I will agree with another review wishy washy service. New to the area trying to find a more convenient place to get a basic manicure I have very strong nails after visiting yesterday my nails were filed too thin, today they are peeling and now my manicure is ruined I will be redoing my nails myself tonight, and driving back the distance to my other manicurist. Always have had a good experience there. They are fair priced and plenty of staff and chairs. Clean store and very nice staff. They are careful to make sure your time there is a pleasure, if you do have a bad experience make sure you let owner's know, they will take care of it. Only issue I have is with the TV. I was so disappointed in my service today! I came in for a gel mani and pedicure. I do not write bad reviews but this deserves It. No wait there which was great. However It took them 2 hours for a simple express gel mani and pedi. Both my nail technicians would not stop talking and were so intent on their two hour conversation they continued to seem to forget to do their work in a timely and respectable manner. No focus on their service that i was paying them for or professionalism towards me as a customer. What should have taken an hour appointment took 2. For that i will never return. Unfortunately i mentioned to my sisters whoImmediately said they had already stopped going there. If i had only known i wouldn't have waisted an extra hour of my day.   If you can't care about a clients time or respect they are sitting right there while you discuss your problems in another Language like they don't exist than you do not have a business that should succeed. Absolutely love LV. I used to go to the place across the way (won’t name names), and as their quality got worse and worse, and prices got higher and higher for the same thing, I gave LV a shot despite some bad reviews. I am in LOVE with the place. Beautiful facility, great techs (Dan and Daniel are my go-to guys; they’re amazing), fantastic value (got a full set and gel for like $45, fill in and gel for $35 - plain old gel at the other salon is $30, full set is like $60-something, I believe), and they’re so well-done - not a chip, scratch, or crack on my nails after three weeks of being pretty rough with them. Still as beautiful as the day I got them. Techs will work with you on finding the perfect color and making your nails look exactly the way you want. Just be respectful of them and treat them well - I get the impression that other reviewers may not have. Making small talk and chatting, complimenting their work, goes a long way. They’re people, not nail robots. But anyway, yes, amazing work, beautiful facility, great prices, wonderful techs - I’ll be very sad and hard pressed to find such a good place when I move away! My daughter and I were in today. It would have been her first time getting her toes painted as she is almost 2. She didn’t want her toes done and cried a little. I decided to hold her in my lap while i was getting my toes and hands done. The girls (3 or 4) of them all started to talk and giggle. Very unprofessional. They are my go to nail salon. Been going to them for years! The ladies are so sweet and pay close attention to what I want of my nails. From time to time, I have to wait a little bit because of how busy they get (esp during the weekends) but they are WORTH THE WAIT! I am a litttle concerned, because none of the sharp metal tools they used came from an enclave.  The clippers, file, etc were in a pencil case.  It did not seem that there was any sterilization going on between clients.  This really made me nervous, because they cut my skin a few times. The place  I usually go in Grayson gives me a one use bag with a nail file, buffer, etc.  The polish looks good.  However, the unsterilized tools make me a bit apprehensive. Read Less

I've been here dozens of times with wishy washy service but since it's by my house it's convenient. Today's experience was the final one. I went in for a basic mani and pedi. $37 charge, before they even fished I was asked to pay which is common so you don't mess up your nails. I paid and left 30% tip as always.  I signed and before they started painting my nails the woman who was doing my mani looks at the tip gets snorts and is visibly upset then speaks in her native tongue to the woman doing my pedi. Apparently my tip wasn't enough. Little did they know I had cash waiting for them until this incident.( I usually tip on my card then give them a little extra so they don't get deductions since I understand how cosmo field pay works) Completely unprofessional and once I was done I looked at my nails. It wasn't painted correctly. I asked for them to be fixed. Not only did the rude one roll her eyes and pretend to fix it but I had to ask the woman who did my pedi to correct it. When I called the owner to let him know he didn't seem to care. He offered to speak to the rude employee but frankly the damage is done. Never again. It's a shame because I've spend so much money at this place since I usually get acrylics with gel top coat. Before moving to the area I had the same nail tech for 10 yrs. I decided I needed a place by my new home as the other place was now a 45 min drive. I always see Dan for my nails and Jenny for my pedi. They know exactly what I like and I have not been disappointed! All of the staff is friendly and you are sure to be greeted within the first 10-20 seconds of entering. The salon is always clean, it's bright and welcoming. 