I went there with my friend and asked for a full set, and I brought my own color. The lady who helped me was extremely rude! She asked me what length nails I wanted and I said medium and she didn’t even measure them out they were all uneven and they upcharge for doing shapes nails!! So I said I would get square and all of them had dips in them from her filing so hard. Not only that she did them so fast and they looked terrible, and she took another person after me and she has done even before my friend and we started at the same time!!! The very first time I went to this nail & spa it was a good experience. I was happy to send my daughter and trusted that they would take care of her nail services. Her first set of nails cost $50. She went back for a fill-in and polish change they told her $45. That makes no sense at all. When she declined and only fixed her broken nail they made the acrylic very thin and in less than a weeks time 4 nails broke. It is very sad to say that people will take advantage of young people at the expense of making money. The staff was rude to her when she changed her mind, but as soon as I came in the shop it was all smiles and nobody was talking under they breath. I was recommended this salon by a lady at Kirkland’s! She said was very pleased with them as I explained my horrible experiences with another salon. (And her nails looked awesome!!) I went there without an appointment late in the evening and walked right in and sat down. I got SNS and was out in under an hour, but she still took her time. She was very professional, helped me pick out the right color I was looking for, and made sure I was happy with the shape. She took extra time and steps to make sure they were done correctly and would actually last- a base coat of powder and two finishing coats (which is actually the correct procedure to make them last). Plus I got my hands/arms massaged with lotion and cuticle oil. It was a very relaxing atomosphere where I didn’t feel rushed and they actually cared about doing a great job. I would not recommend this salon. My daughter and I had pedicures. My massage chair was broken. My daughterr’s nail technician smudged her nail when getting up, saw it, and shrugged her shoulders. After trying to find a nail salon that does not rush you or leave you feeling disappointed I have finally found it! Vicki has done my nails twice and she is amazing! Came here today to get ombré SNS nails and tips after trying a couple other salons and them not lasting more than a couple weeks. Tiffany did my nails after explaining that the ombré sample was opposite of what she would do because it would look better going the other way. (Sample was orange at the cuticle and lighter at the top, but she did the opposite) She did a great job, didn't hurt me at all like some other places! The only issue I had was that she looked at her phone a few times and responded to texts, but it was always while something was drying. It's a bit more expensive here than some other places I've been, $50 for full set SNS with ombré, but she did a good job and massaged my arms which was a treat!Long story short, she did a beautiful job I think, but it costs a bit more than what I'm used to. I was looking for a new salon after moving to the area. I decided to go try Perfect 10 because of the reviews online. I was not disappointed. I have been there at least 5-6 times and everything is always professional. Once I had to wait a long time because they forgot my fill in. The manager apologized repeatedly. - I came in a group of 5. All of us got manis & pedis, some got their eyebrows. Unfortunately, I had to sit in the pedi chairs for a long time because I was last in my group to be serviced...and I was also very rushed. My pedi didn't consists of the massage and calf rub. On top of that, the girl kept having trouble with scanning my card to pay.
