I have been going to the nail shop for several months and today I had a very bad experience.I commented on how terrible my nails look and I was told I would have to pay additional money for my nails to be corrected. This company will never get another penny from me. The guy who did my nails did not file my nails down properly and you could see the dents and lines in my nail bed. Mistakes happen but I was more upset about the poor customer service.

I am extremely picky about quality. This place does an AMAZING JOB!!!! They take there time doing your nails and they do not rush you at all. Very clean environment, nice and friendly people. I got a full set and liked it so much I came back 10 minutes later to get my toes done. I recommend that if your new to town DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE, THIS IS THE PLACE YOU WANT TO GO TO...

I've been coming here for 9 years now. I was hesitant when the ownership changed years back , but I still love it . They always do exactly what I ask for. I also appreciate that they don't charge extra for a certain nail shape like all these other nail places do. Yes they stay pretty busy, but there's a good reason.

I was annoyed for 97% of the time I was at happy nails. I asked for the mani + pedi combo, picked my colors, and sat in the pedicure chair. The older woman doing nails was curt and the younger, long haired girl had major RBF and a I-hate-my-life attitude. Exactly what I DONT appreciate when I'm getting a service done. I was told that bc the OPI polish I had selected lasted longer than normal nail polish, there was an extra $3 charge to use the color. What? A manicure is a manicure. I'm not getting designs, I'm not getting gel, it's a basic manicure. I paid the price of the whole bottle of nail polish to get a reckless nail job done. I'd rather paint my own nails than have to experience the stank breath, awkward silence, and overpriced-for-mediocre-product that I did. I don't recommend this place. Go treat yourself at a salon that will take care of you.

I have been going to the nail shop for several months and today I had a very bad experience.I commented on how terrible my nails look and I was told I would have to pay additional money for my nails to be corrected. This company will never get another penny from me. The guy who did my nails did not file my nails down properly and you could see the dents and lines in my nail bed.
