Absolutely LOVE this nail salon! I highly recommend this salon for all nail services, ESPECIALLY full sets. I've been coming here for about 2 years and their service is always top notch. I usually work with Ken and his nail designs are beautiful! Hello Kitty does excellent pedicures and there are many options to choose from (the pedicure with bamboo massage is AMAZING). This place completely surprised me. They were so kind and professional and did AMAZING WORK. They completely exceeded my expectations. I’m used to kind of being shuffled in and out of salons and quickly as possible but they listened to me and did some of the best work I’ve ever had done. The space is perfect with a nice atmosphere and so clean. A wonderful nail tech named Ken, yes like Ken and Barbie lol did my nails and he was incredible. So I cheated on my normal nail salon with this place today and I was NOT disappointed!For $50 I got a fantastic special hot stone massage pedicure and a beautiful paint job.Sophie/Sofia was my nail artist and she was so great. I had the opportunity to get a pedicure with Lenzi last night. My feet look and feel amazing! Now I wish it was sandal season! I got a gel mani and deluxe pedi and although it was a little pricy at $72 it was super luxurious. Lots of different steps in the pedicure including hot stones and the gel manicure was very well done. No complaints at all and when I am ready to splurge again I will go back! Read Less

This is not the average, nor typical manicure place. The techs are not rushing through the work to turn chairs. They take their time and make sure you're good with everything that is happening. She was also sensitive to the fact that I have ingrown toenail issues, and she knew just how to treat my feet and I didn't feel an ounce of discomfort or pain. I promised the lady in the front that i would write a review...so here it is! I came to this salon after I had a negative experience at another salon who had the rudest owner. i was in town for the weekend so i needed to relax and get a great pedicure with my boyfriend. I called to ask for an appointment and the lady who answered was soo extremely nice! she said, "yes, please come in...we do it all!" I got excited especially considering how rude the first place was. I rushed there! As soon as you walk in, the beauty of the shop is so overwhelming. I mean, A-MAZING. That alone made me excited. The massage chairs and ambiance is top notch. My nail tech was patient and thorough (so was my boyfriends tech). They even offer your choice of a complimentary drink. All in all i was very happy. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is that the pricing for additional services was not clearly stated before work was done. So, when i went to the front to pay, i was shocked that 2 pedicures came out to nearly $100. But considering the area (Buckhead), extra services and quality, prices are very fair. To the owner: Please ask your techs to make sure the customer knows their total before they start work to avoid any surprises. Read Less

I went here on a Saturday, first thing in the morning. I was quickly served. The people were fine. No one was overly friendly or accommodating. I had to ask three times to have my water warmed up for my pedicure. Also no one showed me how to work the massage chairs; they have remotes that are tucked away behind the chairs. I read in the reviews that they have great drinks but I didn't receive one. No one offered me one. I also noticed that ladies sitting getting mani and pedis were given pillows. I wasn't given one.Not sure if I'm being overly critical but I think they could be a bit more courteous on the customer service side. I have been coming to Buckhead Nail and Toe Spa for over 11 yrs. I like this nail spa because they are friendly and very attentive in their profession. I noticed how they clean everything once they finish with each ever customer. I know they clean up the whole spa at closing because I have been there several times at closing. The atmosphere of the spa is alway fresh and relaxing. Everything seem like brand new every time I visit. I haven't noticed dust or dirt on anything in the spa. I was really impressed with this nail salon. It is much nicer inside than most nail salons and it is located in the heart of Buckhead on Roswell Rd near Genki, so it is in a really convenient spot. I had a really relaxing pedicure with a good massage and loved my gel polish manicure. I even saw their staff help a woman put her scarf and coat on and carry her stuff out to her car to help prevent her from messing up her nails, which I thought was great customer service. My roommate and I go together to see Helen and Tina every 4 weeks. We always call in advance and we are always welcomed with a smile. I'm surprised to see the negative reviews about BN&T. We're in the beauty industry as well, so we're always sending our clients to the Spa. The decor is comfortable and they ALWAYS take their time with us.
