So I have been going for a long time and really wanted to continue, but lately the service has been just bad. Most of the time I go and this is different times I am there from 2 to 4 hours at least this for gel on toes and nails and most of the time fill in. I have had a problem with the gel nails not lasting I went back and had them fixed. I had a women tell me I would just pay half price when the nails only lasted two days before the color started to peel off. I was really upset so they didn't charge me but told me they have to make sure ppl are not taking advantage of them.... now I have been going a long time even and I spend anywhere 80 to over 100 dollars bc I get the pearl pedi. I was so upset but said nothing. There are sometime's they rush because there is ppl waiting. One leg will get a long massage then the other barely touched. Depends on who you get. I have taken friends and family here as well. This past time I waited so long they were closing by the time it was for my hands they wanted me to come back a different day my hands were peach and my feet were blue I told her I could not come another day I wouldn't have time, so they stayed. Nice right well I didn't realize till I was home my hands are not even enough color you can see through the blue there is streaks and I can see on the side the old peach color. my feet are so sore bc they were so ruff trimming my cuticles on the side of big toes it hurt's to wear shoes, I'm afraid they got cut and may get infected bc it is so red. I have been nicked before but not like this. I'm so tired of not being a valued customer for the price I pay. I really have had it I do not recommend going I know I will not. I will never go there again! The first time I went there the girl cut a notch in my big toenail. When I got home I had to completely redo it and cut it very short to fix. I said I would not go back but was invited with a group of friends so decided to give it another try. The lady yelled at me several times and just made me feel so uncomfortable. The water was so hot and I told her but she just wasn't interested. My feet barely had time to soak before she was pulling them out to do the pedicure. She put hot towels on my legs that burned really bad. Some customers came in complaining about the job they did on her nails and they argued back and forth before they finally agreed to fix them. They are rude, but close to home so we have gone there on several occasions. No more! I took my daughter there for her birthday yesterday and not only did they throw some ugly polish on there, they didn’t even do the gel polish requested and they charged us for!!!! My little was so disappointed. They painted all her toes a dull pink and her big toe a purple color. And it was not cute. They said they couldn’t do a design. We went down the road and and they fixed them BEAUTIFULLY at another salon. I will never go there again. I’d leave pictures here if I could!!!! Why did I not listen to the other views! The men in there are RUDE. The men that dis my deluxe pedi did the absolute bare minimum. He didnt even rub or massage my feet.Just softly rubbed my legs like he didnt want to be bothered. And when I asked him was he not going to massage me feet like the lady was doing my friends next to me.... He rudely says "I did! Were you not paying attention?" Please don't ever go here here. I went on yesterday I had just gotten out of hospital the day before. The nail tech asked what I wanted. I told him and he started to do something else . He burned me 3 times and refused to say I am sorry . I taked him to call his manager. The manager took his time coming . The nail tech said I am leaving . The manager told me don't talk to tech like that. I said like what . I have a right to express myself in a whit professional tone. The manager Screamed at me as though I was a child . I have seen them laugh at customers and talk very rudely to customers . They have told customers in my presence to not come back anymore . One tech begs for tips and constantly stares , rolls her eyes, and fusses with customers in the presence of everyone . They talk loudly and makes fun of customers in the shop . If you want to be treated like a human being. Please do not go to this shop .the manager is very rude and they try to push services off on you by saying it is a special today . My review is based solely on pedis... I have zero experience with their manicures, acrylics or waxing.This was my third or fourth visit since they've opened, and Passion Nails maintains the role as my backup pamper place. It's no Footprints Spa, but it's just 1 mile further from my house so just as convenient. Hours are also convenient.I'm here today because I didn't feel like making an appointment at Footprints(not always needed but often helps).The reason I get pedicures at these 2 salons is the way they cut my nails. Both salons have better techs than other places. I don't get those painful ingrown toenails like I do when I go to places when the techs rush or lack proper training/experience.So very friendly & welcoming too!Cons: Not as spa-like & clean as Footprints. It just isn't as clean as prior visits but NOWHERE near the worst around here.Will continue to come here for pedis. Read Less

Do not go to this salon. Waited over an hour , for no reason, and when I tried to leave they wanted to then help. Also, the lady that does SNS , the old lady with long hair, looked at me made a comment and the other ladies begin to laugh. Very rude to talk about clients. I used to come here all the time. Chris the owner refused to provide service to me, I only do my nails with Amy because I like her work, he said he felt offended I only like Amy and he said he will not allow Amy nor anyone to help me in the salon! Never did I disrespect this men, nothing but nice when I go in. But if am going to spend my money I am going to pay for a service that I want! That is completely disrespectful, knowing that I am a regular customer not only do I wait hours to see Amy and spend so much money monthly to be treated like that. I am still relatively new to area and I was looking for a nail salon that was good and close to home. I passed Passion Nails a few time on my way into the Publix grocery store and figured today I would drop in and give them a try.... I should have immediately turned around and walked out the door. This is salon is poorly kept and the selection of colors is pretty much non exsitant. The only saving grace is that the young man helping me was very friendly. Read Less

This place is amazing. I moved to Warner Robins in November and haven't had a good pedicure since. I walked in on a Tuesday evening got a pedicure with no wait.  The staff is friendly and the salon is clean.  HELEN is great i got the best pedicure from her today.  Can't say enough this place. Two of us went here once and were seated with a foot soak and TV so we did not mind the wait. Today we went back and though their posted hours said 9:30, they were still not there at 10:00 so we left. We came back at 11:00 and they directed us to a seat. No one filled water for a soak or even spoke to us. There was no TV. It looked like there were people ahead of us tthat would take a while so we asked to make an appointment so we could avoid a long wait. They told us no. We should just call first which would not help us because people could walk in between when we called and could get there and again would have to wait. I had been going to Passion Nails for over a year and a half. After seeing, what I thought was a fungus on my, nails, I asked the nail tech (Tu) and Chris, was it a fungus? They assured me it wasn't. I had to get my doctor's diagnosis. Low and behold, I had a very serious fungus on four of my nails. Which required antibacterial medicine to treat the fungus.
