I was very hesitant to have my pedicure here but there wasn’t much of a wait and my daughter wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt so we stayed. First off they tried to have me put my feet in the run with a bag with nail shavings and used powder was high I had to request that they change. Then Anthony did my toes and it was such a half done pedicure. Also, I had surgery on my big toes and I told him not to bother filing that section, what does he do he starts poking and scraping it saying I can fix it. I’m like no they don’t need fixing so then he grabs a razor looking device and starts in and I had to stop him again and say no! Don’t do that please just leave them alone. Then after I was finished we didn’t even put on my sandals, in fact they were under the cart. Really? So I don’t recommend going here unless you wanna s lazy pedicure.

I just had my first full pedicure experience and loved it. Should have gotten name for the male with glasses that did mines but he seriously soaked scrubbed removed dead skin all off my feet I didn't think was there but I'm glad he took the extra care to remove it and for a pregnant woman I need all the love I can get in these last final weeks. Thanks Creative Nails😉

I used to love this place but my last experience was so disappointing. I got my nails done 4 days ago and 3 have already fell off for no reason and the technician asked me willI be getting wasted for Easter...... who does that? Highly inappropriate and for my S n S nails and pedicure it was $97..... I should have questioned it before but after being there for almost 2 hours I was ready to go. I am pretty sure I was ripped off by this guy and I am sad to say that I won't be going back for anything but to ask for a refund.

My experience here was great! The customer service was extremely friendly and helpful. There were tons of nail color selections and great prices. This was one of the best nail jobs that I have ever received. I would highly recommend this salon!!

Guy name tom did my nails and went too far back on my skin making me bleed. He obviously doesn't know anything about nail care because you should know when and where to stop on a nail when filing. I was still charged $45 dollars for a bad nail job. I will not be returning. They didn't even give me a discount for making me bleed. I've never been blamed for bleeding. He didn't give a sincere apology at all but blamed me that my cuticles were dry. If you thought that why not put oil on them? Because they weren't he just wanted a reason to not take responsibility. Do not go to this guy because he doesn't know what he's doing in all the years of getting my nails done this was one of the worst experiences ever. And the price didn't reflect the job.

Absolutely wonderful patient and professional. They did a wonderful mani pedi. The husband and wife team very nice and do a great job. All equipment sterile and clean. I highly recommend!!

Just took my mom out to get a pedicure, and had an awful experience. The manicurists were rude, demanding, and cursing while chatting amongst themselves. There was very little care put into their work, and I came out with paint on two toes, even though the manicurists' dagger-like thumbnail was constantly digging to the side of my nails to correct the paint job. Why spend $25 on a pedicure if the experience is horrendous? Never going back.

They were very nice but screwed up my gel manicure. I had chosen a nice red color for my base and then the lady painted on some pretty snow flakes. Unfortunately, she used regular nail polish for the top coat - not the gel polish she was using before. She put my nails under the UV light with the regular polish top coat. It looked great. However that night, I realized that the top coat had cracked on all my nails and it is now chipping off. I paid $50 for a manicure that didn't even last a day. Very disappointing.

I was a walk in and they took me right away. It has spa pedicure chairs and they do waxing as well but it wasn't advertised. I saw about three girls get waxed but for whatever reason I wasn't ready to give up my arches to them...however these doing my nails did a really good job. They look great and the length is just right. It was 45 for pink and whites, which seemed like little much. I may be back to try a pedicure!

I have been to several nail salons in Augusta and this is by far the best manicure and pedicure I've had. All the other salons fail to take good care of my cuticles, cut too much, did a poor job with polish application, etc. At Falcon Nails the careful attention to all details and the perfect polish application made my day. This was my first visit and I'm definitely coming back! FYI: the sign on the road reads "Creative Nails" not "Falcon Nails" so don't get confused by that. It is the same place.

This place was AWESOME! I went in today after reading a couple good reviews on here. Tom took care of me, and man does he know the way to a customer's heart! He was funny and very informative. I came in with some acrylic nails that needed some help, and he recommended a different method that would be better for my nails. Thanks to him, my nails are beautiful and I have a new favorite nail salon! I recommend this place to everyone!

I had a full set of nails put on at another salon and when I needed a fill in, my friend recommended them. I liked the atmosphere, Lily did a great job and told me she would fix what the other salon had done. She was very gentle and my nails look great. I will be going back and getting my nails done in the future. Great place!

I have gone to many nail salons in the Augusta area, some good and some bad. However, this has been the best service that I have received in years. My nail technician laughed with me and was very down to Earth. I know a lot of people go to relax and really aren't looking to converse, but the conversation was mutual. He gave me excellent and honest advice and opinions about different services. They also did not force any service on me that I did not want. I truly enjoyed myself and the PINK and WHITE turned out AWESOME! Thank you for your quick and excellent service.

I was very hesitant to have my pedicure here but there wasn’t much of a wait and my daughter wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt so we stayed. I used to love this place but my last experience was so disappointing. I got my nails done 4 days ago and 3 have already fell off for no reason and the technician asked me willI be getting wasted for Easter...... who does that? Guy name tom did my nails and went too far back on my skin making me bleed. He obviously doesn't know anything about nail care because you should know when and where to stop on a nail when filing. Just took my mom out to get a pedicure, and had an awful experience. The manicurists were rude, demanding, and cursing while chatting amongst themselves. They were very nice but screwed up my gel manicure. I had chosen a nice red color for my base and then the lady painted on some pretty snow flakes. Unfortunately, she used regular nail polish for the top coat - not the gel polish she was using before. She put my nails under the UV light with the regular polish top coat. It looked great. I saw about three girls get waxed but for whatever reason I wasn't ready to give up my arches to them...however these doing my nails did a really good job. They look great and the length is just right. It was 45 for pink and whites, which seemed like little much. I may be back to try a pedicure!

I have been to several nail salons in Augusta and this is by far the best manicure and pedicure I've had. All the other salons fail to take good care of my cuticles, cut too much, did a poor job with polish application, etc. At Falcon Nails the careful attention to all details and the perfect polish application made my day. This place was AWESOME! I went in today after reading a couple good reviews on here. Tom took care of me, and man does he know the way to a customer's heart! He was funny and very informative. I came in with some acrylic nails that needed some help, and he recommended a different method that would be better for my nails. Thanks to him, my nails are beautiful and I have a new favorite nail salon! I recommend this place to everyone!

I liked the atmosphere, Lily did a great job and told me she would fix what the other salon had done. She was very gentle and my nails look great. I will be going back and getting my nails done in the future. Great place!
