I happened to just stumble upon this place. But it's definitely a good quality place. My nails were cracked really bad from going to a previous nail salon. I was actually in a lot of pain. The tech really took her time with my nails. I felt no pain at all getting the nails off.She also offered me some advice on how to properly take care of my nails. I drove all the way from East Point to get my nails done here because of their good reviews. They removed my CND gel and I had a gel mani pedi and I must say I am very pleased with the result! The staff was friendly. I might be spoiled at my spot were I get my nails done in Sweden. But I wish some beverage would have been offered to me. But other then that I have no complaints! Read Less

I have been going to Nail Shadow for over 13 years.  Everyone there is excellent, so you can never go wrong. They are all GREAT! I never requested anyone specifically because I loved just walking in and getting a great fill in and/or pedi.  But now that my schedule isn't as restrictive, I've been scheduling with T who I absolutely love! Nails look great but the nail technician that performed my eyebrow waxing burnt me during the process and then only offered me $3 off of the price of my eyebrow waxing despite burning me. Also this place is quite pricey and when the technician asked how much tip I wanted to give them I said 10% but my bills still came back with 20% on it, as if I wouldn't notice our I was Dumb and didn't know how to count. Great service. My nail tech removed my SNS powder and gave me a new set without once having to employ a power drill/file. As a result, I didn't experience nail bed damage. She also explained to me what she was doing as it was being done. The polish turned out great, and I was even able to return a few days later for a minor repair after I experienced a chip. This place was great, once we found parking. Very clean with great service. My dad and I both got pedicures and were very happy with their attention to detail. I also got a gel manicure which turned out just fine. I had envisioned getting a matching color for my toes, but they were not able to find a matching color and my manicure had already started. I had called in advance and the lady mentioned that it should not be longer than a 10-minute wait. I get in there at 4:05 and did not get service until 4:55, after I had asked several people. Filling down my nails took 5 minutes at the most. I found it ridiculous that I had to wait 1 hour to receive a 5-minute service. I've been going to Nail Shadow in Peachtree Battle shopping center for about 4 years now. We moved 15 minutes further away and I STILL keep coming back because no other place offers such an affordable pedicure that lasts so long, in a clean, welcoming environment. Rare to have to wait either, unless the day before a holiday weekend. The did just move two doors down a few weeks ago and the new space isn't as warm, comfortable, but they may still be transitioning. The staff is still wonderful and my pedicure lasts for weeks if I need it to, even at the beach. Read Less
