Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced during first visit. I walked in spoke and the guy sitting in the first chair looked at me and then looked away. I was seated for about 15 min when another woman of (European descent to be politically correct) walked in and was warmly greeted and asked what services she would like and that she could sign in and have a 10 minute wait. Mind you I had not been acknowledged at this point and when asked if I should sign in only received a simple nod. I felt uncomfortable and decided to leave only after to see other reviews from women such as myself with the same concerns. Would not recommend. Read Less

I have only been here once and the first experience was not good. Its very evident that they prefer a certain race of client. Several women walked in and went straight to a chair after i had been sitting there for over 30 minutes. They were not apologetic for the wait and a couple of them had apperant attitudes. Horrible customer service walked to the door and she waved me away I was so close to cursing her out but I decided to go this route do not use these people they are horrible and make all nail salons loom bad. Do not go to them run for the hills you might catch a charge. Wish I can give them a negative 5. Bunch of assholes!!!!!!! They also make you wait forever and cater to people that are not of color sat and waited for ovwr and hour and some woman walked in and sat right down its my wedding day and couldnt get any help these people are just horrid. I had a great experience at this location!! I am new to the area and after my gel manicure yesterday I have gotten so many compliments on my nails. I was at the salon for 50 minutes just for my manicure but it's worth the wait. Will be back in 2 weeks for another manicure and probably a pedicure as well. Read Less

This place was recommended to my sister and I by a colleague. We were extremely disappointed because upon arriving, no one greeted or spoke to us. We went and picked out polish colors for our pedicures and sat and waited for about ten minutes and still no one said hello. As we were leaving we asked another woman who was coming to get a pedicure if she'd ever had the same experience and she said "no." I had a regular pedicure service today. The end result was mediocre nothing to write home about. The right toe cuticle wasn't pushed back enough to match my left toe. I'll try Sky nail salon across the street next time. Read Less

This place isn't super fancy but the service is great and Ann (I think that's her name) is wonderful! Ask for her if you can. She does take a little longer than others but her work is amazing. Price is average and reasonable and they get 5 stars from me! Read Less

I had a great experience at Nail Seasons. Christina did a great job and was really enjoyable to talk with. Most of the time when I go to get a pedicure somewhere, the people aren't very friendly and I end up on my phone the whole time, which is ok, but it was really nice to actually have a conversation while treating myself to a pedicure. The prices are really great also. (It was $23 for a pedicure). My main concern with nail salons is always sterility/cleanliness. I was very pleased to see them cleaning the water basin (before and immediately after my pedicure) and also the tools seemed to be unused on anyone else (she opened a sterile package of tools for my pedicure). This place is terrible. I went to get my gel manicure removed and a regular mani/pedi. I noticed I didn't like the attitude of my Technician so I opted out of my pedicure. They charged me $25 for a manicure with CLEAR polish. (Apparently it's $10 to remove gels... ) and it's not just one technician, I had a friend with me and she also had a terrible experience. When you make a request on how you want your nails done they huff and puff and roll their eyes. They didn't even use the pointy tool to clean under our nails. And when my friend requested that her tech clean underneath her nails, the tech handed her the tool and made her do it herself!! Lol I've never seen anything like this before. There are a million nail salons in Augusta. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. Their customer service is hot trash. Read Less

MUST READ!!!! These people are extremely racist. I wish I could give them zero stars. They do not like blacks. When I came in I saw everyone in front of me go and sit down and they greeted them. I was looking over at the finger nail polish to choose my color. The girl in the desk who had just greeted and chatted with all the Caucasian customers said "WHAT YOU WANT MA AM!!" She was rude and loud. I told her I want a full set. She said sit down. I came and sat down in her chair and she said "No,not here get up and sit over there." A guy came over to me and said "You have to pay first." I was thinking OMG!!! The other three Caucasion ladies did not have to pay ahead of time. Only the black girl, which was me. Seriously, you think because I am black I will run out without paying. When he sat down he did not talk to me or even speak. He laughed and joked with the girls who were getting their nails done beside me. When I would tell him how I wanted my nails he would not even respond. I finally said do you hear me. He said yes and got right back to talking. As he was doing my nails I saw the other women before me leave out and they paid on the way out. MAD AS HECK since I had to pay before hand. Then, when he put my nails on he got up and walked off and never came back. After 10 minutes I asked the girl was he coming back to finish? She said "I will get to you in a minute ma am you have to wait." I said Okay, but I wanted to say: That is fine but at least let me know something. The guy came back when the lady was polishing my nails and talked about ghetto people and they were laughing and I was extremely uncomfortable. When the girl was finished. She got up to. I walked out and was very disappointed. What they did not know is that my usual salon down the street knows them well. Me and the girl who work at the other salon are friends. She told me they told her they can't stand blacks because we don't like to tip. ANYWAYZ BYE FELICIA!!!! I acted courteous and did not let them get to me. The girls were so nice and friendly. We got our nails done as a weddIng party. We called and they closed the store for us at seven so they can just work on the hole party. They did beautiful work. It's family owned and they are hilarious. They made it a great time. Read Less
