Ok i have to tell what happened to me because I don't want it to happen to you or your kids, I went for a pedi and mani full set first time in a while and let's just say I ended up spending $400 for a $50 service. They are nice ppl and his sister does a good job as did he and the nails lasted but while I was getting my pedi (which the woman did) I noticed him sitting at his desk I am a very observant person and i should have gotten up and walked out right then. He was sneezing and coughing well I seen him go to the restroom so I didn't question it figured he was washing his hands. Well she did the pedi all was well, I sat down for the mani and he sat down, I said aren't you sick? He said no I'm over. So I trusted that answer. Big mistake. He sneezed again and went to the br again so I figured ok he is washing his hands so I'll be fine. Guess he didn't. Well he got done and i payed as I was waiting to get my change from his sister I looked over and saw his finger in his nose. So I just got my change went to my car and vowed that was it with that place. 2 days later I'm in urgent care with strep throat. I've had to go to urgent care Twice now and I've been fighting this for over 3 weeks with antibiotics. Will never return and don't recommend. The place obviously had germs and he was obviously still sick as he was the only person I had been around who had been sick so how else did I get it?.. I didn't say anything to him or anything I'm just leaving this review to let yall know not to make the same mistake I did. Read Less

THE BEST PLACE TO GO! First, the owner and his sister are so very friendly and welcoming. They always make me feel like I'm a priority. They don't sit there chatting with each other, ignoring you. You will be their focus. Their English is a little broken, but their warmth and joy make up for it. Second, they do the best job with my nails. He takes his time making sure your nails look natural and beautiful. He's gentle and won't hurt you. I've gone to many places before, but now that I've found Star Nails I won't go anywhere else! Had a wonderful experience! I brought my three year old for a pedicure. We both got the royal treatment. They were so good with my daughter and made her feel special. The lady who did her toenails even painted flowers on them. Read Less

1) don't back talk clients 2) always give what clients wants/ try your best to give them what they want 3) never argue with a client about knowledge in nails about safety and sanitation 4) don't agree in a price and then tell your client at the end that it cost more than what we agreed on Read Less
