Went for a simple eyebrow wax...then the eyebrow lady showed up irritable and in a rush. She proceeded to push me down into a chair then spend a whole 15 seconds on my eyebrows. Not thinking of getting my hair out of my face, prepping my eyebrows before(brushing them) or even asking if I was okay for her to begin. After she proceeded to hand me all of her trash to throw away. I left with bad looking brows and a a chunk of hair taken out of my head from the wax getting into it. Terrible experience. I��ve been coming here for years I feel in love with the atmosphere and quality and speedy servers and my last few visits I have not been satisfied with my nail service! This last experience I was with two other people all getting medi and pedis.. the girls doing my nails pressureing me to try”solor” or “gel” nail and I’m constantly telling her no not this time regular acrylic please... she finishes and I ask for a design..I don’t like that particular one and asked for something else well she politely packed her stuff up and left! It’s not even been a week and 3 of my nails have chipped!! I feel she purposely did a bad job bc I didn’t get the more expensive nails. The service there is not great I used to love going, but since they have changed management it’s not so good. My mother and I spent 2.5 hours there and came out with a bill of $200 dollars and they broke 4 days after word. Hannah used SNS gel on my nails. They were not in the best shape due to an inferior visit for the same product and tips at a different salon. A friend of mine also uses Hannah and highly recommended her to me. First I had to have my old tips removed and my nail beds worked on to remove what was applied at the other salon. She was so careful and gentle that I was already happy with my visit. She then applied the SNS gel to my nails and was very through making sure all of my wants were met. She kept them in line with my natural nail, shaped them to my specifications and made sure all my nails were the same length. They are my nails now with an application of SNS gel on top. They look perfect, look natural and are strong. I will be going back to Hannah and CT Nails again. Read Less

I have frequented this place for pedicures for about three years.  Great selection of colors for polish.  They do great designs.  I love getting my eyebrows waxed here.  They do a great job on feet and eyebrows.  Offer many services! Prices are about the going rate as anywhere else.  I will not get a manicure or any type of fake nail done here though.  Each time I have gotten acrylics/gel/solar any of those my nails need to be re done within about a week.  They only look great for about a week.  They are way to rough with the equipment they use.  Hurting me more then once in the process.  The only person who has ever given me the nails I wanted and loved was the owner of the shop.  That was after arguing with a male nail technician.  Telling him many times I wanted a  UV gel nail set and eyebrows.  He brings out all the items to do acrylic and gel polish.  Not what I asked for.  As he kept insisting what he was doing was right I told him it was not and that gel nail set doesn't involve powder of any sort.  He got pissy (I whipped out a you tube video of a local lady who does gel nails) to show him her tutorial video and then he went to the owner and told me he refused to do my nails and she did them.  She applauded me for standing my ground because most don't know what a true set of gel nails are. Other then that, every one there is great for pedicures and eyebrows.  Great with my kids when they come in with me.  The folks there don't mind my kids comming in when they are behaving.  They say most kids in there are horriable. I've been going here since I was 12 (almost 13 years now). In that total time, I had one bad experience but the owner Lee resolved it like any good owner would do. The ladies know us by name and are always so sweet and accommodating. The work they do on my nails are great and have never in almost 13 years had a bad paint job from this store. My husband is military so we move around a lot and I come back home so these ladies can do my nails. I recommend them to everyone. Read Less

