I have been coming here for little over a year and my loyalty runs deep!! They have excellent customer service. They don’t just provide good customer service but made my nails healthy and strong. I came to Tan because the previous place I went to constantly had my nail weak and broken . Tan recommended a way for getting my nails healthy and stronger with out any damages. He saved my nail and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. I love Diamond nails so much that I take the 15 min drive out of my area to make sure I have great service. They recently had to move to a different shop in their plaza and had issues opening in the new location. I refused to go anywhere else. I remained loyal and patient. I knew I would not be satisfied with anyone else work so I let all my nails break . I walked around for a little over two weeks looking crazy but I waited and it was worth it. For special occasions, I like to get specific designs on my nails. Most nail artists who do what I like are downtown, too far from me in Gwinnett. I've gone to several salons in Gwinnett and no one knew how to do designs. One tech didn't even know what ombre was!I remembered I'd gone to Diamond Nails a couple of years back and was glad to find out Vick was still here. He's just as talented as ever! He's friendly, and made several suggestions for me, some even to save me money (instead of using crystals, use SNS)! I left super happy and pleased with his work and craftsmanship!
