Will never ever go here for “service” again. Came to only take sns dip polish off of nails. Made to stick my hands in a bowl of pure acetone for 30 minutes. When telling staff my fingers were burning they did not care or check on my nails. Also if you do not pay cash you will get a nasty look and not be told thank you. Poor service if that’s what you can call what I received. Disgrace!

I have been coming here for like 7 years and they always do a great job with a smile. Sometimes the wait can be VERY long and I have to go somewhere else because I don't have time to wait 3 hours to get my nails done. Thankfully, they get you in and out very quickly if you are getting your eyebrows done.

They did a pretty good job with gel polish. Took a long time and seemed to be striving for perfection, but I noticed a few obvious flaws as soon as I got outside and didn't even have my glasses on.

They did a pretty good job with gel polish. Took a long time and seemed to be striving for perfection, but I noticed a few obvious flaws as soon as I got outside and didn't even have my glasses on.
They weren't friendly. That's my biggest issue. How difficult is it to smile and say hello - maybe even make eye contact. The girl thanked me as I left, but never spoke to me at all the whole time she worked on my nails. Neither did the older man who started on my nails and then moved on to someone else. Maybe it's a cultural thing? I don't know. I believe in being nice and appreciating my customers.

They did a pretty good job with gel polish. Took a long time and seemed to be striving for perfection, but I noticed a few obvious flaws as soon as I got outside and didn't even have my glasses on. Horrible rude people. Waited over an hour for service. The guy put my polish on so thick that it was peeling 2 hours later!..... Won't be going back ever.