1st time coming here today and I will NEVER ever come back to this place again! I had a pedicure, the guy didn't ask what I wanted but I assumed it would be a pedicure like everywhere else...he cleaned up a little bit put some lotion on my legs (not a massage) and started painting my toes. I asked them if this was really a pedicure I couldn't believe it! I told the lady i wanted my nails thin and I got then crooked and thick, cant stand looking at my hands no joke. My sister talked me into going with her to get a mani pedi yesterday. I was in need but anxious. I had been very unhappy with the services I had received from the nail salons close to my home in Flowery Branch. It was like being at a car dealership. You need this packages it's the cheapest. I love this place but last visit i asked for a BASIC inexpensive pedicure. Was not given a menu so i assumed they understand me as i said i want an inexpensive basic pedicure 3 different times when asked to upgrade. I have been going to this salon since the day they opened. Very upset that when I went to get my nails done yesterday, Dan told me he didn't want to do my nails anymore. Yes, I was upset the last time he did my nails because he stopped mid appointment to do to eyebrow walk-ins and there was a missed spot on my nails. I wanted him to continue to do my nails anyway because he had been so good to me. The owners wife did my nails yesterday- she had to do them twice because she noticed they were not right. She was more focused on who was taking the next person walking in. I understand this is a business, but I am paying for a service. Im a teacher… certainly can't tell a parent I won't teach their child every time I'm a bit irritated. Guess I'll be looking for a new salon!!! I love this place so much! Im so picky about nail salons and always scared to go because i feel so rushed and i feel like they are irritated about doing my nails. But this place is amazing. Ive only ever read terrible reviews online so ive always been afraid to come here but everyone comes in to my job saying they're amazing so i decided to finally give them a try. WORTH IT. I came in on a Sunday with no appointment and it was packed. They still had me seated immediately and ...even though i waited a while they were very polite and told me they would be with me shortly. I went a week ago Sunday, I was the first person in the door. I had gel on my nails with glitter in it so they soaked for a while and tried to remove it but they had to soak longer than usual because of the glitter. I got a manicure and decided to do french this time. Which was fine it took an hour to have it done. As my nails was soaking the lady went and did her daughters toes then she would come back and attempt to take the polish off then she would say they need to soak l...onger. Then she would go back to her daughters nails. Which is fine they had to soak. I told her my left thumb nail is damaged because I messed up the nail bed when I was a kid (car doors tend to mess them up when you slam the door on it twice in one week) Anyway, she had to trim some of the nail because it was peeling. She didn't put any antibacterial stuff on it when she was done. I didn't think much of it at the time. Well by Wednesday I notice I had a green tent of color on my left thumb. To start with I thought I had marked my nail with a green sharpie but after cleaning the nail good with alcohol I realized that wasn't the case. Then I thought I had bruised my nail. But the nail didn't hurt. So Sunday I went back and told them I need them to look at my nail. Now mind you the cost was 38.00 without the tip which I gave her a $7 tip so total cost $45 bucks. Well the man that I spoke with to start with had a lady remove my gel polish then she cut my nail down until it hurt and then proceeded to tell me that I needed to go to CVS and get some stuff for nail fungus and put it on my nail. She said it needed to air so no polish can be put back on it till it clears up. They didn't offer a refund. While the lady was removing the gel polish she said where you go to have your nails done. I said here. Then she ask who did them. I told her a lady with 2 daughters one just graduated high school but isn't going to college yet and one is still in high school. She said oh then she spoke her language to the man. He said something then the lady said you come back when this clears up and I make your nails look good. WTF I am not coming back and I am not telling anyone to go there. I have had my nails done for years on and off and never gotten a fungus before. Why now? That is messed up. Person that did the pedicure was rough.  I mentioned to her that she was hurting me. She tried to get me to buy a more expensive pedicure. I declined because I wasn't enjoying what she's done so far. Well, I went on Mother's Day to get a pedicure, manicure, and brow wax. I waited with cold water for a hour and a half. When the girls finally got to me they never even spoke to me. They just started working quickly on me. The girl who did my feet was SO rough. It was painful when she was pulling the skin on the side of my big toes. All while one girl was quickly doing a manicure and another waxing my brows at the same time. I waited a hour and a half for a 20 minute $75 serv...ices and couldn't enjoy any of it because I was pulled in a million directions. As I was sitting there I did watch the workers and how they handled the tools they use. They went from person to person using the SAME tools.
