This is my new favorite nail salon. I have never had a set place that I call my favorite because I have had so many bad experiences with being rushed or overcharged or just receiving completely poor service from other nail salons, but this place is pleasantly different. Everyone was very friendly and both of my aestheticians were very careful and took their time to ensure that I would be happy with my pedicure and gel manicure. I chose to have a chrome effect added to my nails and this was done perfectly. I opted to have waxing done and inquired about eyebrow tinting and while this service is offered here, I was advised against it because it wouldn’t be as striking and apparent as I was probably expecting and it is very temporary. I appreciated their honesty so much. They weren’t pushy and didn’t keep asking me if I wanted ‘upgrades’. It was such a peaceful atmosphere. I passed three other nail salons on my way to Richz and I definitely made the right choice! The pricing is reasonable and their color options and the comfort of the place is superb. Read Less

I have been visiting this establishment every 2 weeks for the past 3 fillins. Yesterday, the lady doing my SnS nails actually was so rough that she sliced my finger away from the nail on one finger & the cuticle bed on another. She did not dip my fingers in the powder the same number of times and they look bumpy & horrible. I have never made a complaint before, but after yesterday I felt I needed to. My first two times here were wonderful, but yesterday even as I was trying to talk to the gentleman checking me out, he kept trying to brush me off. Unfortunately, my sister & I will not be returning here. I love to see others have great experiences here & hope they continue for you. ***Response to owner...thank you for your response. That is not exactly how things happened upon me leaving, but I am not getting into a "He said/She said" argument. More training with your employees on the SnS nails process is a great idea. This place is amazing at acrylics and manicure. You usually don’t have to wait too long if you’re a walk-in. Since they’re so good it’s definitely at your best interest to make an appointment if you don’t wanna wait because it does get pretty busy. Read Less

Best Nail Salon in Gwinnett!! Clean, genuinely nice and talented staff and reasonable prices! I've been to some other salons around town and they were all disappointing. I'm notorious for being picky when it comes to my nails. From the shape, the technique, the thickness, everything. Tracy, hands down is my go to for acrylics, SNS, or any nail enhancements. She knows how to cater to each person, so if "your nail go like that" she can fix it make it not go like that. I actually as well messed up my polish, and they fixed it no problem. the workers were very very nice, and the place was very clean. there was a little wait, but other than that, it was a very good experience! I really like this nail salon. Place is clean. They put a plastic sleeve over the tub and throw away when finished. They offer you a beverage. The ladies actually talk to you to get to know you. Which is nice because other salons I've been to they just talk amongst themselves in their native language the whole time which seems rude. As a 1st time visitor, after going for years to another salon, I was reluctant to try Rich'z. But I am so glad I did! The shop was lovely, clean and welcoming! Service was Excellent! The massage chair was in clean and working condition- clearly well maintained. And most of all, the atmosphere was superbly relaxing! Quiet, no unpleasant smells, and the TV wasn't blaring at me --or showing a talk show (which I hate because it tends to engage you, but rarely can you hear what's being said.) Overall I would rate the shop 2 for poor overall experience. When I initially walked in it took someone a while to come to the counter to see what services I wanted for that day. I got a manicure and pedicure with gel polish. The experience was overall fair while getting my nails done. I felt rushed for the majority of the time and they did not make me feel physically comfortable. 4 days after receiving their services my nail chipped. Typically my gel nails last for about two weeks before I get a chip. I called the shop and ask them could they fix the chip and they said it was nothing they can do about it not unless I wanted to pay to get my nails redone. They Really need to work on their customer service skills at the shop it's definitely not a place to go if you want a spa like experience. Read Less
