Only two people work in the salon so don't expect to be in and out. I actually caught a nail infection after using them so I haven't returned. The woman is fast and does a really great job while the man always rushes and his work isn't always neat. This nail salon was probably the worst I've been to. Another reviewer commented that there is new management but that does not seem to have helped!! I wish I could attach a photo of my nails. It hasn't even been a week since I got them done and they are all peeling off. They literally haven't even had a chance to grow out and no, I'm not hard on my nails! not to mention the man who painted my nails (I bought the acrylic set) did a horrible job, I wanted the tips painted blue with a white line, had it done multiple times at different shops and it's always looked great, but not this time! The tip color was uneven because he did more coats on some nails than others, the white line was different widths on every finger and there were white streaks where he had messed up and left it. I know that was extensive, but I don't want anyone else to go waste $30 for crappy looking nails that don't even last a week!! Read Less

i had a wonderful experience. i had never been there before and i was greeted by tina and she sat me down right away and started on my nails. we had light conversation that made me feel welcomed and the pricing was great. she didnt take a long time and my nails looked amazing. little did i know i walked in just before closing and she didnt make a fuss about it at all. i would highly recommend everyone give them another chance under their current management. They are rude here, they will pay attention to who they want to and you may not get a hello. I go in just to get my eyebrows done and I was told it would be a 20 min wait ... So I come back 20 mins later and I'm still left waiting ... Plus there paint work is sloppy! Read Less

This business is very unprofessional. I have had quite a few bad experiences so I will briefly list a few issues:*it is blatantly obvious the customer is not important- I waited for 10 minutes for a worker to finish doing a manicure because the other worker was eating their own nails done*one worker constantly smokes right outside the door and will come back in and do someone's nails while smelling like a cigarette*i have had to wait on them to cool their food in the microwave*customers will wait 10-15 minutes before bet being acknowledged *they allow solicitors to come in and ask each individual in the building if they are interested in buying something*washing hands before waxing brows does not seem to be important *facilities are hot and not usually the cleanestI have given them many opportunities but will be taking my business elsewhere. I'm so upset I just paid $18 to get the worst pedicure that I've ever gotten in my life. They were nice, but it did not make up for their below-mediocre pedicures. I really could have stayed at home and do a better job on my feet than what these so called ""professionals"" did. I'll never go back.
