Usually I Always go to Lisa nails in auburn because they are great! Not going back. I showed her this picture and she started doing the flower and ended up taking the polish off and restarting because she couldnt do it. Then asked another lady to come over and do it and she did worse. I told her to just not do the design and put diamonds on the bottom and she said okay and proceeded to do what she was doing. She rushed through the whole thing. It sucks because I paid before we even got started and had already tipped her and everything. I went in with my daughter and sister. Usually when we go to nail salons, they fill up the bowl where your feet go with water for my daughter, just like they would do for me. They didn't do that, they usually put lotion on her legs and rub her legs also, didn't happen. They did her toe nails and finger nails and kept complaining cause she kept moving (she's 4). She was rushing the whole time, I was waiting patiently for mine and I wanted an extra ten minute massage. So after ...she got done with the initial massage, she went ahead and put the hot towels on my legs and said she was going to go ahead and paint my nails (mind you, I hadn't had my ten minute massage yet) so she paints my nails, and then decides she going to do the ten minute massage, while my toes are still wet. Bad idea in my mind cause I had a feeling she was gonna hit my toes while doing the massage. And she did. She fixed it and I just told her to forget the whole massage and then put those little sandals on my feet. I walked up to the counter to pay, and instead of cashing me out, she decided to go help someone else. So when she finally walked back up to the counter, she told me it was 32 dollars. No big deal. Then someone else comes to finish cashing me out. And the lady handed me the paper to sign and leave a tip. Of course I didn't leave one. So I wrote 0.00 and she said "how much?" And I said "none" and she said something to lady who had done our nails and she gave me a evil look when I was walking out. Never going back to this place. I came here with my mother-in-law 45 minutes before closing to get a manicure and pedicure for both of us. They were really accommodating and very nice. They offered other services but was very respectful when we told them we were only interested in mani and pedis. I'm from out of town and was very pleased with my services. Will definitely come back! This place is right by my house, but for some reason I always forget about it. They are awesome! Me and my best friend have come here twice for mani-pedis, and we are always so happy. My partner has really bad feet and I tried to fix but couldn't. He was hesitant at first going, but he love it and they did an excellent job fixing his feet. I went recently and was not pleased. The water was tepid, the towel wrap was way too hot, and while removing excess skin, the lady stabbed my toe. It really hurt and actually bled. Ouch! I've never had that happen before. I won't be back for a pedicure, but I've had my eye brows waxed there before, and that was fine. Read Less
