This place is freaking awful. It took them 30 minutes to get me seated to get a pedicure & even when they did they didn't even run my water! They had duct on the chairs and it was disgusting. NEVER COME HERE! IT IS HORRIBLE. Read Less

No point in making an appointment they overlook it anyways! Sat for 45 minutes, they finally seated me when I complained, then they sat me in a salon seat just to have me sit longer! Walk instead got in and out faster! Terrible customer service never again!Read Less

I will never Ever!!!! Return to this place. There's an 80year old man that is taking the payments and he can't see and he actually swiped my card but pressed" return" on the credit card machine. What am I returning?????? And then I was flagged down in the parking lot as if I didn't pay for my service, or tried to leave without paying. It is convenient for me.  I so wanted to like them.  Shop is moderately clean.  Explained what I wanted.  My nails are paper thin and fast rotary buffing or sanding can burn me VERY easily.  I tried to explain.  "We are the professionals, we know how to do nails!"  You were extremely satisfied with your work.  I waited a while and tried again.  I don't want your high intensity sales lecture about how I am not doing anything right.  If you aren't going to do the service as requested and just give me lecture after lecture about how fabulous you are and how uncooperative I am--guess what?  I don't come back!  You are not my mother and your condescending tone sir, is NOT appreciated. I have been going to this salon for quite a while....getting my nails done. This past weekend for my moms birthday we all went to get a pedicure, first off we had to wait over an hour to actually get started by this time the water was cold as ice, the lady that did mine was an awesome leg massager but did not do my toe nails good and sure did not do the bottom of my feet good at all!?? They were so busy after she got done a man came over to paint my toe nails I showed him what I wanted when he got to the design it was smeared and looked awful:( I told him I needed it fixed he acted like it was a big deal.....so I said just forget it just paint them! First time here, but not sure if I'll come back. All dirt wasn't cleaned from under nails, some old polish still left on and some dead skin still on heels. They are very gentle.  I got a design from what said I wanted, not picture and wish I won't have. Clean and pretty place. Friendly staff. Read Less
