This place is awful. I have been living here for over a year now, and have avoided this place due to their horrid comments on yelp. Yesterday I gave it a try and I must say it hit dead on to what everybody else said about this place. This place is disgusting, they don't offer you anything to drink, they don't ask you any questions, their color selection is a joke! They sat us down, soaked our feet, for 45 minutes without any acknowledgment as to how long they were going to be, we told the owner yesterday we had 50 minutes she spent 20 minutes on my daughter while the other gentleman spent the entire 50 minutes on me. The owner is rude, uncouth, unprofessional and extremely untalented. This place just does not need to exist. Now I will say the gentleman that works there was very nice and did a much better job than she did on my daughter. If you want a nice place to go get your nails done then go to Cumming across from the Kroger shopping center on 20. $58 was a joke to pay for this kind of service and work. Oh she charged us for a mani but only painted her nails! Painted them white while leaving dirt under them. She made rude comment after rude comment. Just horrible. RUN

This place is awful. I have been living here for over a year now, and have avoided this place due to their horrid comments on yelp. Yesterday I gave it a try and I must say it hit dead on to what everybody else said about this place. This place is disgusting, they don't offer you anything to drink, they don't ask you any questions including how long you'll be sitting with your feet soak in the water for 45 minutes, we told the owner yesterday we had 50 minutes she spent 20 minutes on my daughter while the other gentleman spent the entire 50 minutes on me. The owner is rude, uncouth, unprofessional and extremely untalented. This place just does not need to exist. Now I will say the gentleman that works there was very nice and did a much better job than she did on my daughter. If you want a nice place to go get your nails done then went to Cumming across from the Kroger shopping center. $58 was a joke to pay for this kind of service and work.

Worst nail salon I've been to. The owner is very rude. We told her we had an hour until we had to leave. Therefore, she skipped out out cleaning my cuticles, taking care of my heels, and a short massage, my toes were cut evenly. I asked her to do a 3rd coat as the polish didn't look good - I received an attitude. When painting my nails, she sat her chair on my shoes. When I asked her to please move her chairs, she then said a snarky remark under her breath. I asked her not to file my nails and she said my nails looked bad without a file, then proceeded to file and didn't a terrible job on the paint.

I use to think the service was ok when I needed to go somewhere close but my last experience was absolutely horrible! The guy who worked on me didn't seem to know what he was even doing. He didn't follow the normal procedures. My nails weren't straight. He didn't trim my cuticles. When he finished my toes, he got up and went to another chair...not one word. I wasn't even sure if he was done. Didn't put my shoes on or anything. My nails were poorly done & the owners were very rude about the whole thing. Not to mention, so many of the gel colors weren't even matching & she told me they may just be slightly off bc she had to mix colors to make them last longer, what?! I won't be back. And I went there once with my daughter and the owner was smoking at the front door. Walked in blowing smoke out & the place reeked. Terrible customer service!

I use to think the service was ok when I needed to go somewhere close but my last experience was absolutely horrible! The guy who worked on me didn't seem to know what he was even doing. He didn't follow the normal procedures. My nails weren't straight. He didn't trim my cuticles. When he finished my toes, he got up and went to another chair...not one word.
