LOVED the customer service I received. They all seemed sweet and eager to make conversation. HOWEVER, it was very dirty here. Things need dusting, bugs in all the light fixtures, need new paint on walls, and ceiling tiles need replaced. Even some of the tools that they used looked old and dirty. They even told me how during the weeks they can get so slow and I was thinking well use that time to clean, not sit on your phone, which is what they were doing when I walked in. REALLLLLY wanted to give more stars than this because they were so nice but cleanliness cannot be overlooked!

Terrible experience!! Pedicure was rough, painful and sloppy. I left there with my foot bleeding from them scrubbing so hard. Manicure was short and done carelessly. Only reason I went was because I had a gift certificate but I will NEVER go there again. -4/10

I was very unhappy with my results . they didnt listen to what we wanted . did a very bad job . so I went to another place in rome the old owners of nail trix tropical breeze they did great just like I knew they would nail trix they didnt clean there nail stuff after doing someelse toes .ewwwww so nasty theres no telling how many feet they dont that day after my nails were dont I wasnt happy . so I told them and I walked out .

I will never go back here again. The girl that did mine seemed to be upset and she kept stabbing me with her nail. I am a veteran of getting my nails done. So this was pretty upsetting. I wanted to leave and pay 5 bucks and go somewhere else. But I could not do that because I am a nice person. So I stayed and paid my 27 for nails I still dislike. I had to go to someone else to get them filed down. I strongly recommend finding another place!!! I will not be back to this place. I even tried asking her is she was having a good day.. but she still seemed upset. I hate that I was not strong enough to get up and walk out! I will not do that again to myself. It was wrong for me to pay for something I was not satisfied with!

LOVED the customer service I received. They all seemed sweet and eager to make conversation. HOWEVER, it was very dirty here. Things need dusting, bugs in all the light fixtures, need new paint on walls, and ceiling tiles need replaced. Even some of the tools that they used looked old and dirty.
