I recently came in on a whim based on the previous good reviews and was looking for a basic pedicure. What I got was so much more! From exceptional service to a premium massage chair, it was all taken care of. With the addition to a small chair massage afterwards, the experience was complete. HORRIBLE SERVICE!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE AT THIS PLACE! My mom and I have been going to this nail salon for years, because we really love Cindy & Don. The owner has always been not so pleasant, but we never paid it any close attention, because we weren't seeing him for services. Today was definitely the last straw after he was blatantly rude and disrespectful to my mother. He told her "they didn't have time for her, come back tomorrow", while closing the blinds. Then two other walk-ins came in behind her and he took both of them with no appointment. All my mother was asking to get, was her nails soaked off and a regular manicure. She then proceeded to ask him why the other people got to be taken and he ignored her completely. Needed my toes done and this place was recommended to me by someone on NextDoor. So glad I came and they were able to get me in. Very nice people is clean friendly atmosphere. I don’t think I will ever go back. My experience was not great at all. The guy that performed my service which was a full set and I wanted powder which they didn’t know what i was talking about. He kept pushing that i get gel in which i already explained that i do not like gel because it chips. I finally agree to get gel and i pick out my color and he comes back to tell me they don’t have it. So i am thinking man, they don’t have anything. So i pick another color and he began my service. He sliced my thumb with the fingernail file so my natural reaction is to pull my hand back. He grabbed my hand like nothing had just happened. He then told me not to move so i don’t get cut. All through the service he grabbed and twisted my hand aggressively until I asked him to TELL me how he needs my hand. Once the service was complete, I looked at my nails to see the entire sides were not painted. I went yesterday, on Sunday. Now here it is Monday and a huge part of my pinky nail has chipped off. I've been getting my nails done professionally since I was 13. Being a military spouse I often have to relocate and finding a good nail salon is a task. I have very wide nail beds; which makes shaping my nails difficult. There is one gentleman there that does my nails perfectly. I've been to him at least 5 times and I cannot remember his name (shame on me). He sit at the table in the front to the far right. I've come a few times when he was off and I wasn't pleased. Went for a gel manicure and pedi. They have OPI gel polish, which is a plus for me; they don't layer on too much nail polish so that it's too thick; they paint the tips of your nails. Haven't found a place in the area that did all these things correctly. The massage was wonderful on my arms and legs too. Everyone was friendly and the place was clean. They also didn't have one of those kid sections, like other places - which I personally prefer. I was able to relax and enjoy my time. Prices were typical for the area. I wouldn't go back even if the service was free!! I got a full set and pedicure both with gel polish and it came up to $85!!! The only other time I've been to this salon was to repair a broken nail and the guy who fixed it started asking me about my normal nail salon and telling me that my nail salon charges too much they are cheaper. The price isn't even the issue although that is quite expensive for the service I received. The guy who did my nails cut me several times to the point where I started to bleed. I literally have gashes on the sides of my fingers where I'd been cut. He never apologized never tried to wipe the blood he just kept going never acknowledging the fact that he cut my fingers open in 4 different places. The shape is terrible and very lumpy! The polish is everywhere! The sides of the nails are super rough!! The nails are extra thick!!!! The overall quality is disgusting. You would think for the price I paid my nails would be super cute, wrong! They look as if my younger cousin did them. When it was time to pay I asked the guy if I could pay $60 on my card and the rest cash, I asked 3x's and he kept saying yes! I guess yes means no bc he charged the entire amount to my debit card!! The only reason I didn't stay and have them redo my nails is because I had to go to work. When I arrived there was no one in the salon 2 ppl came in after I had been there for 45 mins and they're services were finished before mine. They were even given complimentary back massages even though we all paid for deluxe pedicures. I was never offered this! I spent 1 hour and 45 minutes in there and walked out dissatisfied.. Very attentive and extremely helpful. Not only did they master the skills they had an arsenal of grinders, I mean a ryobi for every size! Highly recommend and certainly going back. This was my first time Bc I read the good reviews. I can agree with all the rest of the reviews! Excellent service. You won't get chandeliers, wine, or spa music but it is def. worth the more then reasonable prices! $20 for an exceptional pedicure with very long massage! Def going back.Read Less

