The absolute standout moments are the double cleansing to remove excess oil and residue, the rose and chamomile infused towel treatment, the very thorough extraction, more soothing aromatherapy, spot treatment with purifying mask + hydration mask layer, and finally an almond oil massage. I've never experienced anything like it! This sort of care and commitment is hard to find. The transparency is refreshing. Furthermore, the esthetician, Angela, has been with the company for years. It's good to see a place that retains their staff. The esthetician and I discussed my concerns and the root of my issues. From there she was able to give me a starting point and likely ending point to repair my skin. Along with an expected investment per treatment. She also steered me in the direction of the products I should use, and I was given the option to use the same line during my facial. Best Massage ever! I went to have my lower back and shoulders worked on and this was by far the BEST massage I have ever had. I've frequented this chain but this is only my second time going to this location. I love the area. It's in the midst of several shopping and eating places nestled in Brookhaven. There's plenty of parking on the street and in the rear. Sometimes parking can be rough but it's tolerable. I went for a Yelp event. The event was absolutely fantastic and very well put together.  The staff was extremely nice. Everyone I encountered was knowledgeable and I appreciated that.  Debbie performed my facial service.  She had such a pleasant spirit.  She was completely professional and educated me on all the products that she used.   She answered all of my questions and provided info on what products I should use. Great couples massage today with Shamara and Ursula.  Much better than other massages I've had that were much more expensive.  Plus, they don't use oil but rather a hypo-allergenic lotion.  Shamara had the perfect touch that didn't leave me sore.  Should have booked 90 minutes instead of 60! I give two stars- one for each technician who did my nails.  They were very nice, but my pedicure looked about the same as if I did it myself, my toenails were cut too short, and I never asked for them to be cut.  My manicure was gel- she put about an inch of polish on my nails, which looked weird.  They never soaked my fingers, manicured them or used lotion or massaged them.  Straight to just painting them.  Like they were in a hurry.  I was with a friend and she had two pedi/ mani gift certificates.  We got regular polish on our toes, and gel on our finger nails.  We paid the difference for the gel- which was $45??!!  I'm still not sure why the difference of gel and regular nail polish is $45, but it certainly was not worth it.  I ended up ripping the gel right off the next day, it was so thick and annoying.  I'll be sticking to my Vietnamese ladies down the street for my nails, thanks. I was given a gift card that my mother received, to treat my daughter to a pedicure for her birthday. I went to the online site to try to book an an appointment for that day (Wednesday) however the next option for availability was for the following Friday. I booked the appointment for a Signature Pedicure for two at the Decatur location. I received a phone call a few hours later and the receptionist explained that the Decatur location did not offer nail services. I thought this was odd because this option is available to book on the website. She then gave me the locations that do offer nail services. I decided to book with the Brookhaven location.I then booked for this location, again online, and the options of availability were the same-- for the following Friday. Upon arriving at the spa on Friday at 10a, when they opened, I was informed that my appointment wasn't in the system. I was then informed that the online booking system is just a reservation for an appointment. At the time I was completely perplexed by this system, however, while there I was able to reschedule for the following morning. My daughter and I arrived at our appointment the next day and the pedicure experience was great. After our pedicures I went to pay for the services, I also wanted to get more information about the procedure to book an appointment online. I spoke with the same receptionist as the day before who explained again that the appointment wasn't booked because the online booking is just a reservation. I wanted to understand the procedure, because this process  still didn't make any sense to me and she informed me that I was supposed to receive a phone call and that personnel was supposed to stay on top of online bookings. I let her know that I didn't receive a phone call confirmation and that having to come back to receive service was inconvenient. There was no responsibility taken for no one calling to confirm and I from comments that she posed I was lead to feel that it was my fault because "I thought I was understanding something but I didn't".The last straw for my visit was the fact that I was given a $50 gift card to spend however, there was only $16 to use on the card because of the $2/month dormant fees -- whatever that is-- accessed to the card. These fees make no sense to me!..!.. Gift cards are paid for in full and companies will charge a person for not using use it??? The company receives the money regardless. The company has now made a $34 profit for no services rendered or items purchased, which I think is a total ripoff!!Needless to say, I will not be returning. Read Less

