Went in for a pedicure during non peak hours. The owner did a very nice job selling me on the deluxe pedicure and explained you get a nicer massage and scented treatment of the feet. However, the tech had his own technique for delivery of the service that was NOT what was described. Tech never asked me if I wanted nails cut, had to ask for it. Tech did not ask about shape. Tech took numerous stops to talk with employee who was just sitting around waiting for a client - especially during the message. Interesting he could talk to her but didn't talk to me. Didn't even make small talk. The little massage that was given was of my leg. I thought pedicures were focused on the feet. When asked can you massage the heal (which was my way to get him on the feet), he says im going to do that later. Later never came. The interesting part is that he put lotion on my leg and NONE of was ever spread to my toes. He painted the toenails and never came back to finish the massage of the feet. This was mentioned to the manager and he says we don't like to put oil on the toes because it will interfere with the nail polish. What happed to nail polish remover or alcohol???? ABSOLUTELY WILL NEVER COME BACK. This salon needs to figure out what customer service is and realize it isn't about them but the customer. Would NOT recommend.

Horrible experience! Oh my gosh the lady yelled at me and was extremely rude! Never has this happened to me and I've been getting my nails done for over 10 years. I walked in and simply asked for a full set with white tips. She said ok but doesn't add any tips and starts with the acrylic! Wth! So i tell her i wanted the tips on. She started yelling at me saying you said you wanted short nails (over and over)and being very rude! What ever happened to friendly customer service? Then she places a tip, clips it and glares at me and asked if it was good? She was being very condescending. So i told her just forget it, i was about to leave. She apologized and i ended up staying. And she charged me $50! Never again!! Save yourself the trouble.

This place is currently been remodeled and expanded so if you go expect some cramping but do expect the same great service. They are attentive. The owner is attentive and the techs are good. They all have their own techniques and ways of doing things but all achieve the same great service. I get pedicures regularly and I've never experienced any issues at all. They are clean. The pedicure water basins when used they use bags for sanitation. The place is clean. The tools are disinfected in sanitation stations.

I had a great experience at nails for you! The owner Henry is a very nice and respectable man. Not only that but all his staff is knowlegable and accommodating. I had Tracey give me my first pedicure in a long time and I don't think my feet and legs have ever been so soft. Tiffany did my nails, I had a full set done and an odd request of style and she helped me bring my nail goals to life! I will most definitely be coming back here for any of my nail needs. Thank you again to the staff!!! ❤❤❤

The salon has one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. Their customer service is of high quality, and they treat their clients with respect. The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming, and skilled. Over the years of frequently coming here, they had never rush their time with me and did a marvelous job. Also, the salon looks beautiful and is pleasing to the eye. The salon's products are unsurprisingly top-notch, and they go out of their way to make their clients happy by doing what's best for them. Based off of my experiences, I favorably recommend this salon.

Poor Job, Rushed and UnfriendlyThey charge $25 for a "basic" pedicure. She sucked her teeth in when that was all I wanted. The description states an aromatic soak (not done). My feet were in the water for mere seconds before she was pulling them in and out of the water. She rushed through the pedicure, did not really clean UNDER the nails, used a cheese grater on my foot then washed it off in the water and stuck it back in its container. There were 2 young girls who did my feet and my daughters, their customer service skills were lacking considerably. The atmosphere was not at all "relaxing" because of a male worker who stayed on his phone the whole time we were there and was talking LOUDLY. I have had it with these types of nail places, I would rather pay a little bit more and deal with someone who can communicate and is GRATEFUL for business instead of acting greedy. Never again.

Horrible service!! Rushed from beginning to end, meanwhile the nail salon is almost empty (no wonder why!!!), the manicurist doing my friend's nails even commented 'we came at the perfect time'. Only *filed* my nails for a gel polish (didn't even brush away the debris so there are bumps under the polish), no smoothing, nor asking what shape I wanted - guess she was in a square nail mood. I would suggest trying Nail Spa around the corner, Paris Nail and Spa, or Classic Nail. I will never return and could never recommend this establishment.

I went in yesterday to get both my nails and my toes done. The pedicure was decent, I can't really complain about that, other than the staff was pretty unfriendly. I also got a full set. The lady that did my nails seemed to be in some sort of a rush, and didn't really care much about the quality of the work she was doing. By the time she was done, my nails were uneven, and chipping. I went back in to see if I could get someone else to fix them, but she jumped in, very angrily, and insisted that it was my fault for "moving under the uv light". She then tried to file them down a little more and reapply the gel top coat. I still am left with uneven and lifting nails. Not happy.

The worst experience I have ever had getting my nails done. The woman was incredibly rude when I asked for her to shorten 3 nails and they are still all uneven. I have glue stuck all over my fingers and my nails are way to think. I went in for a simple reshape and paint which then became a totally new set. She charged me for gel polish without asking if that is what I want. It was the worst experience I have ever had getting my nails done. Do NOT go here. Over priced for bad work.

First time here, and I liked it. They have relaxing music playing in the background. The technicians I had for my pedicure and full set were good. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied. The nail tech answered my questions knowledgeably. She does talk softly so I had to ask her to repeat herself. The overall atmosphere was calm and tranquil. I stopped going to my last nail shop because there was a lot of tension between and management. Not sure if this will be my new regular spot though.

I woke up the next day and puss was coming out of my toe...Also a different lady did my fill in, but all while I was sitting in the pedicure chair...it was uncomfortable after a while. They are over priced for the services you receive. And neither of the techs I had offered me a refreshment, but the other techs offered their clients refreshments.

Came in because I needed to kill some time. Was seated as I entered the door but Ben sat in a chair for a good 20min before someone even came to start on my pedicure. As the lady started working on my feet she would constantly offer me other things such as the deluxe pedicure, manicure, just a trim on my hands, and even my eyebrows. I get they are trying to sell more but if I came and waited 20min before I was even helped I think I've pretty much made up my mind about what I want. I would probably try other place before I consider coming back here.

Went in for a pedicure during non peak hours. The owner did a very nice job selling me on the deluxe pedicure and explained you get a nicer massage and scented treatment of the feet. I had a great experience at nails for you! The owner Henry is a very nice and respectable man. Not only that but all his staff is knowlegable and accommodating. I had Tracey give me my first pedicure in a long time and I don't think my feet and legs have ever been so soft. The salon has one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. Their customer service is of high quality, and they treat their clients with respect. The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming, and skilled. Over the years of frequently coming here, they had never rush their time with me and did a marvelous job. Poor Job, Rushed and UnfriendlyThey charge $25 for a "basic" pedicure. She sucked her teeth in when that was all I wanted. The description states an aromatic soak (not done). My feet were in the water for mere seconds before she was pulling them in and out of the water. They are over priced for the services you receive. And neither of the techs I had offered me a refreshment, but the other techs offered their clients refreshments.

Came in because I needed to kill some time. Was seated as I entered the door but Ben sat in a chair for a good 20min before someone even came to start on my pedicure. As the lady started working on my feet she would constantly offer me other things such as the deluxe pedicure, manicure, just a trim on my hands, and even my eyebrows. I get they are trying to sell more but if I came and waited 20min before I was even helped I think I've pretty much made up my mind about what I want. I would probably try other place before I consider coming back here.

First time here. So far. Wonderful. Peaceful music. I was offered a beverage shortly after being seated for my pedicure. I know I will be back.
