Went in and there were two ladies working.  The place was clean, standard elevator calm music. We had to wait for 40 minutes! But it was worth it. They did a fantastic job on my toes, my Moms toes, and they did a color change on her nails. They did upsell us. My mom got the super duper deluxe Mac daddy pedicure but she said her feet and legs felt wonderful after. This was super close to our home and they did a great job. Will probably go back again. I went to Hannah at SuSu for the past 6 years and she was by far The absolute best nail tech I have ever come across. Her work was, without fail, perfect. She always  paid close attention to every aspect of a pedicure and gel manicure. Unfortunately, Hannah's good name began to spread in our town and it became necessary to book appointments 7 to 10 days in advance. I really didn't mind that so much, because she was worth it. I wanted to get my nails done and i decided to pick this nail salon. I asked the lady how much time i would wait she said 5 mins. She gave me colors so pick and i ended up waiting 30 MINUTES. They only had 3 people working and they were very slow. They didn't have the prices so you wouldn't know what everything cost. She told me sit and i waited 30 minutes again and i left. Su su nails is the worst place to get your nails done. They are racist, unprofessional and rude. They rushed though my nails, just to take care of this white lady. My nails were shaped wrong, painted horribly and not taking care of at all. Please do not subject yourself to this place. Read Less

Though located in a convenient location, the staff charge fees above average for the market. If the service was superlative, it might be justified. It is not. The young women appear to be high school age, and have their eyes on their phones, not your fingers and toes. The work seems substandard. This is the most filthy salon I have ever been to. The baths for your feet are not disinfected after use. Tool trays for various accessories on the mototools are covered in nail dust of a thousand patrons before you. I did not see any sterilization equipment, nor were tools soaked. Lastly, the pedicure foot scrub had vegatable graters from the grocery store in use rather than foot calous removers. I would not recommend this so-called nail salon to anyone. Read Less
