Went to get a pedicure as a new customer to this salon. Though I chose a premium pedicure package--the technician did no exfoliating aside from a solid 3 seconds of washing my feet with a gentle pumice stone and barely trimming my nails. When I asked if she was done without any type of exfoliating, I was told that that is $5 extra to exfoliate. I paid $40 to have my toenails polished and some lotion. Not even filed or shaped. Went in on Friday for a new full set of ombre nails. The tech was friendly and kept saying that my hands and nails were oily, that my nails would not hold on to go. I am aware of that but I have been getting my nails done for the past 17yrs and never have had any major issue. My issue here was that literally on Sunday (2 days after) I was scratching my hair and a nail popped off!! Unacceptable. Really! I have never lost a nail on a new full set in that short amount of time. So I kind of sucked it up and nail glued it back cause I was busy that Memorial weekend, and then another one came off on Monday. I went back and they denied to re-due them because they say it has to do with my nails being oily.. Really!!! So now Thursday i have glued back a total of 5 nails in less then a week!! This is outrageous!! Never again will i go back to this place!! Not worth the $56 dollars i spent. They also charge me extra for my shape and length. Which they failed to notify me. I went to get SNS with a tip andid middle finger nail is crooked, one thumb is longer than the other and they are so thick and bumpy and awful!! I told the lady to fix them and she just filled them idk if she couldn’t see how bad they were but I will never go back or reccomend this place to anyone. Read Less

Update- there is no loyalty here. I came in at 716, and they denied me. I have a wedding to go to, and they didn’t care- I’ve brought in so much business. The nails aren’t even worth it, finding a new nail salon!!!! ——- OH MY GOD I just walked out and I am amazed. The people are amazing and the services offered are awesome. Very clean salon, reasonably friendly employees, but not great customer service. I walked in at 4pm for an SNS manicure after calling ahead to see if I needed an appointment (was told no). I was immediately seated at a station and they started the acetone soak to remove my old SNS. I ended up waiting for a full hour with my nails soaking in acetone. When the tech finally came, she asked me to wait 5 more minutes... I told her no - I had somewhere to be at 5:30. She insisted she could do it... I should have walked out. Long story short, I was late for where i needed to go AND ended up with a crappy uneven mani. Won't be back. Read Less

I totally love this place super cool owner and staff. Very clean and friendly staff. They have a bar that I can't wait til it opens but I know will be a cool concept. The service pamphlet is the Truth it has like 30 plus services with affordable prices. Helen is the bomb on nail designs and Tom is awesome on shape. I can't remember the other people I had but they were great too. I love that the paraffin wax comes  certain services and the add ons are great for pampering and total relaxation time. It's close to the Mall and super posh the murals and led lightsaber a beautiful touch. They have spa chairs for the kiddos and it's just a awesome place to visit for the wind down. Read Less

Great posh location, super friendly staff and nice lighting and welcoming environment. I totally enjoyed my pampering day with Helen & other staff she’s bomb on the designs she did my daughter’s birthday nails and it was nothing short of amazing. The owner is very nice and friendly too she checks on clients to make sure you’re pleased and they have a bar in the works and children only pedicure chairs which will make your little girls hearts melt. I’m definitely impressed with the salon and the customer service and polish selection is awesome. Edit: Don't come here for a full set, definitely get a pedi. I'm editing this review because I am so disappointed in how my nails held up. In all my years of getting my nails done, I've NEVER had a nail break. Now, a little over a week from getting my set done....I have two broken nails and a chipped (not nail polish....but the tip itself) nail. I work in an office all day, no heavy ware on my nails. I consider myself a very picky person when it comes to my nails & when I came to VIP nails I was matched with the perfect Nail technician Tiffany! She is so amazing at what she does! This is not my normal salon but I promised my daughter a nail day and VIP was open on Sunday. It was a nice place and most everyone seemed great. BUT--I got SNS and left looking like my daughter did my nails and 3 days later I already have 2 nails that are chipped. For what I paid, I'm extremely disappointed. This place is GREAT! Highly recommend them. I just come with my wife and I get a pedicure with my girl Taylor who takes care of me. She's very thorough and takes her time and does an amazing job. So disappointed! Went for a pedicure. I get pedicures mostly for a relaxing massage after a busy week. This lady just kind of rubbed on my legs while looking up at a tv the whole time. She never once applied any pressure at all. It was creepy. When I was done the manager asked how it was and she could tell by my face that it wasn't good. My experience here is ALWAYS pleasant.  From the moment you walk through the door the atmosphere is warm and they appreciate your patriotism. Salon with a higher end ambiance, friendly customer service, good communication, and care with services. They even offered me soda or a water when I came in, and politely worked with me when I dozed off during my relaxing pedicure. A little more expensive than other salons ($2-$4 above most services), but they do a good job, and you don't have to worry about cleanliness or them doing a good job. I am very impressed with this nail salon! Not only is it huge, but my girls got to enjoy a mani and pedi with ice cream! They have pedicure chairs for the kids and treated them like princesses! The kids really enjoyed it! I got a full set and spa pedicure as well and they definitely took their time and catered to your needs. They offer you a beverage while you're getting pampered and made sure you were comfortable.I gave them a 5 bc of their excellent customer service! The management team walked by and made sure to check up on customers which is a plus bc most Vietnamese owned nail salons don't do that. I'm not going to lie I love the work Andy does. However I had a problem with the gel polish twice which he corrected before I left. I noticed the colors didn't match, one hand was darker than the other. I went back 4 days later only because I knew he was off 2 days of it to show the owner. I sat down Andy did another amazing job but I ended up having to pay for it. I would of paid the difference since I did sns with there being so many issues with the gel but $80 in less than a week I won't be coming back! I came here with my mother-in-law for the first time and we had really nice pedicure sessions. I like the fact they have massage chairs :) I had hot oil and hot stone pedicure and it felt really good. Mary was the tech I had, and she was very attentive and kind. Service and quality are top notch here. Mimi and Taylor were very attentive and helpful; they made the experience relaxing and welcoming as first time visitors. We did not feel rushed, in fact - just the opposite. The salon was very clean. The floor manager, Aliza, stopped in to see how the experience was during and at the end which we appreciated. This is my 1st time here and probably my last time......The place is nice and they have a huge selections of colors! I went in today for a pedi and nail color on my nails...the lady that did my pedi did a horrible job! While she was scrubbing my feet I got cut. She stoped what she was doing an apologized and went to get a bandaid. She didn't even clean the tools.  She then painted my toe nails and they look horrible! I felt like she was in a rush.
