I get my nails and toes done every 2 - 3 weeks and have for the past 30 years. There are more than a dozen nail salons in the Vinings area but I drive 20 minutes to Lee's Nails because it is clean, they are professional and they care that their clients are pleased with their services. Jenny is such a nice person and she does an amazing pedicure! Lee is also fantastic and does great dip nails (SNS). Everyone is easy to understand and are very polite. Called in for a pedicure 30 minutes before hand and the person on the phone said, "come on in".... they were ready for me when I arrived.... no waiting around. Picked out my color and sat down, the water was nice and hot, it felt wonderful. From start to finish the service was exceptional (plastic bowl sanitizer bags), my nail tech (Kim) asked me every time she did something with heat...  to make sure it wasn't too hot! Skip to the 2nd visit and I booked online like my 1st visit however Lee wasn't available b/c she stated her son didn't check to see if she had any appointments that were booked online. Do not let the men there do your nails! I noticed everyone was constantly watching the man that did my nails when they walked by. I'm not sure if he was new but obviously everyone but me knew he didn't know what he was doing. I noticed some issues with my nails & pointed them out to him then he called the owner over who is normally great but she told me my nails lifting was something they couldn't fix. She attempted to file my nails down with an obvious attitude & cut me. So I left bleeding with jacked nails. When I moved to Cobb I would still travel to the east side of town to get my nails and pedicure done. (I'm very picky and when I find an awesome nail tech I'm loyal). That all changed the moment I found Lee. She was working at Q Nails in Roswell. I remember scheduling an appointment and was told she was no longer working there once I showed up for my appointment I set a week prior. I was so devastated, so I yelped the "best nail shops in my area" and Dori's (now Lee's Nails and Spa) popped up. I walked in with every intention of going back to the east side of town and to my surprise I was greeted by Lee.  I was so happy I couldn't contain myself. Lee and I hugged and I told her God lead me to her! Now she's stuck with me. She has never disappointed me. My nails are always flawless. Her staff is amazing.  Her shop is relaxing, clean and very sanitary. She uses pedicure liners and new tools. This is the best nail shop I've been to by far!!! Lee and her staff are very personable. They offer water and wine while you're receiving your spa service (which is awesome after a long day). Their SNS and gel polish collection is very extensive. The SNS line they carry goes on velvety and has a beautiful finish. OMG! Love it! I have recently switched things up...pink and white ombré  is my new favorite! First time coming here. I got an SNS manicure and they do not remove the dead skin on your cuticles whatsoever. She said "you have to specially request this at the beginning of your manicure". I wouldn't know that since it's not standard anywhere else I've gone the last 20 years. So basically this is just a polish change, not a manicure since all they did was remove my old polish, file and replace with new polish. I do not feel that I got my monies worth and for that reason I will not be back. My manicure is incomplete. I have pretty new polish surrounded by rough cuticles that only look good smothered in cuticle oil. Very disappointed and feeling ripped off. I get my nails and toes done with gel or sns every two weeks religiously and I've been looking for a permanent new place. I could've been a longtime customer that spends ~$200 per month. Read Less

It's been a while since I visited this shopping center for a yoga session at Peachtree Yoga. While getting all bendy and flexible, my toes and feet looked like they needed a pedicure, so I went into Lee's Nails after yoga ended.FYI, this used to be Dori's Nails, but it seems like they've changed names and maybe ownership. The outside doesn't give justice to what it looks inside, so be prepared to see Corinthian columns, some light blue walls. Overall, coming in, this place feels clean and it's quiet. I also like that they've got a small staff so it's pretty tranquil compared to other salons I've been to.Jenny helped me with a spa pedicure. Pretty standard which is what I usually like to go with first when I try a new salon. I could see that they use liners, and they have prepackaged tools. Color selection is a little smaller than what I've seen, but they've got your typical brands like OPI and Essie.I'd definitely come back again to try the fancier pedicure options and I really like how quiet and peaceful this place feels. -edit- it's been two weeks and I have to revise my review based on how the SNS nail treatment has turned out. It started lifting at the base of my nails two days ago. It has all come off at this point in chunks, and taken a lot of my natural nail tip with it. From speaking with others who had the procedure done, the issue was the thickness. The technician should have ground down between each layer, but she waited till the very end to grind it down and then apply the topcoat. That's why the nails looked so thick and like artificial nails. I will never have this procedure done again. It's left my nails in awful shape. And, I doubt I will ever return to the salon. On a positive note, my pedicure still looks great.Wonderful experience. Yu did a fabulous job on my French pedicure. I'm super ticklish and she used just the right amount of pressure. This is the 4th salon I've tried in the Atlanta area for SNS since I moved here almost a year ago.  After my first visit less than 2 weeks ago my nails had already begun to chip and crack.  I called and explained how I had just been in less than 2 weeks ago and my nails were already chipping and Lee had me come in that day.  Instead of just doing a touch up on the nails that were broken she ended up redoing my entire manicure.  I was very pleased with the service I received and her professionalism.  She didn't even charge me for the redo.  It's very hard to find quality work and customer service nowadays.  I think I've finally found 'my place'.  :) Read Less

Ok so tell me how crazy this is. I use to go to a shop in sandy springs called Q nails and the nail tech there was named Lee. She was so bomb that I could hardly ever get in her chair because she was so good. Well me and babe needed a serious pedi and mani, and saw this place and decided to try it. Well I be darned, Lee has moved on and got her own shop! It's beautiful. The nail techs are awesome as well. I was at this nail salon earlier this afternoon. I came in with my daughter. The lady who assisted my daughter was great. The lady who did my pedicure was so-so. Paint color already chipping on my nails. Color on my skin around my toe nails not removed. At the end I tipped a little, as I always do and someone sitting down and helping a customer said to me, "Everything OK?" I was not going to cause a fuss in front of my daughter or the other customers. For a $25.00 pedicure, I expect my nail color to look good, you can still see the white of my nails at the top. One word to describe Lee's Nails and  spa.......AMAZING!!!  My nails look absolutely gorgeous.   I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years by various nail technicians that have come and gone.  I have read reviews where people would say that their nail technician is the best but when I went I was not satisfied.  Since I have been getting my nails done for so many years I know a good one and what to look for. So please believe me when I tell you that Lee is absolutely the best.  Your nails will never look thick and will look so natural.  I hate thick unnatural looking nails with a passion.   The salon is very beautiful and clean with a relaxing atmosphere.  Cheap inferior products are not used at Lee's salon which also makes a difference in the finished outcome. Came here today, randomly searching yelp; no appointment. Boy am I happy I did! Lee is such a nice person! She gave me directions on the phone and then introduced herself to me when I arrived. What a warm welcome! I was offered something to drink immediately. Then, Steven (my nail tech) got to work on my nails. What I loved most about him is that he was a perfectionist. My nails looked nice even through the process. They're all even, nicely filed, smoothed, I love them. Lee states all first time visits receive 20% off on their first visit here via Yelp and I didn't even have to ask. They deducted it from my total.
