Good service, although I always feel like the workers are making comments about me, and lately there has been more pressure to upgrade mid-service... feels like there is a lot of effort going into trying to get me to buy more, which I don't enjoy. I visited Le Nail with a friend of mine because several of my coworkers had raved about this place. I walked in without an appointment on a Tuesday night, and I was able to be seated shortly after I arrived. Over the next hour, there was a steady stream of people looking to get their nails done, which is a good sign especially for a Tuesday night. I really appreciated how quickly they got my nails done. I got a mani and pedi in under an hour. I did gel for my mani, and a week later, I still don't have any chips. I did a regular pedi, although you can upgrade to gel or do the callus remover, etc. Altogether, it was ~$50. I was impressed with their speed, price, and quality. First time visit with a friend. Heard about this place from someone at work, who's nails I always admired. Customer service was slightly below average. They could improve their communication to customers of what's going on and who will be doing the services. Both my friend and I wanted a mani/pedi. She ended up getting done way before me because one person started on my toes and then went to help someone new who walked in. A new person finished my pedicure after she was done with her other customer. Overall they did a pretty good job on the actual nails. I'm new to the area and will probably try another nail salon next time.Update. Less than 12 hours after my service and my regular polish is cracking and starting to chip off my nails. My first time at this salon. Got a regular mani and pedi and a message in a great massage chair. Service was great and it was refreshing to see smiling faces from the gals who treated my nails. I was impressed by the PACKAGED sterile tools that were used on my nails. I'd not seen that at my previous salon. Very clean and professional place and lots of smiling and friendly faces. I can't say enough good things about this salon. After a nightmarish nail debacle at another establishment, I called Le Nail Salon on a friend's recommendation. I tearfully asked if they could help me, and if they were only appointment based. A warm, seemingly concerned voice advised me to just come in and they would help me.  I was paired up with Kelly. She was very courteous, extremely professional and expressed some genuine shock when I showed her the now current state of my nails. She listened to  my frustrated tale of woe and said she would be glad to help me. She advised me that a full set was best and proceeded to field every single stupid question I asked her. There were a lot too.Soon we decided to go with a full acrylic set & a gel polish.(really all that needed to be said to me was that I could leave with completely dry nails...that sold the gel!)When she finished I had new set of beautiful, shiny nails. I was ready for the wedding I was in the following day and finally had my wonderful manicure/nail experience. I have received nothing but compliments on my nails and can't wait to return for my fill in, and color change. This past Saturday, I hosted a bachelorette party kick off in the salon. They let me come early to set up snacks and decorate, and were very enthusiastic and helpful about getting everything set out and looking great. It was a Friday the 13th theme, and even though it was a little non-conventional, everyone was more than happy to help me get everything ready. When we had a mishap with the cupcakes, one of the owners even went to the store to buy us more! Anna let us choose t...he music they played and even took pictures for us, both candid and arranged, through out the party, so now we have some great memories of the event with everyone involved. We had a total of five people get the top service pedicure, three manicures and one gel manicure. Everyone was exceedingly pleased with their service, marveling at the quality of the work, the friendliness of the technicians and the wide variety of colors available. For one of our guests, this was only the second pedicure she'd ever had and her first one was a bad experience, so she was especially happy to have a much better memory now to replace it. We had a great time, due in no small part to the welcoming enthusiasm of the owners of the salon and their staff. I stand by what I said before: a lot of other salons will charge you twice the price for half the quality of what you get at Le Nail, and they really went the extra mile to make our event special. It's been completely renovated,  and you can tell the new owner cares about sanitation and cleanliness.  I got  a gel mani and  pedi and my toes and nails look great, and have really gone the distance. My friend took me here when I visited Atlanta and they did a great job. I got a gel manicure, which usually never lasts more than a week on my nails. But they did such a good job that it lasted a full two weeks. To top it off, the shop was clean and really well decorated. Definitely would make this my go to spot if I lived in the area! Read Less

This is a MUST visit salon!!! One of my top favorite places to get nails done when I'm in Atlanta. Salon is clean and their pedicure chairs are extremely comfortable and luxurious. They change plastic liners after each pedicure service. Most of the nail technicians I encountered so far are friendly and attentive. They actually take their time on the massages even on a busy day. I felt relaxed and well taking care of. What I also love is the salon has no odor which is rare for most nail shops to maintain that. They have a huge selection of gel polish colors to choose from. My manicure lasted over three weeks without a chip. Overall I'm really impressed with their service and the price is reasonable for this area. I also got my brows done and I like the fact that they change the paper after each service. I feel completely safe here because everything they use is sanitized and disposable. Although I'm a big fan of gel polish but I'll definitely give gelous dipping powder a try next time. I would highly recommend this place to everyone! Did I mention free drinks?? I have been to several nail salons in the area and this one is the best!  Always great service, excellent at giving me just what I ask for and understanding what  I am asking for.  The salon is clean and very pretty and it tends to have less of a nail polish smell than most places. They use liners in all of their foot baths, which I love. Even with disinfectant, I have a hard time feeling like the basins are clean at other places. They have very comfy massage chairs and another perk...they put warm towels on your legs. It feels awesome!  Plus, the music was great. Read Less

The best thing about this place is that they have never caused pain when clipping cuticles! I have tried many places around Brookhaven, Buckhead, Dunwoody and still find that this is the best nail salon for the cost. I'll be coming here from now on. My first visit to the salon was pleasantly surprise by how nice the place is. They have new spa chairs and the place is very well kept! I've gotten a gel mani,pedi and eyebrow wax and I love it! I'm definitely coming back! People are nice here and are good at what they do. Read Less

It is good for a quick full set on the go. I suggest being very specific with how you want your nails done. I would also mentioned, not to expect much with the paint job. I had to redo my nail varnish myself. But the over all application of the full set was a good job. I will go back if I am in a pinch, like I was today. Read Less

I have dropped in this place twice and been very pleased both times. The first time was very crowded but I got lucky and got the owner right away. He did a gel manicure on my nails and it lasted 28 days without a chip! Yes, my nails had grown out and I had half moons of unpainted nails but there was nary a chip on any nail.Had a different person the second time and my nails still look great. I stopped by this salon today because it was close to where I get my hair done (Shearious - not Great Clips). The manicure wasn't the best I've had. I have two cuts on two different fingers and the lady doing my nails made one hurt so bad, the area around my nail was RED from her messing with it. She apologized and put something on it that made it burn. UGH. Also, it is a huge pet peeve of mine to leave space on the nail where there is no polish. Worst manicure I have ever had in my life! Everything from the overwhelmingly toxic smell, to the disorganized, haphazard interior and unprofessional staff was a disappointment.
