I’ve been coming here for a while and Monday, December 18 a Caucasian woman came in the nail salon and called me a bunch of racial slurs I did not react in they ( nail staff ) knew what she was saying and refuse to put her out. Instead they went on ahead and gave her a pedicure I’m never going back there and I ended up reporting this incident not only to the board of cosmetology but also the Department of consumer affairs I refuse to do business with anybody who just lets people coming in make racial comments and have the nerve to tell me the reason why they didn’t put her out is because they have to ask the owner first wasn’t there that day my problem is pick up the phone and call her or signal and whispered to me to call the police but since none of that was done I’m highly highly highly disgusted. I loved this place. However, I knocked down one star because I didn't get the mask that came with the extra fancy package for manicures and pedicures. I did love the scrub, service, and my polish stayed on for 3 weeks and was still looking pretty good. I mostly took it off because I had too much grow out. Love the atmosphere and the people there. Just moved to Atlanta and this is already my favorite nail salon. The vibe is relaxing and chill and my nail tech Cristina is the absolute best. This place does not accept walk ins! Every time I make a same day reservation or walk in. It's always a problem. They rush me every time I come in for service .. last time I was getting my nails . The manager told the nail tech to hurry my nails up because I came late to my appointment .. that's not fair because I pay them top dollar for my nails. (Because their not basic) and I inform them I was running behind.  They reserve/predict  time slots for people .. why would u do that? Everyone is different ... half the time I don't know what I want til I get there . This place service SUCKS! Service recovery means nothings to them. Great nail salon, but as others have mentioned, it's pricier than many others in the area. The salon is decorated very nicely (and much more sleek than many other nail places), with interesting artwork on the walls and wood walls. The chairs are much comfier than your average salon, but note that for pedicures, they do tilt you on your back (a little strange, but seems effective). I got a basic pedicure and gel manicure when I visited, and it took a little over an hour. The pedicure massage was incredible, and the gel manicure took much less time than normalI took off a star as despite making an appointment, it took about ten to fifteen minutes for them to seat me, despite the salon being empty. Also keep in mind that they do take your credit card number when you make an appointment, and you will be charged if you do not show. Note that parking is very challenging, since there are only a few spots located next to Nouvelle. Overall, a lovely nail salon with a cool vibe! Read Less

I went there with my sister and we both had a gel manicure. I cannot remember the name of the 2 girls who took care of us but they were very friendly and very skilled. It was a good and relaxing moment and our mani was perfect. They both stayed more than 3 weeks, until we removed them. I'll return there for sure and I recommend it. Read Less

I pass about 20 nail salons to go to this one! Worth it! Best manicure, pedicure, and acrylics in Atlanta.  The pedicures have the most comfortable reclining chairs. I am beyond impressed. When I first walked in I was surprised at the decor and ambiance of the shop. This is definitely not your typical nail salon. Leather chairs, a separate soaking and pedi station and a bar like table for manicures. Very sophisticated and unisex! I went in with an idea in mind and came out with something totally different but even better. The quality was definitely worth the price. I got the typical gel mani and basic pedicure and enjoyed every minute. There isn't any leftover transference of polish on my hands/cuticles or anywhere else of that matter. I opted to go for the trending Chrome  accent nail and compared to other Chrome I've had this was the Creme de la Creme. I am a customer for as long as I live in Atlanta!! Thank you Alayna! I have been going to Nouvelle for about 5 years now and have never been so happy with a nail salon. The staff is amazing, the salon has a great atmosphere and they give a luxurious spa-like experience at a great price. More importantly, the nails are the best I have ever had. Unlike pretty much every other nail salon I have been to, when the staff at Nouvelle fill my acrylics, I have no problems with my nails lifting or breaking between appointments. For such an amazing atmosphere and amazing service, my manicure was not as amazing. EVERYTHING about this salon was so perfect, I was excited to find a place I could call my nail home in Atlanta. Unfortunately my gel manicure started peeling within 24 hours. I got it done on Saturday, today is now Thursday and the left pinky nail has peeled to the point of my nail breaking from the exposure. Multiple other nails are also peeling, but I'm trying to wait it out. I get gel manicures religiously so I know I didn't cause this issue, it was most likely the polish or base they used. I don't know what took me so long to fully warm up to Nouvelle...but I have seen the light. When I need a pedicure, there's no place I'd rather go. It's a bit more than I would prefer to spend usually, $28, but you are getting a WHOLE experience. They pamper your feet like no other. They really want you to feel like you're in a spa atmosphere. The music is soft and peaceful, people generally respect the "no talking on cell phone" signs and the pedicurists are very skilled. You get reclined waaaayy back in your chair and transported to the "zone." The zone where you're so relaxed you almost fall asleep only to wake up once they start buffing your feet which you are still ticklish to after all these years...I digress. This is my first time leaving a salon completely satisfied and in love with my nails. I was on vacation in Atlanta and needed a fill on my acrylics. My beautician was T (sorry, I'm probably horribly misspelling her name). She did a perfect job fixing the previously uneven length of my nails and shaping my nails exactly as I wanted them. I have claw/pointy nails that are pretty long. They're difficult for some to do but T did them perfectly. I love the actual salon itself. I love the decor and it is very quiet and peaceful. The staff is incredibly friendly and make you feel very comfortable. I wish I lived near by to come back, because I would without question. Read Less
