I've never been one to get my nails done frequently - I've been a nail-biter for about 25 years and was always too embarrassed to get my nails done. After a friend recommended The Nail Society, I booked an appointment with Nicole. She made me feel so incredibly at ease and comfortable. She never "nail shamed" me for the length/condition of my nails or cuticles - she only made a suggestion to help my cuticles when I specifically asked. We did a shellac manicure and not only was it KILLER, but it lasted for 3 weeks. Yes, you read that correctly: THREE WEEKS.That was January 2017 and I've been religiously going every 2-3 weeks since. I always let Nicole do whatever she wants and she never disappoints. All of the ladies are CRAZY-talented and creative and want to make you proud of your nails! Each lady who works there is incredibly knowledgeable as well.The salon is intimate and immaculate. It really does feel like a social club - you get to know the gals there as well as other clients and they make you feel like a part of the group. The customer service is phenomenal. Let's be real - sometimes I pop up there even when I don't have an appointment just to hang out. Even though they're usually booked solid, I NEVER feel rushed just so they can get to the next appointment. Nicole always takes her time and makes me feel like I'm an important client.Pro-tip: Walk-ins are welcome and if there's time, they're happy to accommodate you, but I would HIGHLY recommend making an appointment. Excellent nail salon!  Went recently with my 10 yr old daughter ... she got a kids mani/pedi and I did a spa pedicure.  We were both very happy; the staff is friendly and welcoming.  Emily did both of us and she is great.  Nice and relaxing little place, lots of polish choices.  We will be back! Very nice salon and location, and excellent manicures and pedicures. The owner is experienced and fully capable of doing these procedures for diabetics and people with other medical conditions. (She even got this sceptical old Marine guy to become a regular.) They use disposable liners in the foot baths. All tools are sterilized in an autoclave (the same way hospitals do it.) Setting out the tools for a procedure looks similar to a hospital as well - each tool comes out of the sealed sterile pouch it was autoclaved in. It's a small salon, but the staff are all very friendly and go out of their way to make you comfortable.The chairs don't have any special features like massaging, but I am told that it is because massage chairs can be harmful to people on dialysis, etc.  The ambiance is not great and they can only do two pedicures at a time which is both the pro and the con.  I like it not being like a factory, but yet it lacked mood for the small place. Today Kim saved my sanity and fixed my nail after I slammed it in a door last night and broke it. You would never know by looking at my nails that they looked so bad this morning when I showed up. I wouldn't trust my nails with anyone else now that I have found Kim and Blane! Their shop is in the perfect location and so very relaxing you may not want to leave. I think the ladies would be okay with that though since they are so very friendly and fun to be around! It is truly the best place to get away and you leave with the most beautiful nails! I never have to worry about cleanliness, all tools used are put in the enclave or new to me and tossed after and the ladies truly understand the importance of healthy nails! My nails have never looked better or healthier and I have a few health issues that make that a tall order but Kim makes it look effortless. Warning though, random strangers will stop you to talk about your nails and the fabulous designs, be ready to share where you got them done. Read Less

Great service, great nails, super clean.  They are concerned with and understand the health of your nails.
