Absolutely LOVE this place. Now I’ve only been twice but both experiences were amazing always so quit and the results are BEAUTIFUL!!! Thank y’all all so much. Highly recommend.

Awful. All I wanted was my nails painted. The guy kept on about making me spend more money, buy this, get that. I don't know how many times I repeated that I just want my nails painted. Well, the guy was nice to me until I noticed how he was doing a crappy job. He made my nails rough on the edges and the paint job was not professional. And when I tried to discuss it with him, he was so very rude. He even knocked over the nail polish and spilled it on the table. Not to mention the horrible selection of colors. You should never judge someone by how much money you think they have! This place has no interest in keeping you as a client. Their only interest is how much money you are spending right then. SMH.

Completely ruined my cuticles and it felt like the man that did my nails just rushed through it and I paid more than I ever have for an acrylic nail set anywhere else.

Great experience! I will definitely be back! I was a walk in for a mani and pedi and changed my mind several times about what I wanted (I usually only get this done once a year) they were incredibly patient and made sure I was satisfied with my service.

This salon was clean and professional and fairly priced. We came in with a group of 15 and they got all of us in and out in 2 hours for both manicures and pedicures. I am sure we were pretty annoying ...
This salon was clean and professional and fairly priced. We came in with a group of 15 and they got all of us in and out in 2 hours for both manicures and pedicures. I am sure we were pretty annoying but the staff was very courteous to us. If I am ever in Cartersville again, I will be sure to stop by.

I've been going here for years but last time I visited the lady did such a horrible job on my nails and charged me 60.00 for a fill in, gel color and I asked for a bow charm. I said 4 times I didn't want it drawn on..I wanted the actual charm. Needless to say I was mad leaving and haven't been back since. BTW the white tips gel polish turned brown in 3 to 4 days.

I have gone here many times, they have had a change in staff recently and I am unfamiliar with the young lady that started my mani pedi, but as she was on my second foot she cut my third toe deeply, ...
I have gone here many times, they have had a change in staff recently and I am unfamiliar with the young lady that started my mani pedi, but as she was on my second foot she cut my third toe deeply, could not get it to stop bleeding, I of course yelled out because it was painful, the manager finally came over after we had soaked through sevaral cotton swabs and applied hydrogen peroxide to my toe , no apologies were offered.

Awful. All I wanted was my nails painted. The guy kept on about making me spend more money, buy this, get that. I don't know how many times I repeated that I just want my nails painted. Well, the guy was nice to me until I noticed how he was doing a crappy job. He made my nails rough on the edges and the paint job was not professional. This salon was clean and professional and fairly priced. We came in with a group of 15 and they got all of us in and out in 2 hours for both manicures and pedicures. I am sure we were pretty annoying but the staff was very courteous to us. If I am ever in Cartersville again, I will be sure to stop by.
