Not very good communication. The last few times I've gone, they've underestimated their wait time just to keep me in the door. "15-20 min" is really 45-hour wait. The fumes in here are also very strong, poor ventilation.

Stopped in yesterday to get my nieceJaniya a manicure and I said I sure need a pedicare.She replied Auntie they'll get you without an appointment & she was absolutely right.I walked right in and we both received service @ the same timeFast & Friendly Service might I add.I will definitely be going back soon.Thanks to Mr.Heineken & his amazing crew for a job well done.🖒

I visited this shop around 515pm on a Wednesday- I didn't have to wait long to be helped which I liked. Shop looked clean and neat! I got an overlay with solar powder but I needed my sns powder soaked...
I visited this shop around 515pm on a Wednesday- I didn't have to wait long to be helped which I liked. Shop looked clean and neat! I got an overlay with solar powder but I needed my sns powder soaked off and replaced with solar powder bc this shop does not carry sns powder. Employees were very polite and worked pretty fast. And prices were Reasonable- I enjoyed and will return. I took one star away because my nails look a little thick and I asked my tech to make them thin and he did not, but I like my nails.

Got a manicure with gel nails and a pedicure. They were really thorough and did a great job. It was a great job for a great price. I'll be going there to get my nails done regularly now.

Very disappointed by the gel manicure it was done by the male owner. I get gel manicure often and I know the process fairly well I tried to tell him how I wanted it done he kept interrupting me and insisting he knew best. My nail started chipping within the week of getting them done. The pedicare done by the women was great. I will not be returning he was very rude back to passion nails better quality.

I got an overlay with solar powder but I needed my sns powder soaked off and replaced with solar powder bc this shop does not carry sns powder. Employees were very polite and worked pretty fast. Very disappointed by the gel manicure it was done by the male owner. I get gel manicure often and I know the process fairly well I tried to tell him how I wanted it done he kept interrupting me and insisting he knew best.