I absolutely love this place, I think the environment is wonderful and they just redid the place and it's extravagant and beautiful. Le is an amazing owner and boss and she honestly works a lot to keep the place and service in check. The facility and prices are decent - however, while paying for my nails, the lady started insisting on cash despite me putting the tip via my card - I didn't like that part. Had the WORST experience at this establishment. I like my nails short and they have to be short for my work and school. I was asked once if I wanted a tip placed and I responded with no. During my manicure I was told my the technician that my nails are too short and that I should get a tip. I kept responding with no. Then another employee came up, looked at my nails, and said "oh my God" loud enough for myself and others to hear. In addition to this terrible experience, they are SERIOUSLY overpriced. I get that they want to push service but no means no. And the technician also prior to the hand massage jerked off my watch and engagement ring and pulled off my hair bow and tossed it on the floor. My nails look great but I have NEVER been so disrespected in my entire life and will NEVER be returning. They will also be receiving a phone call from me tomorrow in addition to this review. Excellent place for gel nails . there are also people who do basic manicures as well as gel polish. I use Miss Lee for gel nails but there are many good operators in this salon that have been there for years. They have the best pedicures anywhere!!! I go at least every other week as it's a good stress reliever!!! My son has been for pedicures here and many men are weekly or bi- monthly clients of the salon for pedicures. I've had waxing services done here as well as mini massages (10-30 mins) with excellent results! Love this place. Have been a client for at least 4 years. They dont even deserve ONE star! I have frequented this salon for about 10 years and I have never been disappointed with their service. The owners are always accommodating, the staff, courteous and usually successful managing their time so clients have a relaxing and enjoyable experience. NOT the case yesterday! Ugggh! What a disappointment! My daughters 13th birthday is coming up so we went in for a little pre-birthday pampering. My daughter was getting a mani pedi and I just wanted a pedi. We asked the price up front, $30 for hers and $20 for mine. The wait was fine, we picked out our colors and they took us to our chairs right away. Unfortunately, my massage chair was broken but my daughter's worked fine, I guess, it was good enough but it had seen better days. As soon as the they started filing, and clipping the hustle began. They proceeded to ask my TWELVE year old if she wanted the deluxe spa with hot towels and her choice of a foot scrub, for ten more dollars but my daughter politely declined (more than once). They then asked ME if I wanted the deluxe pedi, I declined as well. Then she asked me if I wanted my eyebrows waxed! No! No! No! She also asked if I did my pedicures at home, of course I said yes. She smirked a little got up from her station and started on another client! My daughter was finishing up with her mani pedi! After I waited a good 15 mins she comes back and begins to scrub. She then informs me that it will be $5 extra because she applied the scrub. As if this wasnt enough, when I went to pay, my total was $60! Reluctantly, I gave them FOUR twenty dollar bills. She had the audacity to try to send me out the door with a quick little "thank you" I was confused. So, I took the cash out of her hand, counted the $60 out for the services and I told her I wanted change for the twenty, of course, she brought me two ten dollar bills. Avoiding anymore hassel, I gave her one of the ten dollar bills and walked out. Never to return! I always over tip but Im not going to be taken advantage of. They use the language barrier to try to confuse their clients. I paid for a half ass mani / pedi and crappy service AND then I tipped someone for giving me the crappy service!Sadly, I wont be back! I went here a couple of weeks ago after the gym to get my eyebrows waxed. This is the WORST nail salon I've EVER been too. The lady argued with me the whole time telling me how "thin" my eyebrows were. Wow. Unprofessional, tacky, and low class are just some adjectives that come to mind. I have never received such bad service at a nail salon. Just moved to the area and tried this place because it was close. I'd drive 15 mi. before going back here. Very nice place! They have plenty of staff and were able to take me as a walk in right away. I got pink and white set followed by a gel pedicure. I love the pedicure chairs! You just sink in and turn on the massage...trust me they are different then other massage chairs. They had a large selection of gel polishes. The only minus was they were a bit pricey. Read Less

Horrible experience! While I like the polish offered at this salon, the painting was not good. I watched my nail technician clean the tools she used on my nails with water and she put it back in the drawer for the next patron--not clean at all. I went back for a nail that broke, and the manager continuously yelled at me and told me I broke my nail and it was not their fault. Needless to say, I will never return. Read Less

I've been before and had a pretty bad experience, but I went yesterday and was treated wonderfully by Amy. I had a standard pedicure and a gel manicure. There was virtually no wait-time (I arrived around 5:30 on a Tuesday). Amy was very nice and friendly. My pedicure and manicure look awesome! She intuitively understood the nail shape I wanted even though I'm super picky. She took her time and the results are great.The bad experience happened about 4 months ago. An older lady did my nails and she didn't sit the entire time. My nails were jagged and rough by the time she finished and the polish looked like it was done by a child. I won't be letting her near my nails again but the other girls seem skilled. Read Less

I went to C. T. Nails to get my nails filled. Upon arriving I notice that is very large. One side of the store is for nail service and the other side is for pedicures. Approximately 10 chairs are available for pedicures. I was greeted and waited on promptly. I sat down and the nail technician suggested instead of acrylic nails I should opt for the solar nails. I agreed and I had a new sets put on. They look wonderful! I would highly recommend C. T. Nails to anyone who enjoys service in a friendly and clean atmosphere. Read Less