This is my first time going here for acrylics and I am BEYOND pleased with the results! I'm so picky about my nails and my cuticles are very dry. If my nail technician doesn't clean up my cuticles first it makes for an ugly set of nails, so I asked for a manicure first. I'm always worried to do this due to the fact that in the past when I ask for a manicure before my acrylics I feel I get a half ass job. Sonny, my nail technician listened to me and did an amazing job cleaning my nails up and taking care of my cuticles, paying special attention to moisturizer! My nails are shaped perfectly and look incredible. Every other time I get a full set there is something that isn't right or bothers me..but this time I am so incredibly amazed with my nails!!!I'll be returning for a fill in and a pedicure!!! I've been going to another nail salon for over 10yrs but i moved this year so whenever i can't make it to my original salon, i come here. V is awesomely patient with me (i'm 9 months pregnant now so i have to keep moving to stay comfortable). And i dont know what it is about his technique that makes my nails last so long but it works. Horrible experience all around. Usually service is good but the Saturday before Mother's Day 2016 I was stunned the moment I walked in the door. I was the first customer there. When I opened the door the lady who was working at the time says to me, "What do you want?" I said excuse me?  I came to have a manicure done with S&S. Although I was the only one there, I was told the wait would be 15 min. She continued to go about folding towels and prepping pedicure bowls (which should have been done the night before) & ignored me. I should have left at that moment, but I chose to stay. Each time a customer came in, the lady who greeted me would ask them, "How can I help you?" I found this to be quite strange because of how rudely she treated me. Oh and she chose to do several other customers mani/pedi. Needless to say another tech came in and did my manicure. It was probably the worst my nails ever looked. The S&S was dipped on each nail three times which left them thick and mis-shapen. I decided to cut my losses there, pay, & leave with every intention on writing a review of my experience. An apology was never offered and I will never return as a customer. If you're in the area, go to Capri Nails in Suwanee & ask for Linda B. You will not be disappointed. Have gone twice once for acrylics full set and again today for fill and eye brows. Had a different technician today and he was good too. Ive been to several nail salons in the area and this ones the best so I will continue going there. My eye brows look great and I enjoyed my upper face massage complementary with eye brow service. I love Tina's nails.  I will not go anywhere else to get my toes done.  They do a great job with a regular pedicure but the deluxe is awesome.  If you need a good break the deluxe is the way to go if you have the time.  They also have great things on tv and its not loud in case you want to shut your eyes also. I went to Tina's with a friend over the weekend. It was not very busy for a Saturday, which was a pleasant surprise. I liked that they had a show about the Pacific Islands on TV instead of an Asian language film or the news. The technicians were welcoming at first, but then after I declined a deluxe pedicure, things really seemed to go south. The woman who did my mani was very nice, but the woman doing my pedi (Lia I think she said her name was - did not speak much English) was horrible. She drew blood on my cuticles on both big toes. Apparently I also had bad "hang nails" or whatever they are technically called when the nail gets into the side, and it hurt like the devil. I asked her several times to please stop trying to do whatever she was doing, but she continued to dig. Also, she was texting a good bit and accepted a cash tip from another customer without removing her gloves and then went right back to work on my feet! I'm not usually a germaphobe but this was just gross and mainly unprofessional. My friend had a much better experience with her mani only (it was a gentleman, do not remember his name), but I will certainly not be back. Read Less

I went in for a quick polish change on New Years Eve. They were the only nail salon around the Mall of Georgia that wasn't on a wait. Thanks to Yelp I found this place and had service right away! They have a huge flat screen TV that had a nice underwater educational video on (animal planet I think). I loved that since most salons usually have the news on. My technician was quick and accurate and nice to talk to. It was clean and a comfortable temperature and no nasty smell. I'll return again. Read Less
