This is the worst place I've went in a long time I've been there for 5 years and all of a sudden I went to go get a fill in after they did the fill-in I cannot even tell the filling was done you can still see the empty space the owner the man didn't even care he told me it was not his problem and that they couldn't do anything about it so I had to leave and go somewhere else and get them done again and pay more money so now I recommend New York Nails in the Mall of Georgia is the place to go not LA Nails they do a horrible job and they have shity customer service Read Less

Cali, Linda, Dan, and April are the only ones that have been consistent in their work and customer services. Stay away from Karen because she talks extremely too much about absolutely nothing and she does a piss poor job. I have given her chance after chance to prove me wrong but she shows preferential treatment towards some. She has left my nails in a mess by not cleaning the polish off the skin around them (why is there even polish on my skinin the first place?), half applying nail oil and what hand massage??? Arrived to have a pedicure service and no one greeted me or asked how they could assist. Another customer came to the front from the back and recieved service to check out. She looked at me, still said nothing and went back to assisting someone else in the back area. I finally flagged down a younger girl there who finally tells me they are not taking anymore customers.I was so disappointed in the way I was treated at this location and I drove 30 minutes out of my way to patronage their business only to be told after begging for assist. La Nail Studio has excellent service and SNACKS. Everyone is super friendly and attentive. Jessica has always done my nails when they were acrylic and Cali has started doing my nails now that I have switched to gel. Cali does a clean job with the gel and is queen of design. The staffs are all friendly and the guy that I had, who has a short hair and blue shirt, I really recommend him! (Two guys, one with short hair and one with almost none but a little bit ) He did a super nice and long massage for me and my nail are all pretty and neat!  I love it! Although the people came it later were complaining their low speed , I still really enjoyed the service!
