I was told by a girlfriend of mine that this is the place to go on a Sunday. She told me Philip was great with a pedi and Pan was good with hands. I walk in and they told me it would be a few minutes and I would be seated to start my pedi. I looked at a pamphlet for a few mins and grabbed a color. I sit back down and wait. I look around on my phone check the time and I'm getting antsy. Two women walk in and get seated and serviced right away. I walk outside and look through the window next door (because their closed) dandy two women stare me down and one throws her cup at my feet as she was in disgust. They too walk in the salon and I pace my distance behind them. THEY WERE SEATED AND SERVICED RIGHTTHEN!! They saw my face and how I was upset so they told me they all had appts. Ok cool even if the ya was true I have been waiting for a whooping 1 1/2hours!! They put me in a bowl and was there for so long the water was COLD... I get a towel and walk out and said I'll be back. I go give another friend some GS cookies and Philip comes and tells me he is ready. I walk inside and then they ask if I would wait 20 more mins because another lady (white) walked in and another customer snickers "she has to go last, doesn't she know that?". I am the only person of color that had walked through those doors for a full 2 hours and I kept getting pushed back. No I'm good. This is not as luxurious salon like some others, but it's clean, they have many colors to choose from and the people are friendly. I heard through people talking that they recently remodeled with new chairs (very comfy) and took out carpet and replaced with tile and expanded to open a waxing room . I don't get many pedicures, but I would return as this place is close to my home and did a professional job for a wedding I will attend this weekend. Read Less

After waiting 35 minutes for them to do my toes I soaked my hands for 20 more minutes only for the woman to misunderstand what a "full set" means and have to resoak once again. So I ended up spending a total 4 hours for a simple full set and pedicure. I will not be back. Read Less

Only place I will go unless I absolutely need to get my toes down. All of the ladies are awesome and do a great job. (Sometimes my feet aren't the best because I'm always on them and I work at a summer camp) I also only trust them to wax my eyebrows... a girls got to trust someone, I can't go walking around with some bad eyebrows. NEVER Recommend this place, they are greedy as hell they increased the prices insanely out of a sudden without even telling Plus they are soooooo rude barely speak English so most of the time they don't understand what exactly u want THEY USE REALLY CHEAP NAIL POLISH and when they get a better one they charged me 2 $ extra my nails and another 2$ extra for my Toes so i ended up ONLY COLORING MY NAILS AND TOES WITHOUT MANI OR PEDI AND PAID 21$ while full set of mani &pedi are 30$ ?????? Mixed feelings after leaving this place. I waited an hour. It was fairly busy and I didn't have an appointment, so it's understandable. The prices are reasonable and my lady worked with me to get me what I wanted. I like the end result of my nails I am disappointed because of the "roughness" of the manicurist. My nail beds were obviously bleeding after she buffed and filed them. She offered no apology and continued to file away quite vigorously. Read Less

Went one day, the next day, all my polish chipped off. Didn't pick or anything at it. Went back the day after getting them done - "sorry, there is no warranty or guarantee on how long they last." I asked if they could touch up my nails for free, they said yes, but when I got to the end to pay, they made me pay full price. I get it, it's only $12 stinking dollars to pay, but I had poor service the first time and had an understanding that it would be free of charge. And this was not the first time I had ever been displeased! I've kept going back for mediocre work because it was cheap. Not making that mistake again - they may be nice, but they aren't the best.