Tran, the owner of Livery Nails does an excellent job. I used to go to Fashion Nails in San Ramon, however, since Tran at Fashion Nails left, I won't go back there. I have heard by many the customer service at Fashion Nails is not the same as when Tran was there. I cannot stand going to a nail shop that is dirty and only offers mediocre customer service and less than quality work. Livery Nails is less expensive than Fashion Nails and they do a much better job! Frustrating to make an appointment and have to wait ,why bother making an appointment? Just got a Natural Body Facial from April - she's so great! This was my first facial and I can't wait to come back. She was very attentive and has a sweet personality. She definitely knows what she is doing and is very professional. I liked that she didn't talk to me all throughout my facial; I was able to relax and unplug. When I had questions, she was happy to answer. It was nice that she didn't push any product on me afterwards, but was happy to show me products they offer when I asked what would be best for my skin type. Very very nice during initial visit. Toe nail polish came off in a week,made an appointment & all was good,re-painted. Shellac on my daughter done 3/25 came off in 5 days. Shared on 4/4 to busy to re-shellac, only take new clients. Sadly, not as nice when needed a re-do. Said to call back for re-shellac on 4/7 when manager returns from break. Felt uncomfortable when asked for a re-do, sadly not as kind. Hope they can be nice to others when polish comes off pre-maturely. Read Less

I will not be going back and I don't recommend this spa.  Customer service was terrible.  Janice, who did my pedicure was terrible.  She act like she didn't want to be there doing my pedicure.   She moaned and groaned making sounds out-loud with her voice.  She sighed loudly many times (breathing hard like she did not want to be there)   I couldn't tell if she was sick.     Janice did a rush job on my pedicure.  She finished quickly.  It wasn't relaxing spa experience at all.   From the very beginning Janice acted like she didn't want to be there with the sighing, moaning and groaning out-loud.   When I got there, she grabbed a bowl of water that was already sitting in the sink.  She told me to place my feet in it.  I told her the water was cold.  She said with her "i don't want to be here" smart tone of voice a large sigh to follow, "well, give me a minute".   Afterwards she did a deep breath sigh.  I felt like she was saying, "you are bothering me".  Janice came over and pour a small pitcher of hot water in the large bowl.  Which did not affect the temperature at all.  Throughout this time, she sighed, moaned, and groaned.   I wondered was this real?  Is she sick or something.  Janice left my feet sitting in the cold water while she disappeared for about 15 minutes.  I was looking at my watch wondering when was she going to return.Janice finally sat down, sighed, and moaned out-loud.   I thought to my self, "is she sick?'  Or does she just not want to be here.   It felt like she was rudely telling me she did not feel like doing my feet.  This was very unprofessional for a spa.   I felt very uncomfortable and wanted to get up and go to the regular "nail" shop across the street.   But I had just been told by the lady at the desk when I asked about rescheduling my appointment, that if you cancel, they'll charge you a penalty.  I thought I'd come to a spa for a better experience.  But you'll get a better experience than this from a regular nail shop that you can find on any corner or strip mall.When Janice let my seat too far back so that my head and back were of even level.  I asked her could she elevate my head a little.  She lift me up a little, then complained with an attitude that she can't do my toenails like that.  Then, without asking, she plopped my chair back again.  Mind you, my feet were still far up in the air, I just needed the chair lift slightly so my head would be slightly elevated.   I told her I can't have my head that far back.  She did her usual deep sighing and let the seat slightly up again.   Janice did a rush job.  You can tell she did not want to be there and just wanted to get the pedicure over with.This was my third time there.  The first time I visited this spa, I had Jocelyn who was very nice and did a good job on my facial and feet.  In the very beginning of my recent pedicure, when I asked Janice was Jocelyn there, Janice responded in a sarcastic tone,  Oh you mean the one the talks a lot.  