I have been going to this place for years and years but after my last visit I will NEVER be back at that salon again.The place is so small first of all and so disgusting and super super super nasty and super dirty I mean all of the above. I’m not even sure how people get in and out with out catching some nail infection. The last time I went in there a baby roach ( yes roach ) was crawling down my arm while I was sitting in the chair. The time before that a roach was crawling on my shoes while I was getting my toes done. Food is always everywhere. The floor is so disgusting I don’t think it’s ever been clean. I have complained to the owners several times but they just didn’t care enough to do anything about it. To many better salons around that are 100 times cleaner bigger and better. Omg... I was trying to be objective with this review, but this girl just sat down next to me and took her shoes off. I can't breathe normally anymore. Gag! Oh my, she just accused an employee of talking about her feet in Vietnamese. I made the mistake of laughing at that ridiculousness. Now she's talking to me. Ugh, she's laughing and sleeping my arm. What do I do? Did she wash her hands? I doubt it, cause she didn't wash her feet. And she told the pedicurist not to fill the foot bath with water. I gotta get out of here.... Phew! Okay... I'm at the drying table. The door is open, so now I have a breeze clearing out the stank air. So, I've come here several times over the years. I'm never really been impressed with this salon, but I'm always satisfied. It's never really clean but never filthy. Manicurists will get up and use their phones in the middle of doing your nails, so don't come here when you have to be somewhere else by a specific time. Overall, I may or may not return. I dont get my nails done but Vee is the best for eyebrows!! I have very thick, wild, and uneven eyebrows and she always works her magic to somehow make them look like twins! Love when she does them. I've let other people do them and they always mess them up. So make sure you ask for vee! Read Less

After being a customer for many years I am disappointed to have the experience I recieved from the owners and family of this nail shop . I paid extra for gel polish and just take a look of how ugly they look. They are crusting over my skin.. peeling off easily.. and lumpy as hell. This is after the first mess up they done and acted like they was going to take care of me. So of course I didn’t like them again.. I mean who would? So when I asked to get them fixed and done again the right way because this is very embarrassing the lady told me that they will not help me for free and can’t discount. Like really I have to pay again? When I was never satisfied? Pay for another crappy job !? I will never go back again. Basic mani is $13 and basic pedi is $15. Their service is horrible. I told them, since they asked so many times, that I want French white tip on my fingernails. She asked what color and I said clear- Clear with white tip. She did the clear coat on my nails, and said she was done. So I had to tell her, again, white tip. And then acted all surprised by this, as if I did not tell her. She even muttered "oh my god". So she proceeded to quickly add the 'white tip' and she did it sloppily. My sister and I were told to sit at 2 nail booths when we walked in and that was it. After about 40 minutes of sitting there, with 2 people in front of us on the waiting list, we decided to leave. There were a couple of employees that had finished pedicures asking if we wanted a pedicure instead. We denied and they were just standing around behind us . As we were getting up, the Man doing nails tried stopping us saying, "we'll do you now, we'll do you now " . Their motto is to wait until the customer is absolutely fed up and about to walk out for you to say you'd do my nails, or even acknowledge me for that matter. Stopped here for a pedicure since most places are closed on Sundays and I immediately noticed that the place was not very clean. The massage chair that my boyfriend sat in was torn and mine still had trash in the cup holder from a previous customer. Right was I was getting ready to leave a tech started on my boyfriends pedicure. While waiting for mine, a customer left and a new person sat in the same chair and no type of cleaning product was used to clean the bowl before they refilled it. My pedicure was rushed, lasting about 20 minutes and below mediocre. Once my boyfriend was done he was rushed to pay and leave out of the chair even though it was not busy. Been a customer for 2 yrs and I'm over them and their half ass service! If the women doing pedicures aren't rushing to get to the next person then they're cutting up your feet. They look at you crazy when you aren't satisfied with their work and you want it corrected. They only bow down to their older white customers. Why would I want a person who only works on feet - doing my full set? The 3 nail techs that are the "best" in the shop STAY lined up with "appointments" that I'm constantly stuck with the techs who never have clients smh. I love this place! This is my GO TO place. I have been going here off an on for years. Lee (the owner) always does a great job on my nails and Yen does a fantastic job on my toes. The service is fast and thorough.  Right now, I get SNS nails because I eventually want to wear only my natural nails. It's a little more expensive but I think it's worth it to achieve my goal. I've read some of the other reviewers comments....yes, they could stand to expand, but as for cobwebs and dirt all over the place....no I'm not sure what she was seeing. The place is clean. There are a lot of people coming in and out of here because it's a busy location, but the tools are always clean and in the 12+ years I've been coming here, I've never had a fungus or any discoloration on my toe nails or finger nails. I cannot say that for other shops that I've been to.Lee is very conscientious about his work which is great for me because I have a touch of OCD. If my nails are misshapen or don't match the other hand, I notice right away and I am bothered by it until the problem is corrected. I rarely have that issue with Lee's work because he is meticulous and fast with it. I used to get squared nails, but recently I've been going for a rounded more natural looking nail and I love it every time. Yen does a great job with my pedicures and eyebrows. She is very fast and the pedicures are always soothing. She keeps me sandal-ready even in the winter months. Lol. Unfortunately, they don't offer threading here, and I don't wax my brows anymore. However, I don't really want to drive all out of my way just to get my eyebrows threaded. On a side note, I stopped waxing because apparently waxing breaks down the sensitive skin around your eye area and over time you develop "hoods." I don't know how true that is, but I'm not taking any chances. So, since they don't offer threading, I get my eyebrows plucked. It lasts much longer than waxing used to last for me.  