For the amount we paid the services weren't the best. The manicure was subpar. My hands were not washed nor scrubbed and she also nicked my Skin with one of the tools. Very sloppy gel “manicure.” They didn’t even give me a manicure and just changed the polish. He assumed I wanted French tips and never asked what color I wanted. I corrected him, but overall the polish looks sloppy. He didn’t paint my entire nail and left the corners bare. I also had a polish bubble that was very messy when I popped it. They cut down my nails and left rough edges that I needed to file when I got home. Overall not a good experience. Read Less

My appointment was at 2pm on a Sunday. I was greeted by three people when I walked in and asked how they could be of assistance. I was seated by 2:15(they were packed) and was out by 3:15. I was referred here by coworkers and have been going loyally for an entire year, however anytime anyone other than Trish did my nails they were unacceptable.....crooked nails, sloppy polish and\or the bums rush if they were busy. I’ve never been disappointed with Trish until yesterday. I was passed off to someone else for a color change over powde gel nail polish. This shouldn’t have been such a big ordeal but turned out to be a total disaster. Was told to peek a culla from ...the non powder selection and she contd to apply the new color after sanding off the darker color. Everything would’ve been ok except she left so much of the original color on that the 2nd coat didn’t cover. I was charged $18 and left tip after one weeks nail application. I left but was so disappointed that I called back to see if Trish could redo. Yes but another $30 after an already $63 invested!! This is why I won’t be back. At the salon currently. Called ahead of time and set up an appt for 4:15pm. It's 4:30pm. A lady that didn't set up an appt walked in minutes after me and a lady is already working on her full set. I love going to Trish. She is the best ! I will not go anywhere else in town. She is so fast and awesome and works wonders . I'm amazed every time I get them done. My pedi is always just as good. I had always loved going to Trish Nails, and after I moved to cartersville I had tried a LOT of salons until I found this one. I had been going here a little over a year and there have always been a few inconsistencies(corners uneven, lengths uneven, crooked, etc) but nothing horrible or overly noticeable. However, the last time I went I got a newer younger guy I had never seen before. He was rough with my fingers, my finished nails were all lumpy and bumpy, they were different lengths, thicker than two quarters stacked together, fattest at the base rather than the middle as they should be. They were too wide in the middle for coffin nails, they looked horrible. And he was painting the gel polish to thick and wasn't curing them enough so the gel dried with ripples. Worst of all he gave no care to my skin when buffing and filing, he buffed my skin(not nails!) until they bled on two fingers, and didn't seem to care, and since the buff was old and used and very doubtfully sanitized I now have a very infected finger that is swollen painful and red. He also thought it was hysterical to pretend to cut my fingers when trimming the nail tips. I was NOT amused. I will not be returning and I recommend you don't either. Some of their techs are good, but employing someone like that, with no care of his clients comfort, no care for his finished product, and joking about cutting their fingers off is out of line, and I won't be going back. My bestfriend and I went for a girl's day and it was far from peaceful. The woman did not take the time to do a thorough pedicure with my friend. The man who did my pedicure put way too much force into it. My toe was bleeding and hurt like nothing before. When I showed the manager the picture of my toe bleeding she zoomed into the plastic to make sure it wasn't taken before hand. I would not recommend. Read Less

I've been going here every 2 to 3 weeks for a few months. Last Friday was my last visit. I have been getting the same exact fill-in and pedicure with my nails painted the same exact design (just different colors, most of which I bring from home) and every time I go, my bill gets higher and higher. The salon is the worst I've been to. The place is filthy. I was told this before I ever went. Today was my last time as I can't ignore the problems. There were actually spider eggs in the waiting area. I had to ask Trish to clean them out. If you really look around the place, you can't help but notice the filth. And the shop is always in disarray. Always. When it comes to the gel polish, and the regular polish as well, the selection is very limited. They don't seem interested in expanding their colors. Don't bother asking for a simultaneous mani/pedi. Trish says okay but it won't happen. And finally the work is inconsistent in quality. Overall, a sad excuse for a nail salon. Read Less
