This was the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. The woman used a black emery board, the kind you might use on a pedicure, and went very rough back and forth on my nails. I should have walked out then. One of the hand heaters that they use wasn’t getting warm and she said it’s because she just plugged it in but yet the right hand was very warm. The hand warmers were old and obviously one was not working. She then proceeded to tell me that my manicure would only last 3 days, like I’ve never gotten a manicure before in my 50 plus years. Only when it got closer to payment did she make a comment about the weather. And of course when I asked her how much the manicure was ($15.00) and I gave her a $20.00 bill she came back with a $5.00 bill. No way lady. I smiled at her and put it in my purse. I left her a $3.00 tip and walked out with the worst manicure ever. Three of my nails have already snagged and sure enough polish has starting chipping on one nail and it hasn’t even been 2 days. Absolutely the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. The lady made 3 of my fingers bleed from over picking my skin (has NEVER happened) and she left a lot of nail polish on the sides of my fingers. I had to go home and get some nail polish remover and Q-tips to get it off the sides. Stopped in here the other night for a SNS mani and pedicure. My nails were done just like I wanted them! Very busy but had adequate staff and no one had to wait. Offered a glass of wine and the chair massage was awesome! The tech even took the time to cut the ingrown out which most techs won’t do. In the end I was given a free tube of lotion for my purse! I am not one to normally complain, but I got a mani/pedi here and was cut three times on my toes and once on my fingers. One of my toes wasn't buffed and the gel nails on my fingers turned out horribly. Would not at all recommend and will never return. :( Read Less

Didn't have time to go to my normal salon in Dacula so I stopped in here. Big mistake. Got SNS and nails are uneven, way too short, and the shape isn't consistent. My nails have a texture instead of the smoothness I'm used to. Lesson learned...I won't be back. Read Less

What a fantastic nail salon! I'm new to this area, and moved here with two big farm dogs, Doberman, and two house cats. Needless to say by the time I got settled my nails were a mess, but NY was so good, we talked about the condition of my nails and how to make them stronger, she was fantastic. I wish there were 87 stars. My usual nail salon closed after over 10 years very abruptly and I had to find a new salon. There are several in the area near my home, so I picked one and went to it. BIG MISTAKE. I have SNS gel nails and the first place I went did the worst job possible. There were bubbles in the gel, and the thickness of the gel was absolutely ridiculous. I was so disappointed and sad. I thought I was destined to never have a great manicure again. In a half-hearted second effort, I tried USA Nails. I am SO glad I did. The technician completely understood why I was unhappy with what I had, and did the most amazing, detailed, careful job putting on a new set. They are just absolutely gorgeous. I am thrilled to have found a replacement salon. Everyone inside was welcoming and courteous and all smiles. I will definitely be going back to see Natalie and the other staff at USA Nails. I can not say enough good things about this place!!! It was perfect. I was visiting from TX and stopped in here to get my nails done before going to a wedding. The staff was fast, freindly and attentive!!. They did hands and feet at the same time, saving a lot of time. The massage chair was great. Just left and the lady who gave me my pedicure was super rude the whole time we were there... my friends mom told them to do one thing with her nails and they did the complete opposite. I called and made an appointment but still had to wait a half hour. I got an SNS manicure and the quality was excellent however, the technician did not soak or clean up my cuticles as is customary and there was no massage. Everyone says that they are racist and etc, I didn't get that vibe at all. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door and I did not have an appointment. First time here at this nail spa. I work at a hair salon and spa out of town, but we do not offer the SNS Polish as a nail service. I was curious in trying it to compare it to the CND Shellac system. The owner was very educated on the SNS product and was open to teaching me how it works for my own knowledge. I loved the layout and decor of the building. The staff is very personable and polite. They are quick at making you an appointment or taking you right away. The service station was clean and organized. Even with renovations going on, the spa remains clean and peaceful. I'm new to the area and needed to find a salon closer to home. Made an appointment for an acrylic fill and came in and was surprised by how nice the salon was despite the construction going on in their expansion. I told the woman behind the desk I had an appointment and she acted confused like I did not have an appointment, even though there were a half a dozen girls sitting around doing nothing. She then said I will take you, like she was doing me a favor or something. But I figured, mistakes happen and someone probably forgot to write it down. Throughout the appointment she was rude and despite the fact I was asking for a service which I was paying for, she argued with me repeatedly. She even told me t that I did not want what i requested. really?? It's my hands and I'm paying for this...When she finished each hand she roughly pushed that hand away. Needless to say, not one of my nails are the same length or shape. I left feeling very upset and sooo not relaxed. My nails look horrible which is perfect because I have company coming and wanted my nails to look great. (Pfft.....) I have since had to re file all of my nails to correct the inconsistent shaping (some were square, some were round...etc)I have no desire to pay someone to treat me rudely. I won't be coming back. I live in Washington DC and was here for a conference so I stopped by USA Nails to get a mani/pedi. Without a doubt this is one of the best nail places I have ever been to, hands down. I would definitely go back. The 3 stars could possibly be 4 but I'm gonna go with 3 for 3 reasons. First and foremost the sun was shining right in my face. I couldn't even turn and talk to my cousin who was with me. I feel that they should consider putting a shade by the door/window area. I got there around 6:20p so I guess the sun was setting. Second is the fact that they didn't give me time to soak my feet, catch my breath. They automatically bombarded me the minute I sat in the chair. Third, they asked me 3x what pedicure I wanted. I'm gonna say the same thing every time- you don't have to ask me 3x. But I did most definitely like their selection of colors. Liked the fact that they use those bags on the bowls so there's no doubts if it was cleaned after the previous person. All in all I would return to this place. Read Less

