I went in for a pedicure and a full set and when I left I was very unhappy. The young lady that done my pedicure was ok until she started to massage my legs and feet... NO PRESSURE APPLIED. For my nails... I have 5 to 7 nails that are shaped crooked, I was gonna be charged $3 more for average length nails, and before paying I told the lady I wanted just the tips of my nails painted and asked how much. After telling me the price and swiping my card she paints one whole nail I stop her and varified want I wanted and she tried to charge me $5 extra. No ma'am I won't go back. Read Less

Let me note to begin with that I have been having my nails done professionally for many, many years and have a lot of experience with nail salons. This is, by far, one of the worst. I have been twice (along with my 7 year old granddaughter both times) to get pedicures and her fingernails clipped, filed and polished. The first time we went, I had used a peeling agent on my feet and explained that they were still slightly peeling. Kenny didn't listen and proceeded to lecture me on the need to keep them clean. I pride myself on always washing my feet very well before going for pedicures so this was insulting. The next time we went, my granddaughter asked a lot of questions about what Kenny was doing and why. He proceeded to tell her she should watch and not ask so many questions. When she requested something to drink, Kenny ignored her and as we were leaving, he asked if she still wanted some water, about 10 minutes after she asked. Kenny appeared to have a bad attitude towards us, his tone wasn't pleasant, he was gruff and rude. I will never go back to his salon. If he treats other customers as rudely as he did us, he won't have very much business for very long. I know for a fact he has now lost 2 customers. There are plenty of other salons around whose operators are pleasant and cordial. I'm not forced to patronize this business because it's the only one available. Beware that both Kenny and Jessica will act as if you intruded upon their day since they had to quit their laptops because you came in. Beware that Kenny will berate you in front of other customers because you asked for an extra coat of polish. Beware that you may mess up your polish on your fingernails because you do all the moving of purse, book, keys, etc and mess up the polish on your toenails because you have to walk across the room barefoot and place your shoes on when you "think" enough time has elapsed for drying. Beware of dirty looks from Jessica if they have to correct a polish goof. I was not greeted cordially even though I had an appt. Lastly, I had moved the pedi chair back so I could relax. Without asking or saying a word, Jessica snatched the remote and pulled me forward. No problem, but ask! There are many nails shops who can act like they want my money. I would never go back!
