This place is horrible they have nasty attitudes?! I spent $50 plus a tip when she didn't even deserve it! Not even 15 hours later my nail broke. When I went back in there to ask them to fixed it again they started talking in their language rolling eyes on me very nasty attitudes. Then she tried to call me liar and said I hit it on something and it broke. That is not what happened! So the Chinese guy that works there started to fix my nail then out of no where got up and went to a lady that just walked in!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!?????I was so Angry!!! But when I first walked in and sat down the man was with a customer and was with her for a hour and when he was done she said "you didn't even paint my nails right there is cracks and bubbles in almost everyone of them" then he says "no they're good". She said "no they're not" so the young lady in the glasses came and looked at them and she started to repaint them again and the girl said she still messed them up so she paid them and said she would never be back again! My recent visit was a nightmare from hell. I went there to get my nails done. Watch out for the Asian lady with the glasses. Not the old old one but the other one. She seems to hate black people. She was very rude and had a nasty attitude. Seems I irritated her when I asked a question just trying to understand the process. She used the roughest automatic nail file and filed each of my nails down to the skin in the middle part of each nail bed. I told her it hurt when she did the first nail. She just looked at me and continued to do the same to the others. I continued to pull my hand back and complain with each nail. I was in so much pain It brought tears to my eyes. OMG why? Why would someone intentionally hurt someone so brutally. Today I am suffering from infection under my nail beds. WARNING you could have the same experience. The ppl in there are very rude, condescending, and demanding. The lady was trying to push things on me that I didn't want then had the audacity to ask me for a tip after everything was done. If the service was good I would've gladly tipped her but customer service was terrible that was my first and last visit to this salon. My sister went here for a polish change (after going to our normal. All salon and ended Up not liking the color she picked. Keep in mind she had JUST had a fill in on her acrylics a few hour prior.) the nail tech insisted she needed an entire new set. When told no she just wanted the change the color the nail tech got mad and started speaking her native language to other techs. Very rude and very unprofessional as well as under educated. Today was the most dreadful experience in a nail salon!!! The nail specialist was very rude and unprofessional!!! She messed up my toes and I asked her to do them over she got a attitude!!! I went in Sunday to get solar nails. I would have never thought that some one could mess to his type of nail up.Oh how wrong I was, first she cut my nails and I specifically said don't cut them, just shape them up. Well she messed that up too, mad but hey they will grow back.
