I went today for first time and sat outside for over 30 min because they forgot the keys to open.then we waited while other after us got taken care of even though we had an appointment at ten.to top it off my nails look bad.one of them look like it doesn't have acrylic on it .and didn't even get a pedicure because she sat some one else down.my daughter waited to get her feet done and they literary attended every else and ignored that she was patiently waiting.she's is 5. And my best friend who made the appointment wasn't even gonna be taken care of if it wasn't for sister in law bringing it to there attention.I'll be going some where else to get my nails done.I'm very disappointed. The manicurists were plain rude and did an awful job. They hurt my fingers with how roughly they did my manicure. The finished product was crooked and messy nails. I will NOT be going there again, and if I were you I would not try this nail salon! Read Less

I wish they had red negative stars. That's how poorly the establishment was ran and how awful they painted my nails. I am sickened by how awful they were. I have been using them for a while have had some minor issues but they always seem to try to take care of them until yesterday. I told the guy that was about to do my fill in that he caused me to bleed last time would he please try to not hurt me this time ! His reply , you can go somewhere else next time . Very disappointed with the hit or miss service. Sometimes you get a good pedicure sometimes you don't. The last three times I have been were a miss for me. I even resorted to taking my own name brand polish thinking this would help the longevity. However within two days my toenails are chipped. Toenails are all different sizes and filed uneven and none matched. I was nicked and I jumped. She never looked up or said a word. My boyfriends daughter and sister went today. And after getting there toes done one of the ladies slapped my boyfriends daughter because she was getting out of the chair wrong. Now his daughter is about to be 12 years old. There is no reason to put hands on her. Also they were rude and hateful. When she got home and told me what happen even with proof . The man (I guess who runs it or owns it) informed me that they wouldn't do that. So that's why I'm letting you know. If you want to have a chance of getting slapped then by all means go. I have been to this salon a half dozen times and they are usually timely and polite. Today, though, I received the worst manicure I have ever had. Additionally, the manicurist and another employee got into a heated discussion in their language.... Got very loud and her frustration was very evident in her sighs and expressions. Am welcomed every time I go. Randy and Kim are proud owns and have two handsome boys. Great and wonderful set of ladies works with pride to take care of their customers..