Janice seems to have a chip on her shoulders.   On my 2nd visit, an Asian woman did my pedicure.  She was kind of rough.  She really didn't give me that spa like feel.  I thought the bad experience from the 2nd visit was just a fluke.  But after my 3rd horrible experience with the hard sighing, moaning and groaning from Janice, I will not be back to waste my money. I got a gift card for Christmas from my family, so I booked an appointment at the Brookhaven location for a facial and massage.As I left my apartment, I googled "Natural Body Spa Brookhaven" on my phone, and it gave me the Buckhead address. So I fight traffic around Buckhead on a Saturday afternoon, show up, and of course I'm not in their system. The Buckhead receptionist says to me "oh yeah, this happens all the time." Once it's figured out that I'm at the wrong location, I call Brookhaven and explain to them, and the receptionist was very nice about it.I realize this was definitely my error, but the fact that I'm not the only person that has done this leads me to think it would be best for the receptionists to confirm the address with the client when booking the appointment!I show up 30 minutes late, because it takes 30 minutes to go 3 miles around Buckhead, and all I have time for is an express facial and a massage. Kim did my facial, who was very nice, but she didn't explain anything during my facial. She didn't ask me anything, like what products I use, how do I take care of my skin...nothing. It was totally silent. She was cleaning, exfoliating, steaming, and moisturizing my face but I had no clue about what products she was using and why. I had a massage with Courtney afterwards and it was great! I actually fell asleep for a little while during my leg massage, which I rarely do since it's hard for me to relax sometimes.I probably won't go back here because there really isn't a location that convenient to where I live in Sandy Springs. So I went here after being dissatisfied some months back with the service next door at Natural Body (which I have visited in other cities and adored ).I wanted to try an upscale pedi. It was different. Yes relaxing, but the woman didn't say hello, introduce herself or anything. I had been offered some tea by the hostess and mentioned it, and the woman didn't even respond to me. So I didn't think she heard me... So a couple mins later I mentioned it again, she still said nothing but did go and bring me some ginger tea. Idk it was just weird.... Like she didn't want to be there or didn't feel well. The pedicure is fine... The massage was weak. She started at 10:15 and finished at 11:05 so it wasn't an hour as I was quoted. Oh well. The location is right on the street and they were blowing the sidewalk. The best thing about this was the reclining chair. Nice Atmosphere... Terrible manicure/pedicure. The atmosphere is calming and relaxed and the pedicure chairs are very comfortable. The actual manicure/pedicure left much to be desired.  The nail technician, I believe her name was Karen, had absolutely no attention to detail. The massages were weak. She hardly spent any time on my cuticles. Her nail filing left my toenails uneven and mis-shaped. The actual nail polish looks horrible! She completely missed the sides of my nails with the color and when she did the clear polish it was almost like she wasn't paying attention. It is "globby" and very uneven. When I told the cashier that I was not happy with the finished product, she offered to come in the following day to get it re-painted, to which I declined because I was getting my nails done for a wedding that was taking place the following day. Just had a pedi by June today, she was amazing. She was gentle with my feet and did a great job with the polish. It's kind of awkward having to soak and then move over to another area for the actual service, but the service I received from June definitely made up for any bizzare layout. My appointment was at 10am on a Wednesday so it was very quiet and relaxing, meaning there weren't SAHMs gossiping on their cell phones or people bringing in their children (or infants) to ruin a perfect zen. I'm sure weekends and evenings are busier so I recommend asking for June and coming in a weekday morning! Read Less

