I got individual lashes done there for the first time. They were a little thicker than I liked and I also had trouble taking them off. Kathy told me to just apply lots of oil which I did but it didn't help. I asked if they could take them off and she said they didn't so I was stuck with them. Finally I doused my face with baby oil and was able to get them off after the most painful hour of my life. My lashes have since grown back. I will only get nails and feet done- they do that pretty well and for an affordable price.

They refused to do my nails very rude and disrespectful will never go back if they had a space to put no stars I would. He did my wife's feet and my friend fill in and then refused to do mine after I waited hour and half for service. Then he began to be belligerent with and my wife when I asked him why he refused to do my nails and refused to give my wife her receipt.

Went in a 2nd time just to see if it was just a that day. Taaahaaa!!!! my nails fell off within the week "which never happened before" dont waste your money or time!!! The nail salons in walmart do way better quality then they do!

Got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. Gel polish chipped in the first 5 days on THREE different fingers. All of their polish is dollar store polish. There was a roach crawling in the seat when i went to sit for my pedicure and another when i went to dry my feet at the dryer. First and last time.

I've been going here for a while. I like it because it's conveniently located near my office. I can usually go during lunch with no wait. I also like that they are more affordable when it comes to gel polish. I get my nails done for $15. And they don't charge extra to take the previous gel polish off.
