I love getting pampered here! I have gone to Lovely Nails for 9 years now. Every time since the first time I went they know my name when I walk in the door. i walk in and get a full set and the lady starts on my nails I said I wanted them long and then she does them short and I'm not the type of person to be rude or mean and they were way to short for me and then she put too much powder on my nails and she didn't even them out and my right hand is long than the other this was the worst nails shop I've been too Read Less

There was only 3 workers in the salon, and about 5 people in the pedicure chairs and 3 people waiting on manicures when I walked in. I was advised it would be an hour wait, which was fine with me, it was myself and my two nieces requesting full sets of acrylic nails. One lady did all 3 of our nails and she had acrylic on my cuticles and the polish was too think it messed up and took forever to dry. This is a more expensive nail salon and I was sent her because I was advised they did good work, but the service I received was rushed and tacky for all of our nails. Read Less

Since moving to Augusta I have tried a ton of places. I get pedicures regularly... I have always gotten a regular pedicure with a paraffin wax dip... No one in Augusta does it. I asked them there at Linda's and they did it since they regularly do hand dips... Now they do the paraffin feet dips. I would recommend that to anyone. It is the best thing for the best pedicure... I really enjoyed getting a pedicure here.  There were some faults that didn't necessarily bother me, but I can see where someone else would find them off putting. I noticed, for instance, that the chairs weren't the cleanest.  There were clear marks and smudges left from others.  They may skip steps in other areas of cleanliness too.  Who knows.One of the ladies was coughing and sneezing directly into her hands while prepping to give a pedicure.  Not the most appealing atmosphere. The pedicure itself was great.  The guy giving mine was very friendly and happy.  I will say that he spent most of the time speaking (not in English) to the other people working.  This didn't bother me (although you have to wonder if they're talking about how janked peoples' feet are).  There are a lot of magazines sitting around to occupy yourself with.