I was visiting Atlanta from being overseas for the past year and wanted to treat my friend for a special day at the nail salon. She just had a baby a few months ago and it was also her birthday. We brought her baby boy to the salon with us. When we arrived we were greeted by a very nice employee who was also very sweet to the baby. When we walked over to the nail station, a woman (who we presume is the manager of the salon) came over to my friend and instead of greeting her and making her feel welcome, she made her feel very uncomfortable and stupid for bringing her baby to the salon. She had something along the lines "this is your first time so we'll let it go this time around but next time you should arrange child care." My friend and I found this attitude completely rude and unacceptable as there were so many other ways that this woman could have approached my friend and told her that babies are not welcome in the salon. A few minutes later, the baby started to get fussy and the same woman came back to us looking very angry. Right at that moment, my friend was able to calm her baby, and without saying anything, the woman walked away. We really thought she was going to say "you are going to have to leave now." All in all, the experience that was supposed to be a relaxing and enjoyable turned out to be uncomfortable. My friend even canceled her eye brow waxing after the manicure since she felt so unwelcome and stressed after the experience before and during the manicure.We would like to thank the rest of the staff who made us feel very comfortable with the baby. Though it is a beautiful salon, we will not be coming back. Let your customers know that babies are not welcome by putting some signs on your door and on your website. Read Less

Made reservations for me and some girlfriends visiting from out of town last summer, to get mani's and pedi's. I've always had good visits with their Natural Body Spa "sister" organzation in Decatur, but they could not orgainize these services for 4 women as conveniently, and recommended we try the new 10 Ten in Brookhaven. Sad to say, one of my friends got a toe nail fungus shortly after her pedicure, and had to be treated by her doctor at home after her visit. This is the best place for a nap on Saturday afternoon.  Amazing.I'm picky on pedis.  I've had too many where I've gone home bleeding or feeling like the bottoms of my feet have been grated off.  I hate witnessing the sharing of tools (especially when they just made me bleed!), the painful scrubs, and the bright lights that make the pedi not the best.Yes, there is a wee bit of sticker shock on 10Ten's $40 pedicure, but just think:  for better results and more relaxation, you're really only paying $10 more than you would at your local strip mall nail shop.Here's what's so great:-- Fantastic staff.  It was super easy to make reservations and they attended to my every need.  Loved it.-- Sade. Love Sade playing lightly overhead.  Something about Sade is super relaxing...-- Individualized foot soaks in a super cool stone soaking pool & fountain.  I love that they care about the fact that I have sensitive skin and I may have different needs than someone else.  Thanks also for the lavender-scented warm neck wrap.  Ahhhhhh.-- Anti-gravity chair + eye mask + blankie + warm ginger tea = I fell asleep.  There's something special about being horizontal for a pedicure while someone gently pampers your feet.  I'm just sorry I kicked my aesthetician in the face while I slept... ha!-- Fantastic, gentle foot scrub with warm towel wraps.  Perfection.-- No cuticle ripping or callus slicing via cheese grater.  Yay.-- OPI polish.-- The BEST foot massage I've ever had.  An amazingly rich cream plus a little reflexology goes a super long way to making my feet fell amazing.-- Best pedi ever.  Hands down.This is the pedicure that will last and last.  Consider the extra $10 to go here an investment in yourself.  You'll be happy you came and got your relaxing  nap and walked out with the most beautiful feet. Attended a birthday party a few weeks ago, and love this place!  There were about 10 of us, and we pretty much had the salon to ourselves on a Sunday afternoon.  We brought wine and snacks, and were able to relax, catch up, and have a little pampering.Lindsay did my mani and pedi, and she was wonderful and super sweet.  I would certainly go back to see her.  Also had my eyebrows done.  Scheduled a wax but they ended up just tweezing.  Slightly pricey, I guess, but totally worth it for a fun girls' day.  It was really nice having the place to ourselves.  The birthday girl coordinated the day with Heather, who was extremely accommodating and friendly. so, this review is coming from a girl that usually goes to a cheaper nail saloon. 10 Ten is a place I've gone to for a treat, for a friends birthday, a bachelorette. It's pricey, and in a side corner of a natural body nail saloon. and the more I think about it, the more it perfectly fits the Brookhaven personality, like wanna be Buckhead. The girls there are nice, and this place is very quiet, but the space is just all wrong. First of all the tubs for soaking are right in the middle of the room, in front of the door, by checkout. and you get your nails done on the other side. You pick your color out under dark lights, so who knows what you're getting. They go all out when you get your nails done here, you get a blanket, a glass of wine, an eye pillow. I have fallen asleep getting my nails done, and that does scare me a little, but it's nice to know you can relax, and you don't have to talk to the nail stylist. But I don't know, I just feel like this place lacks something, the pizazz, it's almost there. Remember to make an appointment before you go. Read Less
