The quality is above average and the atmosphere is nice. But each time I go (I’ve been twice), they quote one price yet charge another. I asked how much for a pedicure with callus remover, but when I got to the register, they charged a few dollars extra. I didn’t mind at first, but during my second visit, I asked how much for an acrylic takeoff, and again, was charged above what I was quoted. The money wasn’t the issue, it’s the principle. Environment:Very pleasant. Bright and airy. Music was good. Felt like I was in for a spa treat Staff: friendly. One in particular very knowledgeable about products. Serviced purchased:Mani (full set) pedi (signature). Mani price was $27 for full set and then $14 for color and design. Pedi was $35 I wanted a particular design. I asked was this something that can be done and they assured me yes. In the middle of the process, I was told it wasn't possible because it had to be gel polish. Gel this, gel that, which totaled an extra $17 for gel plus the $14 for designs. Not only do I not like gel polish, I'm allergic to it. So I was quite irritated that they kept trying to charge me up and point me in the gel direction. On top of it I was upset that I could not get the marble nail paint I wanted unless I got gel. Don't get me wrong, I liked the person doing my feet and nails, but the nail tech kept referencing gel quotes seemed to want to charge me for everything.I was convinced this was gonna be my new nail spot since I was in need of one, but unfortunately I will keep looking. Tried this spot out today.  My first time. To begin with given I'm unfamiliar with the area I ended up having to pay $6 for parking, be prepared to know where to park. Upon entering the shop was greeted cheerfully, and started within 2 mins. I got to the shop around noon. The atmosphere was clean and stylish. They offer wine or water during your service. Unsure if it's free I declined the offer. I got a pedicure, and my nails taken off and then a solar manicure. Paid a total of $72, a lil pricey but ok. My only setback is my nails were not nicely filed n shaped. Overall my experience was ok, and I'm willing to give it another shot. Read Less

I tried this place for the first time today and survey says....I'll be back again! Although I have a regular nail salon I go to Beellagio was AMAZING! The space was quite nice and the staff was great. The spearmint eucalyptus scrub was EVERYTHING! My nails are bomb! Just the right amount of acrylic powder, I can't wait to return for my ombre coffin nails! UPDATE: After less than a week my luxurious gel nails stated to lift. Two days while doing my hair the entire color lifted off my nail!! I was pissed but at this point it is what it is. I don't think I'll be going back here again. The service prices are way to expensive for the gel to be lifting after a week. I'll just wait until my regular place has an appointment next time. Read Less

Love this place! Friendly staff, whom are attentive to detail. Wait time isn't ever too long, and their chairs are OH so comfy. Great prices and perky atmosphere. I walked in and it wasn't so busy so Annie went straight into doing my nails. I have a bit of a skin condition and my hands are really dry but she was really understanding about it. I wanted something different and on trend and she recommended the glass design and the ones you see above. I chose the shimmery beige color but other than that, I let her place the glass designs to where she thought fit. A little pricey for the designs but so pretty and worth it in my opinion. I'm a regular at Piedmont Nails but it was slammed on Saturday so instead I headed to Beellagio after reading positive reviews.  I was grateful that I only had to wait for 2-3 minutes to have a chair ready, the place was 1/3 full.  The service itself was totally fine, nothing exceptionally great or horrible.  But I was quite shocked that a non-gel mani/pedi was $47 (silly me I didn't realize that the extra "grater" was a $5 upcharge which was expensive seeing as it took my tech all of 4 extra minutes and 2 days later I have calluses so I think that was a waste of money).  I would appreciate if they would say "$5 charge" to help you decide.  So I got white mani/pedi and my nails look good - white is a difficult color to do and they have stayed without chipping for 2 days now.  I usually pay $35 at Piedmont so $47 was unexpected.  When I stated that the girl ringing me up said "it's Midtown prices are more."  Honey, I live right down the street and pay a ridiculous amount of Fulton county taxes for our home so I know how much Midtown costs.  I'm fine paying $35 at Piedmont and will be going back.  Plus I wound up having to pay for parking so that made it sting a bit more.  The service was fine, nothing special, but I'm staying at Piedmont but will have to make appointments for the weekend. Came here based off other reviews since I was out of town and looking for a positive experience. The service was great, staff was very attentive. Getting my hands done (powder) was a few dollars more than I'm used to ($45). They did my hands and toes at the same time which was awesome, I was in and out within an hour. I got powder done on my nails and they looked beautiful but not as amazing as they do when I get them done at my usual salon. He was very careful and patient with me as some of my acrylics were chipping off on the sides of my nail beds. I went to Bellagio for a bachelorette party day for some pampering. We had appointments and got right in. My nail technician was extremely detailed and helpful. She offered water or wine and was very sweet. I am pretty picky when it comes to my nails and like my nails filed evenly and cuticles detailed. I don't usually get my nails done in Midtown, but $42 for a non-gel mani and pedi is a bit more than I am used to. But can't complain much because my nails look so good and smooth. Read Less

