I was advised that the service would be one price when I asked upon entering, once they were done I was told that the service were a completely different price. I got my nails done they turned blue and peeled 1 broke not once but 2x (same nail) they are expensive so I expect the best but the solution was not to redo them or anything the suggestion was just to replace top coat let alone nothing else mind u I went like this for 3weeks I’m not happy not impressed also my daughters nails fell off after first 2 days let them know and nothing just said that happens never fixed them nothing I went there multiple times to try and give chances and as I said forget it and left I was told “oh ok well” maybe fix it give some sort of compensation Read Less

It's really beautiful inside! I do think they are working out a few kinks...and agree that a simple greeting "welcome, how can we help you today?" Would go a long long way and help you further stand out in this area (none of the other salons I've been to have greeted me either, makes you want to turn around and leave). I legitimately used to drive 8 hours once a month to go get my nails done and visit my family....and I would wait if I broke a nail because I'm that picky about who does my nails and how they're done. I found Ava and officially fell in love with their customer service and quality of work. They're updated on technique while the rest of Sioux falls lacks in class and modern education. I absolutely love Divine Nail Spa!! I am bringing a group of 12 girls in to get nails done for my wedding, and they are blocking off a time just for us to be there! Doug & Ava have great professional skills, and are always striving to make their customers happy. It's very clean and elegant compared to some nail salons in town. I've Been coming to Top nail for some time now and I am never disappointed. Staff is friendly and the owner is great. You will have to wait on busy days of course because they are understaffed at times but the new chairs are so comfortable you won't mind the wait. I'm only giving a 1 star because I can't give anything less. Multiple times I've been to this Salon and notice they have CHEAP Gel Polish. Any Gel Color you get here will change in a week. (It will start turning brownish) This time I decided to get Pink Gel (their #7 ) and in less than 3 days my color starred browning. I went back to see if they could redo my color. Just the same color back because it's my birthday. The owner. The short guy. Was very rude. He said YOU DID SOMETHING TO IT. Meanwhile his client sitting getting her color change said LET ME SEE YOUR NAILS I just had that color and the samething happened to me. The owner still says NO NO. You did something. So I took off my shoes. I showed him that my toes are also changing color from his gel. He says. We not fix that. I said sir you remember me I was here less than a week ago for my birthday. He says, yes i remember, we do for you but YOU PAY!! Needless to say, this nail salon TOP NAILS ON GORDON HWY IN AUGUSTA GEORGIA took no responsibility for their poor work!!!
