This is the best salon I’ve ever experienced! I’ve been getting my nails done for almost 30 years. They are so good that they stay super busy so it’s best to make an appointment. Even if you have to wait it’s definitely worth it. They are so friendly and the prices can’t be beat for what you get. They don’t cut corners - they do it right! Really clean and pleasant atmosphere. HORRIBLE. HOR-RI-BLE. Waited for over an hour in the lobby on a Thursday afternoon (granted, I didn’t have an appointment so I didn’t mind the wait at the time.) I then get called back for my S&S fill and the woman tells me that I’ll need to pick a darker color than the one that I currently had on so that it wouldn’t show underneath it. I’ve gotten my nails done multiple times and have never had a problem having them sand down the original color, do the fill and then paint with the new one. She was so confused and stubborn that her manager came over and explained exactly what I had been saying. Then the manager starts to sand down 4 of my nails and the next just gets up and walks away. I end up waiting for another 20 minutes as I see my original lady now doing a pedicure for someone else and another employee told me rudely to just be patient. I waited another 5 minutes before I got up, told them I didn’t have time for this, and walked out. It was a complete and total waste of time, my nails look worse than they did when I went in, and the staff was cold and rude. Never coming back here again. Read Less

Had an appointment for 3:30.. did not leave until 7:30. My pedicure was sub-par, lightly scrubbed my feet. I then waited maybe an hour/hour & a half to have them start my "full set acrylics"... my nails are ruined, she filled them down over and over after continuously messing up, she ended up giving me acrylics with gel dip powder on top and SHELLAC ON TOP OF ALL THAT, my nails where soooooo thick, even after asking her why and telling her i DID NOT WANT them to be thick. it... ended up looking like i did the 50 layers of nail polish challenge.. to top it off they claim to have 20% but my sister and i both asked and asked and asked with no response or reason as to why we where paying what we did. PURELUX Nail Salon is just that... Pure Luxury! I go to Kevin or Trinx for my gorgeous acrylic-gel nails and "Tommy's Mom" for the BEST pedicure of my life; which includes an AMAZING massage. I have been getting my nails done for 15 years and this is the best budget-friendly salon around! I went in to get my nails done for a wedding. I went in on Thursday afternoon for a wedding that was early Saturday morning. I was assured if I payed an extra $15 to have shellac done that I would have no issues. I was also told if I had a problem that they could touch them up. Well the polish was chipping off by Friday morning and when I called to have the problem resolved I got a voicemail and no call back. I would never go back. They have no idea how to do nails. Everyone that saw my nails said they looked terrible and that there was no way it was shellac because it looked way to thin. Waste of money!! Read Less

Great service from Maysa. She is excellent. She's friendly, fast, efficient, and does a great job. Her pedicures last forever and she takes pride in her work. This seems like a well run salon. It stays consistently busy. You can call for an appointment or they take walk-ins. The lady who does the scheduling is efficient, too. Went for pedicure and nails.  Many differant pedicures to choose from.  I had a deluxe pedi (30) and my husband had the $38 one.  He got to choose a special scent of stuff they would use where I did not get too.  He also got hot stones with his.  They did a fantastic job.  My nails look fantastic.  They are a pink/white ombré.  The gentleman at the front service table did them.  I guess he was the owner.  I am very satisfied with the services we received and we will be back. My nails were pricy but they do look fantastic! The salon was very clean and sanitary.  In the pedicure tubs they used liners and each person had new supplies.  They were busy for a Tuesday afternoon.  Worth the wait. Read Less

Been here twice, waited over an hour each time when I was told each time the wait was only a couple minutes. I had some calluses and paid for a special pedicure to specifically work them and the lady didn't even try to address them. Will never be back.Read Less

I went there on my off day this past Friday and I signed in at 1:23 and sat down and waited. No one called me back. About 20 minutes later, two women came in and were called back after being told to pick out their color. I tried to get the worker's attention to let them know I was there and had not been seen, but I was ignored. Around 1:45 another woman came in and was brought back as well. I still had not been seen. I did not have an appointment, but the last woman did, but the other two women did not. But seeing as they typically accept walk-ins, I was confused. I ended up leaving and going elsewhere and spent my hard earned money. I'm not sure why I had been over-looked, but if thats how they operate, I will not return. Read Less

UPDATE: They were kind enough to give me a redo and I had a great experience today. I'm sorry, I forgot the gal's name who did me today, but she did a great job! She even got my dry heels smooth again! :) No pain and my pink toes are beautiful. Thank you! I may just have bad luck, but I was part of an 8 lady bridal party that got manis & pedis (on 5/26). I only got a (tropical) pedi (with regular polish) myself. I was started last, but was fine because I thought that'd give t...he others a chance to get both services done. I had a gentleman start work on me. Then another lady came and did a lot more snipping on my cuticles. I was the last one to be done of everyone (including those that got both!). I got nicked 5 times. One toe didn't want to quit bleeding and even had to be redone after I dried my other toenails. And now, 3 days later, another toe (that was nicked/cut too much) is hurting & a little swollen. The lady in charge at the salon that day was nice enough to offer me a (free) lotion for my trouble, but I would have just preferred money off of my services. Especially now, since I'm sorry I even got the pedicure. :( It's nothing spectacular and now I have boo-boos on my toes - it wasn't worth it for me. So I decided to give this place a try. Eric the nail technician was very helpful. He introduced me to "SNS nails...dipping powder therefore promotes nail strength and nail growth, for more attractive and healthier nails.  This means that if you soak the nail polish off, your natural nails will be longer and healthier than with any other alternative gel nail polishes available on the market." The good thing is it was applied beautifully.It's very shiny end product. The unusual thing I'm not too crazy about is the color outcome looks grainy like a slight shimmer, which I'm not into shimmers. The color sample does not look like the finished product. The customer service is AWESOME, Tony was very attentive and shaped/painted my nails EXACTLY the way I wanted them. The salon is very unassuming, as it's in a storefront; I'm glad I didn't let that stop me from going. It's clean, comfortable, they do great work, and it's reasonably priced! My mom and I tried this a couple of weeks ago for the first time, and she has already been back! It was great--very clean, new tools, plastic in the water basins for each new person. We both got manicure and pedicures. The great thing is you can walk-in or make appointments. This is a newer salon, and I encourage you to try it. They are very friendly and even have two adorable pedicure stations just for little girls--equipped with tablets for them to play on, too!