I used to really really love this salon. I love the sugar pedicure and adding extra time. Everyone up until this time has been super nice to me and I really enjoyed going because on top of getting good results, the atmosphere is really nice. Today, however, I made an appointment for a mani and pedi for me and my friend and polish for her daughter. We got there, waited a few minutes (which I did NOT mind at all), and then got sat for our pedicures. After our pedicures the ladies went to start our manicures. I specially said pedi and mani and the guy repeated it back to me on the phone and verified when I got there. But when they went to start our manicures-- the SAME GUY I talked to on the phone said that they didn't have time to do our manicures since I had never said I wanted one. WHAT??? That was the whole reason I made the appointment was so this wouldn't happen! I will never be back which sucks because I loved this place but obviously they don't care because they sure didn't care about it today. My daughter insisted on love for our tootsies to honor my birthday that was yesterday since all we did was pamper my car instead of us, and who am I to turn down such a request? We stumbled upon this place only because they opened at 9:30, and the three other nail salons that we drove past on hwy. 211 all didn't open til 10, and wow am I glad that we ended up here! USA Nails & Spa is really just gorgeous inside, and for all the years that I've lived in the neighborhood behind it, I'm amazed that I'm just now finding it. The prices are comparable to most other nail places, yet the service was friendly and the end result on our toes is great, but it's the environment that would have me coming back. The chandeliers, the domed "cloud" ceiling, the waterfall wall ... little elegant touches unexpected for a strip mall in Braselton. There is a parking lot outside,  the staff is really friendly, since I moved to GA from NY this was the second place I tried, there work is excellent, Heather and Bella are the best ! Got SNS powder nails done here last weekend. I'm super particular and VERY nervous about going to new places. But, the reviews were good and it's really close to my house so I gave it a shot. Absolutely amazing experience! I've been looking for a new nail place to go to because I haven't been too happy with the ones in my area, after driving past this place a few times, I decided to try them out and I was more than happy with it. The place is beautiful, calming and clean, the staff was amazing and they did a fantastic job on my nails, toes, eyebrows and lashes! The pricing was reasonable.