I've had many regular and gel manicures and regular pedicures here. They have consistent quality service. My most recent regular mani lasted a full week before starting to chip. I don't bother making an appointment because all of the techs are good. The walk-in wait, if any, is never more than a few minutes. The techs care about the health of your nails vs. just shaping and painting. They validate parking for the garage which is right next door. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I USE to go to Piedmont Nails & Spa up until my last pedi and fill in but I have found my new home for my nails. I met Incush (sp?), Trish and Annie tonight and they were all really sweet. I was offered wine and even refills while they worked on my feet and hands. They really pay attention to detail and can do very cute designs. This was an awesome experience! We went for a Bachelorette party and I had called earlier in the week to make sure they could accommodate all of us and that we could have champagne while we waited. Not only were they ready for us to get there and provided us cups etc. for the drinks, they were so flexible and laid back the entire time. All 8 of us were done with manicures/pedicures in less than an hour and a half!! It was great and they were happy to accommodate a loud, excited group of us! I will definitely go back on my own now. I remember when I first discovered them a couple years ago, they were still pretty new and hadn't been featured on any Housewives shows or anything. *sigh* Those were the days. Andy would actually match prices - $5 of the nearby salons and everything! They were very nice and just a really put together establishment. I became a regular. I stopped going to Piedmont Nails and started walking a few extra blocks to my beloved Beellagio, but now I've stopped. WHY? Prices have gone up and service/attitude have gone down. LOCATION:7th Street x Peachtree. At the same corner as Fresh 2 O (the other corners have Blick art store and Starbucks). It's on down a bit, next to Senor Patron, close to the parking deck entrance. PARKING:Metered street parking. Parking Deck, they have a voucher for like an hour. I usually pay $2 when getting a gel main, plain pedi. So plan on spending $2 for parking. SERVICE:They rarely answer the phone. They have water and wine, which is cool, and usually some type of candy or mint. And they do a great job of pretending to be nice... I don't know why I say it like that, I think because thats how it feels. There are some nail techs that are genuinely friendly, but many give me pretend nice vibes.PRICES: plain mani pedi (NO GEL) - $42gel mani, plain pedi - $59gel mani pedi - $76(basically an extra $17 on each service to get gel)That's more than Piedmont Nails. :-(SELECTION:They have a great selection of gel colors, especially brights. If you want a special summer color, they are sure to have it :-)SUMMARY:It's a decent place to go if you need to get your nails done- you just have to pay for parking and maybe get some attitudes or unfriendly looks. Where do I start? I just moved into the area and had some time today for a mani pedi.  I was happy that Beelagio Nail Bar was so close to my new home. I was hoping that it was going to be a good experience.I arrived around 1:30 and there were two woman having pedicures.  I was asked to "pick a color" and then escorted to a seat.  There are about 30 pedicure chairs.  So at 1:30 on a Monday afternoon this place is dead.Inkush (phonetic) was my technician and I decided to get the extremely special pedicure for $55.  The chairs are massage capable.  As I sat and was getting prepped for my pedi, another technician came over (Christy) and was going to give me my manicure at the same time as my pedicure.  I was thrown off and should have said I preferred to just have my services done one at a time.  But I didn't say anything and just went with it.  I will address each service separately:Manicure: was your basic manicure.  Christy did have tools that were sterilized in a pack.  I wanted to have my usual color Essie Sugar Daddy, but they didn't have it on the shelf... Christy recommended OPI Tiramisu for two.  I love the color.  As I mentioned I was getting the manicure at the same time as my expensive pedicure which I was really looking forward to since it was the extremely special pedicure.  Anyway, she put the polish on and I felt like it was going on too thick... as it dried my nails started to bubble.  Christy was happy to reapply the polish and it was good.  Right now only one nail has bubbled completely and half of another has bubbled.  I really think their polishes may just be thick or old...Pedicure: as I mentioned I opted for the extremely special pedi for $55.  It started off like a basic pedi. Oh, they do not line the basin with a plastic liner as I am accustomed to.  I did not notice her tools in a enclave sterile pack. Then Inkush put on a lot of sugar scrub and a honey mask.  She did a reflexology massage, it as nice.  Rubbed hot stones on my legs without any oils, I thought that was strange.  Inkush was a nice technician and we had a nice conversation.  I did ask who was the owner, it seems like it's a young Asian girl, or maybe she was just in charge that day.  Whatever it was she just sat on a pedicure chair and spent the whole time looking at her phone.  A little unprofessional if you ask me.  Towels were old and tattered.  Polishes are thick... polish bottles are dirty.  I can see that this place probably had a day when it was run better... that day has passed!!I liked Inkush and Christy I think they are doing the best they can in the environment that they work in. Holiday July4th inspiration! Annie is the best! My all time "go to" nail/spa service! Everyone there was so nice and immediate greeted us. The tubs is very sanitized and I love the how clean it is compared to other places. I told my two coworkers that they needed to try this place out and ended up loving it! Again, awesome service and price! Also, I noticed people don't understand. If you get "add on" service like ombré, stilettos shape, design, or anything extra then be prepared to be charged extra! Decided to try this nail salon out after work one day. I really love this place! The lady that did my nails explained to me why my regular polish was chipping off after I had it for one day (at my regular salon near my house). She explained that gel makes your nails brittle, it becomes even more brittle if you peel gel polish off (with the last gel mani i peeled it off), and people with oily skin are more likely to peel after going back to regular polish. I enjoyed a nice cup of white wine and the best massage chair EVER. Highly recommend this place. Read Less

I went in for a gel mani and regular pedi. The gel mani peeled after 2 days of normal wear and tear. The pedicure was the saving grace as it lasted beautifully for 2 weeks. Will only return for pedicures. Read Less