I do wish that they offered threading, but this is the next best thing.I love the consistent work of this shop. You'll notice many repeat customers, and the fact that they are one of the few shops that is still open 7 days a week is a HUGE bonus. Getting everything in on a Saturday is often impossible, and I'm able to rest better and take my time on a Sunday anyway. Lastly, many times you go to Asian nail salons and the language barrier is high. That's not the case here. Lee is a graduate of Georgia State and speaks and understands English very well and so does his wife, but even the other technicians have a great understanding of English. I've never had to over-explain anything ever, nor have I ever felt excluded or rudeness where people around you are constantly speaking another language while you are being serviced. I needed a toe polish change and I googled nail salons closest to me and this one popped up. I was greeted when I came in and immediately seated for my toe change. The nail tech was efficient and literally finished within 5 minutes.The prices are very reasonable and I highly recommend this nail salon. Service poor today. Everyone acting as if the customer owes them something. Another lady walked out after sitting down so i know it wasnt just me. Quit going a yr ago but tried again. While I have been here many times, it my last visit. I needed a pedicure and was quickly assigned a seat which I declined. The faux leather was badly cracked and looked dirty. I chose another seat less worn. I excused myself to go to the ladies room and while I don't mind the washer dryer in there, it was not clean. Then while stepping out the "employee break area" was to the right. It's really just in front of the back door with a shelf loaded with bowls and containers of food. I had no idea how long any had been stored there. I decided to do just a basic pedicure since I had planned a more deluxe service in a few weeks. My tech was pushy, never helped with the massage chair. She never really removed any calluses. When I asked her if she applied the top coat she became very angry and then finally applied the top coat. Putting my toes in the paper slippers, she missed the polish on my left foot. The staff was friendly enough, the shop could have been neater and better organized. It was crowded but I didn't have to wait for the pedicure and she did a through enough job. My issue is with the customer service, never have I EVER been made to stand at a counter and pay BEFORE getting sit at the dryer station. And while I was drying I saw another customer getting the normal treatment where they take your card and come back with a the receipt for you to sign/add tip. Socioeconomically, this other customer and I appeared even, but she was white. I hope I was treated differently and rushed to pay because I looked different and they were worried I would run out. I just moved to the area and decided to read the reviews before going to a nail salon. The service was good, I was excited to see they had chrome nail polish, charms & mood changing nail polish. Horrible horrible customer service. I went to get a manicure for  my mother's day treat. It turned out to be a disaster. I was never treated unfairly in my life. I left feeling horrible instead of pampered as I expected. After sitting at a table waiting for somebody to do my nails, a lady came and asked what I wanted. I showed her the picture on my phone she said she couldn't do it and walked off to the back serving another customer without telling me anything. I had to wait another 15 minutes until somebody else could paint my nails and waited another 20 minutes for another girl could draw. Here is the worse thing happened! She drew 4 uneven lines on my nails, she said she couldn't do it for me, if she knew I was Vietnamese she would have not agreed to do my nails. She didn't stop there, she complained that I paid to much attention to detail on my nails and blaming on the 1st person who agreed to do it for me.. She was talking like it was my fault to come here and get my nails done. After 5 attempts and fail and telling me she had 3 other customers waiting for her and she refused to do a decent job. Great experience. My mom was visiting out of town and I had a gift certificate so we came for deluxe Mani and pedis. Then my 6 year old boy ended up getting a kids pedi which was great because his toe nails were like talons. They could use a really deep clean of base boards and behind pedi chairs but I was pleased with the results and would come again. Read Less

Visited this spot trying to find a replacement for Fitfth Nail Bar.They did a great job on polishing - but everything else was lackluster.My tech was a sweet, older lady - but I could barely feel her massage and it was over quickly - no hot towels - no scrub.  Just the bare, bare minimum. Not very much space between chairs which means that if you have two inconsiderate people on either side of you (which I did) that talk on their cell phones during their entire freaking service (again - bingo) - you are not going to be able to relax. I enjoy this salon for more than one reason. The nail technicians all speak very good English, so there is no language barrier. The owner is young, and very open to trying new things that will work for his customers. The prices are reasonable, and when you pay, there is no space that asks you for a tip, as if it is expected. If you want to tip, you can tip. If not, there is no expectation. This salon also has a pampered hands and feet treatment. They exfoliate the dead skin from your hands and feet, and they use a soy candle to seal in the moisture. Your skin never felt so good. I have met customers in the shop that drive for miles, passing many other nail salons along the way to get to this shop. You must try it and ask Lee for the softening hands and feet treatment.
