I sat there patiently waiting for someone to come do my eyebrows, only to be told (after sitting for a while) that the eyebrow lady "wasn't feeling well." Mind you, I saw her peek around the corner when they yelled for her to come do my eyebrows. It wasn't until about 10 minutes after that when they told me she didn't feel well. I honestly feel like she didn't feel like doing them, but even if she really didn't feel well, I should have been told that from the beginning instead of having my time wasted. Not to mention I wasn't greeted nor acknowledged when I walked through the door. I only came to this raggedy shop because everyone else was closed, but never will I come back.

I was looking for a new nail salon and I saw all the positive reviews. I walked in without an appointment. I wanted a dip manicure and my technician, Unu, was thorough in explaining their services. Unu paid such attention to detail, not stopping until even the tinest flaw was fixed. It was the most precise application I've ever experienced. No doubt, this color will last a month. The price was extremely reasonable and comparable to other salons in Ann Arbor. Excellent service for the price! The salon is warm and cozy with a chic feeling. They have a new customer now! I will be back for a pedicure and permanent makeup services. Thank you Unu!

Brand new beautiful salon. They are very professional and do amazing work. They are very popular so It can get a bit busy, best to call ahead during peak hours.

I really love this salon! I've had shellac manicures done here a couple times and today got my first pedicure - very nice massage chairs. The ladies have always been kind and they really take their time to give you beautiful nails. I also love that you can book online and walk right in. Thank you!

Today I took a friend and my daughter to have a pedicure at BeeQSpa. My second visit, and it was wonderful from start to finish because of my experienced cosmetologist, Susan. I can't say enough about her superb meticulous job. Never had a better pedicure! Do request Susan if you can. A great shop. Do go !!

I enjoy going here they are so nice. I use to do acrylic but tried the dipping and live it. It will last 3 weeks and keeps ur nails strong. Better than shellac and acrylic...

Terrible!! It took almost two hours to get a mani and pedi! I asked for gel nails.... chipped a nail on day one, by day four almost all nails were chipped!! Now gel nails are not suppose to chip!!!

I loved BeeQspa. The jelly pedicure is the best. Friendly staff, very clean and sanitized. The massage chairs where amazing as well. I will definitely recommend and will be back!

The guy is the best nail tech I've ever seen... Ive had my nails for months, ofcourse had fill ins, but never broken one! :)

I sat there patiently waiting for someone to come do my eyebrows, only to be told (after sitting for a while) that the eyebrow lady "wasn't feeling well." Mind you, I saw her peek around the corner when they yelled for her to come do my eyebrows. It wasn't until about 10 minutes after that when they told me she didn't feel well.
