The staff was very kind and did a descent job with my daughter. My nails are another story. This was the worst manicure I've ever had. I had to ask for my nails to be filed to a uniform shape, my cuticles were not completely taken care of. I think my right hand stayed in the heating pad for 30 seconds at the most. The polish is so uneven, it looks like I did the painting and there are noticeable ridges in the paint. There is so much sloppy clear gel, it's going to begin peeling. The design is just terrible as well. After about five attempts on the art, I decided to take what I get, stop wasting my time, and go somewhere tomorrow to fix this.
